This is definitely one of the best restaurants in the casino. It is on the pricier side, but the quality of food reflects that value. The drinks are well crafted, especially the smoked old fashioned presentation and the bourbon selection is fantastic. You will need to make a reservation as it's difficult to just walk in unless you find a bar seat, but you can't just order drinks from the bar unless you're ordering food or sitting in a seat. Service was fast and friendly so no complaints there.

Apart from the Council Oaks this may be be one of the best restaurant here at Tampa Seminole Casino. Service is good. Libations are excellent. Food is perfect. Yes on the high cost limit, but for the service and food value is good. Just enjoy.

Terrific staff, wonderful food quality, fair ambience, and reasonably fair price. I expected it to be more upscale, but many patrons were very casual. If you are looking foe fine dining, the Council Oak is the place. The REZ is more expensive casual.

Overpriced and under seasoned. The most flavorful and served the hottest was the squash casserole. Steak was tough, stringy and lacked flavor. Chef was busy catering to caviar orders and top patrons. Food was plated beautifully. Was just served room temperature and again no seasoning. I expected to be "wow" with every bite but was left wanting more. Server was ok. Gave us a free dessert for terrible wait times between dishes. Said our order was "skipped" over. Horrible fine dining experience in the middle of a loud bar setting. Would not recommend. Ruined our engagement night. $170 dinner , which is by far one of this restaurants smaller tabs.

Went here for the first time with some friends. They had made the reservation earlier that day and we arrived about ten minutes early. The hostess had a printed receipt with the name for our reservation, asked if it was us and we said yes then we walked to the table with her. Minutes later another employee walked over to the table and asked if we were some other person named Cathy with this reservation and we said no. Literally five minutes later the manager walked over asking if we had a reservation. At this point we are a little annoyed with what’s going on since the hostess had the ticket with our friend’s name on it. We are thinking either they are unorganized or are in need of a table for this Cathy person. Not the best impression to have as first time guests!! Taila was the server, she was very pleasant and efficient. She gave us her recommendations that we took. The meatloaf was over cooked with almost burnt edges on the outside and a little dry inside. The 3 oz portion of the mushroom gravy was excellent as were the spoonful of mashed potatoes. The 4 ribs were excellent and the fries were very yummy too. The prices were on the higher side for the smaller dinner portions and the appetizers that you received but overall it was good. Other than being annoyed with what took place when we walked in, Taila definitely made us feel welcomed!

Have come here a couple of times and the food has always been great. To be honest the service wasn’t great and we waited a little longer for our food but they did compensate and give us free desserts and a round of drinks. All in all I would recommend this place. Make sure to make reservations before and try out the seafood tower.

This restaurant's food has nothing to make me wanna come back here again. The lamb chops even though the presentation looks nice the last 2 were charred and lacked any seasoning, the Grouper also well plated was very bland and the salted caramel creme brulee was something new for me to try but I didn't like the taste so I'll stick to traditional creme brulee. Both my partner and I got sick after dinner so I truly was not impressed. Overall ridiculously expensive food with no taste and I will not return.

Had brunch with family and our waitress was very good. For appetizers we had the French toast and shrimp, for entree the steak and eggs, for desert the chocolate chip cook and basically a chocolate mousse.

Well I have to say that I was so impressed by this restaurant that I’m planning to go back as soon as possible! Amazing service from the moment of acknowledging our reservation and sitting us down with lots of attention even thou they were a little busy on a Sunday we still felt important. Food was A-1 Fresh! From the free water to last bit of ice in the martini. Lol. And the waitress Nadia wow how knowledgeable she was of the food and how good she was to us. That’s exactly how I want to be taken care of at a restaurant! Even leaving out the Hostess asked how was everything. Perfect service across the board!

Get reservations if you plan on dining here. Pricey as you might imagine being at a casino. The service was slow because it was very busy but the staff were very pleasant. The food was excellent!

Make sure to get reservations for this restaurant it’s hard to get a table if you try to walk in! I missed the brunch but got a reservation for dinner on Sunday! My server Shae took a while to come to my table to get our orders but when he finally arrived everything else went smooth sailings! For appetizer got the shrimp which was delish! My cocktail got the rum runner and it came with this big giant pineapple inside of it and I loved it! My main dish I got the filet mignon medium done and it was so good! Inside the restaurant it was well themed and kinda dark but overall I enjoyed my stay and will be back for their brunch next time I come on a Sunday!!!

We had a birthday brunch here and it was fantastic!! It's right across from Sugar Factory. Our waitress did a stellar job making sure all 8 of were taken care of. The food was delicious we paid about $77 each for brunch unlimited, Bellini's and mimosas and the tip. We were kinda of loud with talking and laughing and we didn't feel like we were doing to be out out. So it's great for a fun group. For the brunch you choose one appetizer, 1 entree and 1 dessert. There is a nice selection. You get a basket with pastries and the unlimited mimosas and Bellini's were good and she never had an empty glass. I would certainly come back.

The Rez is by far the best brunch spot around Tampa! Great food, great service (ask for Mark) and fair price. Sundays from 11am - 4pm brunch bottomless mimosas will put you in the right vibe to win some blackjack afterwards!

I hate to admit it but we went here expecting world class "mixologists" as the website boasts. While they did have many drink options, they definitely weren't into making any off-the-wall drinks. However, the food and drinks were delicious and we definitely would return again for both! The crème brulee was amazing, as well as the lamb, crab cakes, and short rib!

We had a great server and the vibe is really relaxed. I ordered a margarita pizza and it needed fresh tomatoes and basil. It had sauce and a tiny bit of fresh basil. Our friend ordered veal parmigiana and it was dry so he didn't eat it. The manager did stop @ our table to ask if Gary would like another entree. He declined the offer. My fiance had the Filet (delicious) with spinach 😋 and a side of diced potatoes. The sides are for sharing, not individual sides. The potatoes were deep fried? lacked flavor, and overcooked. Leftovers were boxed up nicely, along with napkins and plastic ware.

I ordered the waffle and fried chicken. What a disappointment! The chicken came to me cold. Five minutes later the meal came for a second time, and it tasted like recooked fried chicken, a dried out half breast, plus the thigh was undercooked, raw at the bone. The manager was sent over. She was quite rude. She said that I could order another meal if I paid for it, and I was given a five dollar discount. I left the remainder of the meal.

Best brunch with bottomless Mimosas & Bellini's. My family & I brunch at least 3 times a month here. Brantley is the best server if your table is 2 or 12. He pays attention to detail and gives the best menu recommendations!

Food was amazing and the drinks were to die for. The drink the manager recommended called the nacho li bre was so good. A perfect sweetly treat. I also got a fillet there medium rare and it cut like butter. So much lol butter I didn’t even need a steak knife and just used my butter knife with not much force at all. The green beans that came with it as well as the mashed potato with some cooked tomatoes were a perfect side piece and tasted amazing. And to end the evening a lovely cappuccino. I am definitely planning to go back here again. 100 out of 10.

Didn’t have a perfect experience but had a good experience. Giving 5 stars because it was all corrected and everything turned out well i why the proper service. Oysters were great and fresh. Fantastic presentation. The seafood fettuccine was the bomb and tasted really good. Good amount of seafood and generous portion of pasta. The filets came out cold initially and were sent back and new ones prepared. They took care of their mistake and I won’t fault them for that. Good piece of meat and cooked to perfect temps. The Brussel sprouts were awesome and the flavor was fantastic. The side of lobster was okay. I personally like the lobster tail but this is a weighted portion of lobster. There was some pieces of shell in there from taking all the meat out. Not great but average. Prices were on point for a place like this and the service made up for the mess ups. I would go again.

We made a reservation through the casino website noting we are celebrating a Birthday For 9:30. They did not say anything about closing early! We check In with the host and they walk us to the far back center table near the kitchen. When there is large booths available against the wall without high traffic from wait staff, the hostess accommodates but asks us to walk back to the front to wait to be reseated. We walk all the way back to turn around and walk all the way back again to return to the booth we were standing next to? Then we finally get greeted to thirty minutes later and they tell us we must put in the order because they close at 10? We had to rush in a $200 order and then served us the filet and salmon cold since we had appetizers first. It was a rush experience that forced us not to enjoy what should have been a lovely meal.
