Clean rooms and good service. Joana was wonderful at the front desk. Coffee station was fresh. We stayed 1 night for an event at the FL State Fairgrounds (FitFest).

I filed a complaint with the corporate office that the front desk representative, Ariana, stated they had no parking space available for guests of the hotel and told us to park at a safe location, not owned by Marriot, across the street that had security. Well, the car was then broken into. We were told that the manager, Sandra B., was to contact us. Apparently, she didn’t think VEHICLE THEFT was important enough to reach out to us before she left for the weekend (it’s now 06/15/2023) until Monday. Why is this hotel dishing out rooms if it can’t accommodate safe parking?

I recently stayed at TownePlace Suites by Marriott Tampa Casino Area, and while the hotel is new and the rooms were clean, I encountered a notable issue with the late check-out policy. As a Titanium Elite member, I usually benefit from a 4 pm check-out, and this was a significant factor in choosing this hotel. Unfortunately, the staff couldn't accommodate the late check-out as expected. Despite our status, they could only offer a 2 pm check-out. This was inconvenient for me as I had planned to work until 4 pm. As a result, I had to leave at 2 pm and find an alternative place, like Starbucks, to continue my work. If a late check-out is important to you, I would recommend considering other options, as this hotel may not fully meet that expectation.

We had a great stay here! We stayed 5 days and each day breakfast was hot and changed from day to day. April was the server in the morning and she was great! Very attentive and kept breakfast going! Give her a raise! ☺️ I only gave service 4 star because we never received room service, but that could have been a mix up in communication. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The hotel was clean and taken well care of, and my kids loved the pool.

The staff that I encountered was very friendly and professional. In addition to great staff interactions the facilities are very clean and well maintained. The room is very spacious with plenty of closet space, a full size refrigerator, microwave, stove, sink, dishwasher, keurig etc. Everything you need is provided in this room. The only 2 very minor down sides are the breakfast and the location. The complimentary breakfast is nothing special. Not to say it was bad either. Kind of a small selection of food to choose from but enough to get you the morning boost that you need. I only say the location is a negative because I found that there isn’t a lot to do around the immediate vicinity. With that being said you have the I-4 next door and could be in downtown Tampa is less than 15 minutes w/o traffic delays. This was not a personal downer for me because I don’t mind exploring but I do know that for many people having to drive too far is an inconvenience. Overall I felt that the hotel deserved nothing less than 5 stars due to the great facilities and amazing staff that I encountered. Good help is hard to find so I’m always appreciative when I encounter wonderful people in the hospitality industry.

The best experience I have had staying at a hotel in a long time! The staff is wonderful! Pamela and team were so accommodating. We had a little bill issue because I booked 2 nights at two different times and they did what they needed to do to fix it for us. The rooms were great and Clean. Beds were so comfortable! No complaints! We will be back next time we need a casino weekend! Thank you for the great stay!

Great hotel. Staff was pleasant and the facility seems to be brand new. Location is right off Interstate 4 but there is only a McDonalds close to the hotel. Everything else you will need to drive to. Breakfast provided at the hotel is good. The gym and pool are also nice. Several spots for electric vehicle charging on site.

The noisiest room we've ever stayed in. All night long there were sounds of water gushing through the pipes And all sorts of snaps crackles and pops coming from the kitchenette. The bed and pillow was very uncomfortable. After the first night we left our towels on the floor upon reading the bathroom note stating fresh towels would replace them. Only to return to our room with unmade beds and no new towels. At checkout we were told that it was posted on their website that rooms were cleaned Every Other Day. We didn't notice this when we made our reservation so it would have been nice to get reminded along with the towels on the floor notice! On our last day the maid rudely reminded us that checkout was at 1100. It was 1115. Unfortunately for me, I left my expensive, large silver hoop earrings and a phone charger cord in the room. I called the hotel but have not received a return call stating they found my earrings. I'm not surprised.

It was not the best hotel but by far not the worst. A collague stays at a TownePlace closer to the airport. He was saying his hotel was a bit dated. This one was nice and the rooms were clean and it was very quite. The only issue is if you do not have a car, there is a McDs across the street and that is it. A few other places near by but didn't see them. Front desk was very friendly and breakfast was good.

My husband and I reserved a 1 bedroom king size suite with full kitchen for 2 weeks 2/14/23 - 2/28/23 and OMG!!!! What a experience!!! The hotel is sooooo clean, rooms immaculate/ clean. Kitchen has everything you need silverware, dishes, pots and pans, toaster, coffee pot, coffee, creamers, Dishwasher, cups, glasses and toaster. Living area very nice couch, desk, side tables and full desk and large flat screen tv on wall. Bedroom with king bed, side tables nice size dresser for all our clothes, large flat screen tv hanging on wall, big walk in closet with ironing board with iron. The bathroom shower was large with body wash, shampoo, conditioner in large container inside shower. My husband and I travel. Lot and this was the BEST HOTEL we ever reserved. They even have a very nice laundry room with large folding table. Free breakfast ( very good) and plentiful. The staff were AWESOME!!! Starting from the day we checked in until we check out. 14 days of friendly, kind, attentive, pleasant Staff. Everyday they ask " Do you all need anything" They gave us info on places to have dinner, directions to any establishment we ask for. They ALL became like family while we were there. The maids that cleaned out floor were Awesome, the head of household was fantastic, the desk clerks were fantastic, the lady that took care of the breakfast bar was so pleasant as well. The Entire stay made our vacation a Blessing. We will definitely stay there again. We have already spreaded the word to family and friends here in OHIO. The Best Experience Ever! If you drive an electric vehicle or plug in hybrid and you are a Marriott Bonvoy member and you want to use points for your stay, then this is the place to stay. There are four free electric vehicle charging stations in the hotel parking lot and a nights stay with included hot breakfast can be had for a measly 20k points. Let’s not forget that the staff are friendly and efficient, the rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable and the hotel is 2 or 3 blocks from the interstate.

I am a Marriott Titanium Elite member (2000+ stays) and a hard critic of their hotels. This one was top notch. They had a nice fire pit and BBQs out front if you wanted to grill or socialize with a group. The rooms were a European design. It has a small kitchen fully stocked with utensils, plates, Keurig coffee maker, pots and pans. It even has a small dishwasher. The beds were comfortable and they had a nice hot breakfast buffet with amble seating. The entire staff was friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

The ratings do not lie. This 2-star hotel is really the 4.4-star rating worth. Clean as can be. Have all the necessary amenities. Our room has a full fridge, microwave, dishwasher, stove top and all the utensils. Huge plus to be able to put drinks and have those leftovers you gather along the way. We went for fun, but there is a desk and nice space to work if preferred. Did I say clean? Octavia is the Housekeeping Manager and she and her whole team did a fantastic job. And more than that, they were all happy, helpful and friendly. What a joy! Thank you all! Breakfast. Ahh, what a meal. Included in the room fee and I got up early just for this. Monday morning has make-your-own waffles as well. If you plan on having this the next day, ask if they have it, because it's not there every day. But, all the rest makes up for it! And if Marisol is keeping a watchful eye, nothing goes empty and every spill gets cleaned right on the spot. Thank you Marisol!! Hard Rock casino is literally 4 minutes on the road. Very next exit on the I-4. You don't even have to merge after coming on, and you're off again. Wonderful! The pool looked great, but because of our itinerary and the weather, we did not get to use it. ALL the staff were fabulous. Helpful and friendly. What a total joy. Thank you all. We will definitely stay here again!!

Everything was Great… Ciero, I believe to be the manager was so helpful on the phone before I even arrived. She was a happy, smiling face each day of our stay. William was friendly also. The location was excellent for us as well…very close to the music venue (Hard Rock Cafe/Casino). Hope to return. JD and Kimberly

The service was not accommodating to a Platinum Elite Bonvoy member at check in they would not allow my Husband to charge the room to his account which is on file so for our stay he has missed out on so many points. The day of our departure we asked for a late check out which was reluctantly granted and some negotiation seem to ensued over the check out time. However it was finally granted until 3 pm. From 1100- until 2:57pm we received several disturbing knocks at the door from house keeping. We kept having to remind them we have a late check. My husband is a pilot and rest is part of job for his trips and his rest was interrupted multiple times by staff. This hotel by far needs additional training in customer service and dealing withPlatinum Elite members it was not the excellence we are used to receiving by far. It was quite disappointing.

The location is ok if you want to only visit the casino. The rooms are clean and spacious. I'll stay again in the future.

I stayed here with a friend for the Odesza concert. We were very happy with our stay. The rooms were clean, modern, spacious, and close proximity to the fairgrounds. Would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean comfortable stay. :) The hotel is newer and allow dogs (for those who travel with pets). Free breakfast is always a plus too!! Thank you!

I've stayed here twice in the last 2 months, and each time I've really enjoyed it. The rooms are nice with the full kitchen and appliances. The beds are comfortable, the shower is good, and the a/c works great. The breakfast is pretty good for a free breakfast. I can't find anything to complain about other than the TV is slow to change channels. It's a nice, clean hotel and the price is right.

This was our very first time staying at this establishment! We normally stay out by the airport when in town. We got there Tuesday evening and checked out Saturday afternoon. During those 4 days, the cleaning staff FINALLY showed up on Friday and she LITERALLY DID NOT go pass the kitchen area! She emptied the trash up under the kitchen sink, turned on the garbage disposal 🤔, wiped down the mirror in the bathroom and lifted up the toilet seat!!! Other than that, NOTHING was swept, mopped, cleaned, anything in the bedroom area was NOT touched, nor was the trash emptied, bath linen was ALL placed in a pile to be exchanged, the bed linen was not changed and was in disarray, the floor needed to be vacuumed, etc….once you step in the room you could see crumbs (where my handicap husband may have drop something, the floor was sticky (because he fell in the room…tripped over the carpet threshold and may have wasted a lil’ juice and just too much more!!! On another note, Robin (I think he was the Assistant Mng) was EXTREMELY helpful, professional and went above & beyond of what his job duties were to help us out!!! Kudos to him!!! He would probably be one of the reasons why I would even “think” about staying here again! I liked the location of the hotel…

Very clean, professional and courteous staff. Nice amenities (pool, fire pit, small convenience store at front desk). We stayed in one of the suites it had a full kitchen, living room, spacious bathroom and separate bedroom. Clean, well stocked and spacious. So glad we found this hotel since we were unfamiliar with the area. Bed was firm but comfortable. Most of the pillows were feather so if you need alternative let them know. We only stayed one night but if we are in the area again would definitely book here.

This is the worst $200+ a night hotel i've stayed in. The front desk was friendly enough but the room was gross. We got in late and we're so tired we didn't even deal with it. The room was dingy at best. The toilet was leaking all over the floor. The walls were paper thin and the bed felt very old. Not recommended! The pictures on the website are not what you will get.

I stayed for two weeks, and I really enjoyed the hotel. The staff was very friendly and professional. The rooms were clean and modern. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Arrived to be told we had cancelled our reservation 3 days before, which I disputed as thst was impossible as we were on a cruise ship and they had no rooms available as they were at capacity.. I showed the confirmation reminder they sent me only 2 days before we arrived and then after the receptionist checked out the back our reservation magically became available again which I found strange and caused needless stress. The room itself was great and the only downside was the rooms do not have a safe which is disappointing for the price paid. That said it would not stop me staying there again.

The hotel was nice and clean, staff were all friendly and accommodating. The location was good as far as being close to getting places however there isn’t much around the hotel for food, there’s a lot of homeless people hanging around, and it doesn’t seem like the type of area that I would want to go walking around. The location does not reflect how great the hotel was. I would stay again.

I am giving this hotel only one ⭐️ because the size of the rooms & you get them clean when you do check in. Besides that they don’t deserve more than one ⭐️. 1. Breakfast only if you like eggs worm in a plastic bag, the bagels 🥯 and bake were not fresh, no milk or cereal for the kids. 2. In 5 nights that we stayed in this hotel the rooms were clean only one after we insisted the cleaned them once. Think of coming to the rooms at 10pm from Busch Garden and find the rooms dirty with no clean towels.
