If I could give them 0/5 stars I would. I Got there on a Friday night around 6:30. Obviously expected a little wait as it seemed a bit busy. 30 minutes in and we watched a table of 5 be seated in our same section and immediate be brought fork,napkins, and have their drinks ordered. We at this point had never even been introduced to our server and gotten these and ultimately gave up on eating here for the night. I have never felt less valued as a costumer. On our way out a different server who had watched us wait for half an hour told us good night, ironic much…

Me and a friend stopped in to grab lunch! The waiter/waitress! Took our orders! He she came back with our meals! And after placing the food on the table! He immediately placed the check on the table! Im so confused? How do you know if i didn't want a dessert?

I like to come here to eat this delicious chicken Alfredo pasta.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! Mozzarella sticks are amazing and always hot and their chicken tenders with fries are just as good! It is a great location. Their Oreo milkshakes are also very tasty! 10/10 eatery.

My server was Leslie. She was awesome! Very nice and attentive. She acknowledged my table soon after being seated and got me everything I needed. The food was good, but the service was even better.

I’m not really a fan of chains, but Applebee’s delighted me tonight!! The 2 for $20 was a true value! The food was promptly served, well prepared and the service of Ebony was super attentive! Well done!!

Terrible service I went with my family I ordered the drinks and I was waiting a long time I had to ask someone else and to top it off I was ready to order and the person who attended me called and ignored me I really said!!! and she answered me. Yes really!! there is no time!!! I think that since my family is Latino, they look at us reluctantly, very racist, terrible, I asked her for the bill, she started laughing... her supervisor came out and they didn't charge me for the drinks, that would be the last straw Because we don't even drink, I don't understand where your ethics are…

Food was okay. Service was slow. Empty boths but still a wait. A section had a party and ended before we were seated, they were still clearing the table when we were leaving. Server didn't announce the special drinks, poor girl seemed completely exhausted. Food was tasty. Maybe going at a different time would have been best.

Have eaten here 3 times. The food is not good. Bland tomato soup, bad grilled cheese, bad burger, soggy fries, very bad fish and chips. The servers have all been great. Greeters/table seaters have not been friendly.

Sandy is an outstanding and caring waitress!!! The food is so so much better than tgifridays in central islip!!! They made my burger to perfection!! Definitely coming back here and requesting for sandy to be my waitress every time!!!

I've been to Applebee's a number of times their food is wonderful their staff is great everybody is professional and the food is very delicious a nice place to visit's too busy with a friend or your time joy your time if you are a sports person and you like to To watch your sports it's a nice place to go for a quick bite and enjoy your sports with your friends everything is good no matter what you get and the staff is very eager to help you in anything that you need prices are reasonable

Just ordered through door dash, had to call the store and ask for steak sauce because they don't take comments or suggestions The person who answered said they would put it in my bag immediately. When my food arrived my steak that was supposed to be medium well , was well done almost burnt my Spanish rice was very dry , there was no steak sauce in the bag at all and the broccoli had absolutely no flavor.... At work so I couldn't even bring it back....smh... When I'm in the store I don't have this problem but I will not be ordering anything to be delivered to me again.

Sam was an awesome waitress! Each time I come she is always in good spirits & friendly! In my opinion she’s the best waitress there ! I’ll be back because of her! I recommend anyone who goes here to ask for Sam (with the tats) lol!

Leslie provided our group great service. She was attentive and awesome! The food came out at a good time and the drinks were delicious. Will definitely be coming back!!

Food was amazing, My server, Brian was so attentive and kind . He recommended that I start with the Chicken Wonton Tacos and boy, were they good! Such a pleasant dining experience, I'll be coming back if everyone is just as good as Brian

Very disappointed with my Uber order I just received, my wonton tacos where cold and my dessert with ice cream was all melted I had to throw it to freeze!!

Natasha was absolutely amazing! She was quick, communicative, and helped us out all night. When most people hear any other language than English they immediately write the table off. We brought family from another country and wanted to show them a good time. Because of Natasha we were able to show them a great time! Thank you again for everything!

Shannon was my host, she was lovely in every way one would want their host to be, as she did not skip a beat with anything. My food was ok, although a day later I still had food I took home. The food was overcooked or the oil needed changing. Reheating made it soggy, chewy, and harder. The food looked fine and tasted fine when in the store but if you cannot eat it all at once, first 24 the food is no good.

My family and I love coming here! The food always comes out tasting great and in a reasonable time even when it’s really busy! The service is wonderful and we always see the same staff which we rarely see anyplace else. The managers are so wonderful and always come to check on us and keep that restaurant running smoothly all the time! 5 stars isn’t enough

My visit to Applebee's struck nostalgia and brought me back to my teenage years... The chain restaurant was occupied with families who decided to dine late, the teenage group enjoying their classic diner grub and then boys smashing back the mountain dew vodka bevs. I ended up with a mix of staff servicing my table. My first waitress was so over her shift she didn't care for pleasantries and our follow-up waitress was very friendly, keep in mind this all adds to the late-nite chain diner experience. I wouldn't come here unless it's past 10pm on a Saturday only because the essence of this establishment is best experienced at the time described.

Worst Applebee's experience. Met up on for dinner with some friends at 9:45. Our server was rude from the beginning. We all wondered if it was something we did but we couldn't figure it out. We asked her which drink were 1/2 off (after 10pm at this point) and she didn't give us a clear answer. As my girlfriend walked back from the bathroom she asked the bartender which drinks were discounted and the info was given. Our server over hears my girlfriend talking to the bartender and walks over as she leaves and says "did she just ask about the drinks? I'M DONE!". My girlfriend gets back to the table and tells us what happened. We asked the waitress what the issue was because she was clearly annoyed/rude us and was talking it out on us. Her reply was "I was moving today and I'm tired". We said that's ok but you are being nasty to us and we did nothing to you. Service is garbage and the drinks were heavily watered down. I'll never go back.

The food was good, it took a while to place the other, the service was good, helpful and attentive employees, bathrooms could use some service, enough parking, wheel chair accessible.

It was the first time at this Applebee's, and I got my check before my appetizer and my entre. Just thought it was weird. When he brought our plates the check was on the plate.

They deliver my food cold and my burger at the wrong term. It was not busy. IDK maybe they need a better chef or a faster waitress.

Went with my buddies. The staff is very attentive and kind; and though our orders took a while to be brought on our table, the food was great. That Oreo milkshake is the best on Earth.

Went there Friday night around 10. The place was a madhouse. A table of kids seemed to dine and dash as we walked in. Waited a few minutes to get a table, which was fine since it was pretty packed. Waitress came by and took our drink order while we looked over the menu. Ten minutes later there were still no drinks and the waitress walked by our table a few times. We overheard the person behind us say their food came out cold. We called it, got up and walked out and went home. We've eaten here plenty of times, dine in and take out. Never had an experience like this. Usually it's pretty good.

We sat down for 20+ minutes waiting to be asked for our drink. They let people vape and smoke at the bar I was sitting right next to with my little sister. The bar tender did nothing about it or no one else seemed to care. Would not recommend coming here. Also kevin with the bun is a very terrible waiter.

Nice as always. Grilled chicken with shrimp and parm is my favorite.

Went there and food was ok appetizers were better. Service was horrible and even gettingvor trying to pay bill took forever. Would only recommend the 1/2 price appetizers only and hit and miss with staff. Service is very important and seems like not at applebees at several locations.

Workers are kind and friendly. Service usually is fast and doesn’t take long to come out. Good for just running in to eat something quick. Prices are KIND OF on the expensive side.

They offer in-house dining and– and Newbury Street delivery and curbside pickup they have everything you need great place to eat

We were seated promptly.. The waiter was great took our drink order. Followed by appetizer. Everything was cooked to perfection overall a good experience.

They wouldn’t seat me and my 7 friends because “the kitchen closes in 20 minutes” even though it was 12:10 and they close at 1am, and basically told us to leave. but right after, they sat a couple that was waiting after us and there were other big tables that didn’t even order their food yet. Horrible service and when we asked to see the manager he couldn’t even care or bother to come over to us and say anything, not even an apology for basically not wanting to serve us. Awful business I’ll start going somewhere else with better quality food.
