Great place to camp! Ample shade on most lots, fairly level. It is perfectly located close Boyne City and Charlevoix to give you some places to visit. The campground is well maintained, has full hook up, and are spacious. We've been making trips to this campground for years and have never had a bad experience. There is a really nice playground for kids, and a fantastic beach on lake Charlevoix. Accessible boat launches and slips right at the campground. Reasonably priced and also close enough to Mackinac City and the Mackinaw Bridge that you can easily plans a day trip to the UP. Can't wait to go back and camp again.

Beautiful Campground. Full camper hookup, picnic table and fireplace at each site showers and bathrooms, sandy beach, pavilion, horseshoe pits, beach volleyball, and more! Didn't get photos of the beach but did at the boat docks in the early morning.

Sites were very close together, but nice clean park with full hookups available. Be aware of 10am checkout time. Very convenient to Jordan Valley barn if you have an event going on there.

Camped there for a week. Nice park! Only downside is there are no docks or mooring for boats and that makes it un-handy if you're a boater.

My first trip to the park since moving to town and my daughter had a great time. The view is nice and everything was clean. You can actually go into the water very far before it gets deep, and the shallow area makes the water much warmer than I had anticipated. The only bummer is that a lot of the beach is very rocky but there are some good spots to lay down.

We stay here for June, July & August every year and we just love it there. It sits right on Lake Charlevoix with great views, in the small town of East Jordan. The staff are absolutely wonderful!! It stays neat & tidy and they are constantly working on new improvements. We have made some great friends and wouldn't stay anyplace else!!

Too expensive for such small sites, and the beach is dirty looking. It looks like they're planning some fun activities though...that's a plus.

Great place. Recently they have done with to it. Nice place and new crossing at the street. Great water. Not the best water access but it's still beautiful

My whole site flooded with 4 inches of water. They know it floods. Never gave me a heads up. No refund! I had to go buy all new stuff. They are cry babies, constantly wanting to call the cops for having fun. Screwed over our family multiple of times.

Located on beautiful Charlevoix Lake. We didn't camp there but simply walked around to stretch our legs. The campground looked neat and clean, and the people we talked to in the office were friendly.

We love camping there! Close to stores if needed, close to the water too! Also having the option for full hook-up is a plus!

We had our 47th class reunion in the gazebo. I highly recommend it for gatherings. It's right by the lake. You need to sign up for it's use, but there's no charge.

We were lucky enough to get lot 55 to camp at. Beautiful view of Lake Charlevoix, nice large lot and very quiet campground.

Nice place! Clean shower houses! Highway noise was a little much though.

This place has it all.. Park, bathrooms, sand, grass, camping.. the list goes on, I'm sure. It also has a gorgeous, yet freezing cold, beach..

Beautiful view. Decent campground bathrooms. Overly particular about rules and their 5 mph speed limit though.

    Loads of fun

The bathrooms are few and cramped. I wished they were closer to the beach and picnic pavilion. The playground was really well appointed with equipment for all ages. Overall we enjoyed our visit, the views are spectacular!

We love the tourist park. Whether it's the playground park part or the actual beach. It does occasionally have some zebra muscles but I've noticed that they are tending to that issue more and more every year and this year (2022) there wasnt any in the shallow area me and my children played and swam in so 👍👍

Very outdated bathrooms. We were on a full hookup site but not allowed to use the sewer. Sites are some of the smallest I have ever seen. And placement of the fire pit was not thought out very well. We will not be visiting this place ever again.

Great place for family fun! Camping, beach, fishing, walking trails and beautiful sunsets. Right in town with walking distance to stores and the downtown area.

swings, merry-go-round. Some shaded spots for those who don't want/like direct sunlight. "Clay pit" out in the water the kids just LOVE!

Nice city park. Small lots, but that is common. Half the park is getting upgrades. Really nice beach.

Good place for swimming with kids. Roped off swimming area with sandy beach (no rocks). Not too deep. Warmer water than lake Michigan. A little busy in the summer with all the campers, but very sweet and beautiful.

Just there for EJ's Fall Festival. They always decorate the building so nicely, warm & inviting. Only bad review is lack of food trucks. They had one. It was the yellow Cutlers Taco Truck. How many times can you eat from their limited menu? It's not even one of the best Mexican trucks either. Very over priced. The gal in front of me ordered a done up super Nacho with chicken, Mexican cheese & white sauce. It was piled high & over flowing. I ordered the same. To my utter sadness, my nachos were half the size & to top it off (no pun intended) They wouldn't do anything for me. I had to pay for another scoop of chicken & then it still was smaller than the gal in front of me. If you have a choice DO NOT GO TO THE YELLOW CUTLERS TACO TRUCK. You'll be happier to go elsewhere 🙂.

Waited to place an order inside for 15 min, they were taking drive threw orders, then someone in back yelled for me to order on that machine in lobby, never used one before so that was fun 🤦‍♀️then waited another 15 to 20 minutes to get my order. Was not happy waiting all that time and just grabbed my stuff. I got in the car and drove down to the park to eat, and they forgot a French frie and cheese burger

We made reservations, but upon arrival our lot was changed. Not sure I like the process. We have a boat, don't like to put in docks since they put the boats on top of each other, but city folks play in the area not good if you have a pontoon. We have several dents from people playing close to the boat.

Even in the winter, it's beautiful here! I loved seeing all of the art pieces, and their position along the water and walking path is perfect.

Usually great. This time had to clean cabins before we unpacked. People friendly. Didnt turn on gan because of all the dust. Only 1 bulb in light fixture. They did have lysol spray. Needs to be looked after better. We were trying to make this a yearly trip after our mom died as this is where our family came from.

Nice camp grounds, only busy a few times of year, fast food, pizza, grocery store, laundrymat close by. Restaurants on other side of town, las Maracas favorite place to eat. Foundry also good. Breakfast at South arm Cafe They are doing some improvements to the area, put a new boat launch in next to campground .

Location is good. Small close sites. Full hook-up site has you looking at your neighbors sewer hose. Road traffic is loud and close.
