I love this place. I was a little nervous at first to go try out a class because group exercise to me sounded a little bit uncomfortable and I had done virtually zero yoga in my life. The vibe at the studio is so chill and welcoming. No judginging from anyone. Just happy good energy people. I participated in the one-week free yoga and went to six classes during that week. Because of my schedule I stuck mostly with the 5:45 a.m. class which is such a fantastic morning workout. I did mostly the sculpt class. The heated room might sound like it would be uncomfortable; it actually feels wonderful. The facility is very clean and well-kept and sanitized after each use. Every single instructor I experienced had such motivating energy. The last class I took for the free trial was Emma's sculpt class and it felt sooo good to do those 75 push-ups through out the class (plus a few bonus push-ups added in). If that sounds crazy or intimidating, try out her class, you'll be surprised how she can motivate you to realize what you can do. I honestly think the price they ask for what they give you for the monthly membership is very fair and reasonable. I would love to join and go daily and the only thing holding me back from maybe joining is the drive there. I wish they had a studio in kaneohe (or I lived closer to them). I might still join, but want to let everyone at that studio know they have an awesome operation and if I don't join it's not anything negative about the operation. The study is perfect! Thank you! 😀

Loved this location. Intimate and inviting but still allowed for personal space on the mat.My instructor was Linda. She was excellent in that she established a "come as you are" environment and I felt very comfortable following prompts while being guided through the flow. Music wasn't too loud and complimented the flow well. This was my very first hot yoga experience and thankfully, it was not so overwhelming that I'd be likely not to return. In fact, it was just challenging enough to convince myself that I am actually able to survive the heat. Looking forward to my next class!

Absolutely love it! The teachers, the good environment, the fun classes. I look forward to my morning workouts every day. In only 3 weeks I've been able to see big changes in my body. I feel stronger, with more energy, and leaner (arm pic for reference, look at that defined muscle!!!!).

place is nice, but I am now disabled and unable to walk and they will not stop charging my credit card for $15 and they still won’t stop charging me my membership fee even though I canceled it months ago. It’s really disappointing and per ADA they have to accommodate. Don’t go here. It’s $170 / mo w a discount. Not worth your money and the never ending charges. Let alone against a fully disabled person. I didn’t choose to be like this, and yet they won’t even have empathy. Really distraught over how this company works. 0/10

I attended the Meditate On It event recently, taught by Travis, and I would really like to see more of these meditation events at our Kailua studio. It was a nice compliment to the C2 session. It was enjoyable and the techniques learned can be applied at home or work. I look forward to these special events but especially this one. The Kailua studio has the best teachers and staff!

I love how clean the facilities are. I love the instructors and how welcoming they are. The classes are varied and the right fit depending on my mood and energy level. Many class times make me happy too!

I did the Yoga Sculpt class today with Robert and it was the best class I’ve taken in a long time. He was challenging and inspiring, the pass was perfect and his music choice kept us trying our best. Loved it. Thank you CorePower Yoga for the great work outs while visiting Kailua!!

I have just returned to practicing at CorePower. I could not have made a better decision. The staff is professional, polite, and the studio is well maintained, and they adhere to Covid policies.

Signed up for a free month trial and cancelled before the month was up and they continued to charge my card. They are refusing to give me a refund. The mistake was theirs and I am literally paying for their mistake. Unbelievable business practice. I see that this is a problem for other people from the reviews here as well as on the Better Business Bureau. This is straight thievery. You'd think they would care about their reputation more than that and offer a refund for their mistake.
