If you are looking for a nice beach to enjoy the sunset without any tourists, this is the place.

A nice beach along the base on Diamond Head. There aren’t many trees for shade so the best times to visit are mornings and afternoons. Look for parking along the streets in this residential area. There are no lifeguards, showers or restrooms here but don’t let that stop you from enjoying this little beach.

One of my favorite go to beaches, not too busy. Don't go during high tide though.

Very quiet, nice beach. There’s no much parking near, so try to bus there if you can.

The beach area was strewn with large chunks of concrete and there was not enough sand for even one person to comfortable lay on the beach anywhere and seaweed in the water. I attempted to snorkel here in December and it was too rough and dangerous. I would not recommend the beach or the snorkeling. The visibility was poor and I got scratched up on the large rocks due to the large waves crashing and breaking where the snorkeling supposedly is good. There weren't even that many fish. I am an experienced swimmer and snorkeler.

Limited Beach area but it is very enjoyable, clear water, and great surf. One of the better spots around the island.

Perfect spot for folks that want the beach minus the crowd. There is a decent amount of reef there so snorkeling could be fun. Be sure to bring lots of snacks and water as there is limited parking on the street and no places within comfortable walking distance to get food or hydration. Nice view of Doris Duke's Shangri La home!

Beautiful beach right in a neighborhood. Park in the neighborhood and be respectful to the people who live there, walk a short bit to the beach and you are met with lovely rocky and sandy shore and pretty views. I don't think it's great for swimming because the water stays fairly shallow and a bit rocky. This is a good spot to catch a tan or take a picnic. Me and my friends most recently took sushi and ice cream mochi for sunset and enjoyed the beach lots. I'd recommend this one!

Gorgeous secluded spot. Just be careful of the rocks while swimming.
