This gym is small, but located in a great area in Honolulu! Beautiful scenery nearby and parking is free there unlike the one on Kapiolani Blvd! When I come back, I’ll probably go to this one more during my trip!🏋🏽‍♂️

Failed to cancel my account after shutting down during the pandemic. Ive been charged 200$ since they initially closed. Ive tried contacting them multiple times to cancel. Finally realised my account is still active when they email me about collectig my annual dues and they can only refund 2 months. Great business practices. Gym is small, crowded and outdated as is.

Best location for cardio exercise-great selection of cardio machines and the views is amazing!

Nice gym! The view was stunning. You can see the harbor and Koko head clearly. Shower room was clean. Day pass and week pass were reasonable price for travelers. Free parking.

We were visiting from Europe and enjoyed this fantastic fitness experience much. Very good equipped with nice bay view and friendly staff.

Smallish gym. I think it’s cleaner than the 24 Hour at Kapiolani. Plenty of free parking. Its best feature is the view overlooking the Hawaii Kai lagoon while you’re using the cardio machines. Members are very conscientious about cleaning machines after they use them.

Not open 24 hours a day like the name of the business says. What's the hold up? Working til 10 pm then going to gym for 30-40 mins doesn't cut it !

This location (Kalanianaole) is managed well. During the start of the pandemic, they managed reservations and members well and insured our safety all the way around, and continue to do so. It's also a very friendly location with staff and kept clean, no foul smells. It seems this location gets used pretty good so they have to repair and oil the equipment pretty often. That would be the only nitpicking thing I'd mention. Really though, overall, best location, and with a view. Been to other locations but this one's always been consistent. Good job! 🤙 Months later, still probably the best 24Hr that I've been to. ✌

Hawaii Kai has no spa or sauna, the dryers don't work and no water bottle filler!

Very small but it's clean and the staff is super friendly. Night and day from the Honolulu gym which is bigger but just as crowded. Hawai'i Kai also has parking. The trainer that did my free fitness assessment, Aria, was great. I am in pretty good shape so I expected it to be easy. It wasn't. She whipped my arrogant a** into shape and taught me a few things about my strengths and weaknesses. In the end, I can't afford training right now but if I could I would highly recommend Aria.

Very different than other 24 Hours clubs. Very SMALL and cramped. Have had to wait to use stair step machines and treadmills. Can not walk in between treadmills, they are right up to the next one. Cardio is downstairs, weights upstairs. Missing amenities like towel service, etc. Air-conditioning works sporadically (or not at all) for months. Seem to always be waiting for repair person. When it does work they turn it off after 11pm. and they have no fans - very uncomfortable at night. Staff at front desk is friendly and always greets you and says good by. The view is beautiful during day hours, but non -existent once the sun goes down. I will be switching to a gym in Kaka'ako when my year membership is done.

Great location and environment..

Very small gym. It's always busy and probably seems busier because of the small size. Due to the size, you are constantly waiting for any piece of machine, weight, or even space. Limited parking, but there aren't many options for gyms in Hawaii Kai either

Great gym right on the marina in HK. Always clean, and staff is always friendly.

It may not be COVID outbreak time but there's not one sign near any disinfecting stations (that I saw) asking customers to be courteous and wipe off their machines when finished, as a courtesy to the next customer. I even saw an instructor not wipe their machine after use before going in to class. Some people are good about doing this but many are not. In Minnesota signs are in all the gyms. Oops, there are 2 signs with bullet points that tell customers to wipe down. I changed my rating now. Still suggest signs near disinfecting stations.

There’s 0 airflow in the building and a film of dust over a lot of equipment. Can’t workout without being put through a sauna while in the building and sneezing. I’ve brought it up to the front desk several times. The company needs to install fans throughout the building and do a deep clean. Please and thank you 🙏

Pretty meh. Pros: it’s a gym and has a bit of everything. Ppl seem nice enough. You’re guaranteed to get your sweat on. Cons: Often super crowded. Just 2 squat racks and a tiny space for calisthenics / functional strength. Insanely warm… Is the AC even on? Like I said, at least you’re guaranteed to sweat.

This place is still the best for a real workout. Showboats and half-naked people don't really exist here. Of course, you still have a few needy, attention-seeking people. It's a gym. Altogether, this place is sort of like Cheers. "Everybody knows your name"... But you come here to work.

This 24hF is not open 24/7, but it has the most gorgeous view of them all!!! It's a treat to come here. Friendly staff.

Still closed after it should be open. ***edited*** I changed from a 1 star to 5 because one time it opened late isn't enough for a low rating. Stuff happens. I get it. Atmosphere is good. Not too crowded when i go. I'm able to get the workouts i need done.

Great that this gym is open! Masks required, and cardio equipment is spaced out. Hasn't been too busy, no reservation required, and no time limit on visit..
