Great tour of Hawaii and Pearl Harbor. The tour guides were knowledgeable and friendly. The time saved not standing in lines is worth getting the tour. It's an amazing experience and am looking forward to traveling back to explore other islands.

In September wife and I spent some time in Hawaii on our return from the mainland US. By pure chance we booked a full day Circle Island Tour through the hotel with Discover Hawaii Tours. It was one of the best experiences of our whole holiday. Our tour guide/driver was Keith Fujikawa and he was most helpful, friendly, had immense knowledge of the island and the places we visited and went out of his way to make our experience a pleasurable one. I can only commend Discover Hawaii Tours and especially Keith to visitors of the island.

My wife and I were visiting Honolulu for the first time from England. We visited the Pearl Harbor memorial. Our day was made even more memorable by our fantastic tour guide and driver Jeremiah (aka COUSIN MAYA). He alone deserve the 5 stars on his performance. He was respectful, very welcoming, and smart. He has encylopedic knowledge of the area, the monuments. There was never a dull moment in our group. Thanks Cousin Maya

I recently visited Oahu with my boyfriend (for both of our first times) and fell in love! On our 3rd day we enjoyed the Circle Island Tour + Pearl Harbor by "Discover Hawaii Tours". Our guide's name was Kona a native to the island and an AMAZING tour guide! He took us ALL over the island and was able to give us so many interesting facts about local places and the people! He was very funny and seemed to really enjoy his job which is always a plus! We were both so impressed with him I'm not only writing this review for him but also contacting corporate to let them know of our wonderful experience :). He truly made this an excellent experience for all of us on the bus that morning! Thank you Discover Hawaii Tours for a truly fantastic new experience!

We did the Pearl Harbor and Oahu Circle Island Tour with John Jr, a native from the east side of the Oahu island. He was amazing. He spoke the language and new the island extremely well. Besides a great singer (he stopped several times and sang to us Hawaiian songs with his Uke), he knew so much about the island. It was a 6:25A to 5:30P tour but the day went by so fast. Best tour we've had from Sydney to Honolulu for our trip through the Polynesian Islands. Fantastic!!!! Fantastic!!! Fantastic!!!

My husband and I participated in the full day Pearl Harbor tour and it did not disappoint! Cousin Miah was a great guide and very knowledgeable. They were very organized and definitely know how to provide you with the best Pearl Harbor experience. My only wish was that we had more time at USS Missouri, but that is just my personal preference. We learned so much about local history and language from Cousin Miah and appreciated the fact that they took time to recognize veterans in the group. If you are looking for the best way to tour Pearl Harbor, definitely book with Discover Hawaii tours.

Like so many others our tour with these thieves was cancelled the day before we are due to go. Numerous calls to their office to get refund only to be told they will send me a check. I did not waste time as no company these days issues cheques for a refund so I immediately contact the credit card company and claimed refund. Strongly suggest not to book with these thieves. Go with someone reputable.

Be careful with this one. If they cancel a tour on you, they will do absolutely nothing to refund the cost of the tour to you. In fact, they will try to make you jump through hoops - which I am still doing after a tour that their company cancelled in May of this year.

We stayed on Maui, but had to travel to the main island for a whole day just to experience the active volcano. Helicopter tour was the reason we went, well it got CANCELLED!!! Decided to go on the bus tour just because WE WOULD HAVE TO PAY to get the air flight times changed. Tour guide was not very entertaining and repeated everything more than 5 times. Scenery was awesome, but they SKIP THE BEST FEATURE, the lava flowing into the ocean. I recommend a rental and taking your time. If your helicopter is cancelled you can reschedule without any issues. NO REFUND OR DISCOUNT is offered by Discover Hawaii Tours for the inconvenience. Instead they blame you for accepting the tour at the time of booking. We were very disappointed and another couple was pissed and didnt want to go on the bus, but the guide convinced them to. Road to Hana was also booked with them. It was great, our tour guide was JUNIOR and he was amazing, funny, sarcastic and sincere. If you can, REQUEST HIM!! 5 stars for him and only him!!!!

Better than expected! We started our with Keith who picked us up from our hotel and brought us the our first stop at Pearl Harbor. He was knowledgeable about the island and told stories about Pearl Harbor before we arrived. After this we went with a new driver because we were doing a different tour than others that were with us. We then were with Hana, he made our experience above and beyond. He talked about each stop and gave us history about the island and taught us several words/phrases. Our tour was - Pearl Harbor, Dole Plantation and the Polynesian cultural center. We also stopped at a beach in North Shore and a Temple along the way. Highly Recommended.

We had a wonderful experience with Doscover Hawaii Tours! We did the Road to Hana. Our tour guide Stan was very friendly, entertaining and informative. The day was perfectly planned out. It was so nice to sit back, relax and enjoy the road to Hana without having to stress about driving it and knowing where to stop, and Stan was able to point out things we never would have known on our own. This was one of the highlights of our trip to Maui. We highly recommend it!

I was VERY DISAPPOINTED that Discover Hawaii Tours had changed our tour to a different tour, one day prior to our date. Their reason was that they did not have enough people for this tour, (a possible change in tour should be an alert under the tours descriptions). I had highly suggested Oahu Mini Circle Island w/ Pearl Harbor Arizona Memorial for my 4 family members since my husband and I had done it 2017 and knew that they were on the more adventurous side. They missed exploring the rainforest and rugged cliffs and sea scapes, while instead rerouted to the Polynesian Culture Center for the same experience that was planned at a Luau. Their monies for both of these excursions were used for one in the same. This was their first trip to Hawaii. They flew to Oahu for this highly suggested route from me, since I have been multiple times. Upon return to Maui I heard the disappointment in their voices as they informed me of their experience and that it was not what they were expecting. I phoned Discover Tours to ask what had happened and customer service told me that my family's tour was an upgrade, in a surprised voice. I explained that it wasn't about the "upgrade/money" , but about the outdoor experience. She did not call me back to follow up as she had told me, I had to call and track her down. She informed me in a disgusted voice, that she had gotten an approved amount of money return in the amount that the upgrade was. A trip's plan is very important when traveling the distance form PA to HI. My family learned that there were 4 other people who's original plans were also changed that day on this excursion. So why not supply a driver and give your customers the trip that they had specifically picked for their memories, and not what you think that they want to experience!!! Again their Luau experience was a repeated experience. I HAD to give a one star to post this.... My husband and I did 2 exceptional tours in 2017 directly with Aloha Sunshine Tours with no problems. I don't know if Discover is the reason for this mix up?

normally, when I go on vacation anywhere I always go on on my own and never plan much. When I visited Hawaii in 2014 for my son's re-enlistment I booked a Discover Hawaii tour on a whim and am so glad I did. Learned a ton and am so glad I was able to just sit back and enjoy rather than looking at maps all the time and trying to figure out traffic and parking! Anyone that goes to Hawaii should book a tour with you guys----it is MOST worthwhile!

I really enjoyed complete Pearl Harbor Tour experience with Discover Hawaii Tours. Would love to comeback and check out the Volcanoes next time.

Unpresentable! I canceled a tour more than 72 hours in advance and they still haven't refunded me anything. I have been complaining since May... A shame.
