    F45 is one of the most challenging workouts Iā€™ve ever done. Each week they come up with new workouts that push your cardio abilities, and weight training modules to build muscle. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. If your looking to get results and meet your fitness goals, Iā€™d highly recommend F45.

    Iā€™ve done tons of different workout type classes. Iā€™ve tried aerobic types, pole fitness, yoga, Pilates, barre, aerial hoop, TRX and weight lifting. I really wanted to try something exciting and challenging. F45 has different workouts throughout the week that challenges you physically and mentally !! I love that the coaches are super welcoming, helpful and inspiring. You donā€™t need experience in exercising since they go over the different workouts and will correct your form. The classes are 45 minutes (Functional 45 minutes) which is great since I have a baby at home and free time is scarce. šŸ˜‚ Definite recommend people try it out !

    F45 Kahala has an army of well versed trainers/coaches that not only know and understand fitness ā€” but practice what they preach. On any random day youā€™ll see coaches attending class on their time off. F45 Kahala also has Clean facilities that are sanitized in between every class. There is also a towel enforcement policy. This just helps overall because the workout is 100% High Intensity. I primarily take morning classes so, I need to shout out Kelsea and Nicole for bringing the energy in the early AM. Also, a thank you to Zack and Jess for spotting and correcting any adjustments to my form. I have major appreciation for this gym and the people that make it a fitness community.

    Fast. Fun. Friendly. Effective. As a business owner with a busy schedule I was thrilled to stumble upon this 45 minute workout that works every single muscle group with unmatched efficiency! I went in on a whim with a friend and came out of my first workout with more energy than I've had in a long time. All trainers on the core team are extremely friendly and make an outwardly intimidating environment extremely friendly. Since joining F45 I have brought many of my managers, employees, and friends along and it has been a great bonding activity for people of all fitness levels. I highly suggest giving their one week trial a whirl... it's addicting!

    Fairly easy to follow instructions, since the TV tells you everything. Fairly high intensity with some guidance on proper form. And plenty of equipment at varying weight and resistance.

    Great work out! It's a quick 45-minute work out that is challenging and fun once your body gets used to the flow. The intensity is a step lower than cross fit, which is perfect for me. I really love it when the coaches instruct on proper form and push you to your limit. It's a great competitive environment- highly recommendĀ for anyone interestedĀ in conditioning.

    I've tried different workouts on Oahu and F45 Training Kahala is my absolute favorite way to workout. The music is energizing, coaches are hype, the area is clean and neat. Its a very effective way to workout. I love how the workouts are set and done in 45 minutes. And....I don't have to rack any weights or put away anything. Love it!!!!

    The combination of technology, great trainers and a sunrise view that is all extremely inspiring. I am proud to be apart of this team and look forward daily to my 6am visits. I have been through a bunch of fitness programs in the past however this one is for me.

    10/10 would recommend. I have been coming to F45 Kahala for almost a year now and it has been one of the greatest decision I have made for my physical and mental health. If you are anything like me and have no idea where to start on your fitness journey, join a group workout. Thanks to a friend, I was introduced to this amazing community at F45 kahala. The coaches are super helpful and nice. They have great music and energy. There are a lot of long time members who are always encouraging and helpful. They offer a free one week trial. Definitely would recommend to take advantage of that! Thanks to this community, I have made some long lasting friendships.

    I waited too long before trying my first work out at F45. But Iā€™m so glad I finally signed up. Coaches are encouraging and helpful. Members are friendly and positive. Itā€™s truly a community of positive energy and it opened me up to work outs I wouldā€™ve never tried or been able to do on my own. The app also makes it really easy to check their schedule and sign up for classes.

    Consistency is key... that goes for everything in life from the hard work and sweat you put out there at the gym, to Coaches who push you through šŸ’Æ of your bad days. You just have to keep moving forward, no matter how small the step or huge the leap. The Covid-19 pandemic has been hard on everyone; mentally, financially, spiritually and physically. With constant changes and uncertainty one can throw their hands up in the air and give up or one can pivot, improvise and create an alternative so that you can still put that work in and stay CONSISTENT. Thatā€™s what F45 Kahala is all about! Not only does it provide an excellent compact well rounded work out from cardio HIIT workouts to Functional Strength Training that takes only 45 minutes of your day, it provides a community where the focus is your physical and mental health. The relationships created is proof of its motto/logo... more than a gym but a community, and as a COMMUNITY we have all gotten STRONGERšŸ’ŖšŸ¼šŸ’ŖšŸ¼šŸ’ŖšŸ¼. ā™„ļøā¤ļøā™„ļø

    Iā€™ve been a cardio junkie for as long as I can remember. But I started noticing more noticeable results once I started incorporating strength training into my workout regimen. I love working out, I could spend 2-3 hours in the gym. Over the years, becoming a mommy and juggling work and kids, time management was key, and I needed for find a more efficient way of working out. F45 Kahala provides me the best of both worlds (strength training and HIIT cardio) in only 45 minutes. Not only can I get an efficient workout, but I love the coaches, who are always watching and correcting my form, and really getting to know me and my strengths and weaknesses. They know how to help me modify when needed, and when to push me to excel. Lastly, nothing can beat the community that has been built in the studio. Itā€™s not just a gym, but also family.

    F45 has been a game changer for me. I went from someone who casually worked out to a fanatic because I love it so much! F45 provides me with all the cardio and resistance that I need. Itā€™s a great environment with knowledgeable and encouraging coaches, clean facilities and an awesome community of members. My favorite days are the STRENGTH days. That is where Iā€™ve seen the biggest difference, personally. Just in the last year (despite the pandemic), I saw a noticeable increase in my muscle mass and a 10% decrease in body fat percentage. I look better but more importantly, I feel better. F45 has done everything they can to keep their members safe and active during these times when we need it the most! Thank you F45!!

    Visited Oahu for the week I needed to find a place to work out great place great atmosphere great attitude great work out highly recommend. See you in a few months when I come back. šŸ˜‰
