We
stopped
for
lunch
at
Ganesh
Dosa
after
a
chocolate
tasting
at
the
next
door
Manoa
Chocolate
factory
and
tasting
room,
service
was
friendly
and
fast,
we
got
a
classic
dosa
and
a
classic
with
mozzarella,
with
both
chutneys,
the
both
come
with
rasam
(vegetable
broth)
,
and
we
got
a
hibiscus
tea
and
iced
chai.
All
of
the
food
was
very
good,
as
someone
who
eats
quite
a
bit
of
South
Indian
food
the
flavors
were
spot
on!
Beacause
they
don’t
use
ghee
in
the
masala
potatoes
they’re
lighter,
I
like
that
they
use
less
onion
as
well.
Potatoes
were
well
spiced
and
the
Rasam
was
also
lighter
and
less
acidic
because
it
had
less
tomato.
The
chutneys
were
good
but
could
have
been
a
bit
spicier.
Hibiscus
tea
was
delicious
and
the
iced
chai
was
spicy,
creamy,
and
really
well
done.
All
of
their
dishes
are
vegetarian,
and
almost
all
can
be
made
vegan,
there
were
many
standard
offerings
and
inventive
twists
to
try.
The
interior
is
clean
but
a
bit
sparse,
with
a
couple
tables
and
bar
seating,
they
also
have
some
picnic
tables
outside
but
it
was
sweltering
and
steamy
the
day
we
stopped
in.
Would
definitely
go
back,
wish
they
had
a
location
in
Honolulu!
