This WaWa is my ABSOLUTE fav! The customer service from the cashier to food service is THE BEST! I have been in 3 times this week purchasing 3 different smoothies and always taste on POINT from Strawberry Mango to Pomegranate with berry- ALL GOOD and served with smiles 😃 The crew here is diversified and eager to help customers. This is saying alot with how busy this location is. They keep the same energy whether it's in the AM or deep in the PM....sooo good I had to leave this review.

Went in for coffee was out of the Columbia coffee so had to mix regular with hazel. Pretty messy not been cleaned up or no fresh coffee being made at least it was hot.had to stand in line for awhile.

No visible trash cans so drink area always filled with trash, middle of day during week they never have cups for soda fountain. Manages to get a sandwich wrong with less than 4 items on it

This location is close to my job so on occasion I stop in, but this location is just disappointing.

We live about 2 hrs away, went to a concert in Tampa for the night. We stopped in for some hot food before we made the drive back, it was after 11 pm. They were so quick with our order, we barely waited anytime at all and the food was hot and delicious. Ladies behind the counter did a great job! 😁🥰

This Wawa has terrible stock. Lot is always dirty. No windshield wiper solution available. Trash all over. As a business owner you would think you’d take more pride in maintaining your business.

Stopped for breakfast and to use the restroom. The restroom was disgusting and the soap dispenser that’s supposed to be on the wall was literally propped on my sink. You could effectively/efficiently use it to get soap. I purchased a croissant with sausage,egg, and cheese. The croissant was EXTREMELY greasy, as if I was fried with the sausage. The hashbrown was literally stuck to the paper. Evidently as soon as they finished preparing it they just dropped it in the paper that holds the hash browns. I’m really disappointed in the quality of this store. I’ve noticed that all of your stores throughout Tampa, Florida has gone down. It’s so disheartening.

This USED to be my favorite store. Today I walked in and a food service employee was holding a SICK, young child WITH GLOVES ON; I purposely watched her as I knew she would NOT change them before returning to prepare food items. I then watched her walk back into the kitchen area and return to preparing FOOD WITH DIRTY GLOVES ON!!!! 🤢 As a nurse, I wanted to vomit and prayed she did NOT prepare the breakfast I just ordered. I will not be returning to this store. That is disgusting!

I love the new remodel! And their drinks are amazing! Starbucks without the price

whoever "redesigned" this wawa should be fired. that coffee station is a complete failure. If there are more than 2 people getting coffee at once (which is always) u have to wait to do your cream or sugar.

Always out of stuff just got the stove for the pizza but don't have any toppings or the large never have sugar seems management is super cheap when ordering supplies

Their janky air compressor doesn’t work. Seems like a pretty ghetto location. I usually like Wawa. Disappointed.

Ordered a chicken salad club sandwhich today and it had no chicken salad in it!! 🤬🤬🤬 I’m 9 months pregnant what a waste of my time, money and energy now I have to find something else to eat.

This is one of the best WAWA in the area. They check customers out quickly and almost always have what you looking for. Only thing, the need to keep the soda/ice machine area up a bit more. All n all I favor this location for this general area.

By far the worst Wawa I’ve ever experienced. The clerk gave me the wrong item and since the transaction already was complete he wouldn’t exchange it for the item I asked for. I had to purchase a 2nd one to get the item I originally wanted. This is a very poorly run location.

We stopped at this location twice on Saturday, December 10th while attending Tampa’s Holiday Art & Craft Expo. At 12 noon we stopped to use the restrooms. Absolutely disgusting! The restrooms looked like they had not been cleaned in days! Broken toilet paper holders! Unfortunately we returned 2 hours later at 2 pm and the bathrooms were even worse! Shame on management! I do not believe this is how Wawa wants to be represented! How difficult is it to have someone check the restrooms hourly! It’s easier to check them hourly to pickup then spend hours cleaning! Toilet overflowed and paper towels still left in a pile with whatever overflowed! Disgusting! Health hazard!

Always take forever making my food w/o a line to begin w/. Need faster deli workers please. I go to wawa often.

Maurica was very sweet and I would give her 5 stars personally after speaking on the phone with her. The store itself runs out of energy drinks often and could do better keeping stocked up on everything in general.

Pleasant first experience. I ordered a sandwich at the kiosk...my sandwich was good, not great. I asked for spinach instead of lettuce...they only put it on half the sandwich. As soon as I took the first bite, the sandwich fell apart..frustrating.

Alonzo was very rude. Nice to the people that he knows but was impatient because I needed to make 2 separate transactions.

The manager Chrissy was so rude! I waited for my food for 45 minute. The manger needs more training. She was very disrespectful and a disgrace to Wawa. I don’t recommend this location to anyone.
