Only ate breakfast there before hitting the slots....but the coffee was delicious and the grilled croissant soft and buttery. Will definitely come back for lunch or dinner next time. Menu looked very promising. Staff very friendly and helpful.

This place is perfect! Great spot to grab a bite and rethink your gameplan before hitting the floor again. The food is very good and the service is great! I think I've been here twice in one week already. 🤣

What a great find in a sea of average... I had the "classic breakfast" and my wife chose the "Thanksgiving all year". All I can say is just perfect in every way. The sausage was great and the over easy eggs were really over easy! As for the turkey meal, it's exactly like one would expect from a plate in your home. Truly a very pleasant surprise. Easily our favorite place for casual dining!

Great!!!! Potatoes were real! Moist turkey. Vegi pasta was great. Next time I will add chicken. I want to go back, the table next to us had a sandwich that was stuffed with meat. And I can only imagine how great the soup was. Our waiter was Miguel. He was awesome!

Nestled inside Seminole Hard Rock Casino and Hotel is this eatery. Limited menu, but the food is excellent and plentiful. We chose to eat breakfast here and the food was hot and delicious. It was served up pretty quick, too.

I wanted to tell everyone about this little place in the casino. It is open all night long but they don’t serve the full menu late night. The food is pretty good here. It is not your top of the line place and it’s mainly take out at night unless you find a spot at the counter to eat. I eat the open face roast beef with mashed potatoes and whatever the vegetable of the day is. I have eaten their open faced turkey, their fried shrimp, and their sweet potato fries. Anything I have gotten there has been good. If you want a late night bite to eat this will hit the spot. I forgot to mention their Cobb salad which is huge and has plenty of everything on it. This is a salad for 2 and it is so good. The Rise is in the casino like I said and you can not order and go get it. You have to go there to order and wait while they make it but it does not take long. The desserts in the front of the place is where I head to next. They are to die for and I recommend you going to eat dessert if nothing else. The dessert alone is worth the trip. Try the cheesecake with fresh fruit.

Everything was great tonight including our waitress Janelle! She gave us excellent advice on what to order. I had the Patty Melt with Fries! Fantastic!! My wife had the Fried Shrimp with a Caesar Salad and a dish of Pasta with cream sauce!! She loved it! Everything was cooked the way we wanted and tasted great!! When we return we hope Janelle is working!!

Day one I stayed here and ordered steak and eggs. $33. I ordered the steak medium rare and the eggs over easy. Steak was burnt and so were the eggs. Sent it back. Next morning I went to the restaurant. Got scrambled eggs. $16. They use powdered eggs. The waiter told me you have to explicitly ask for “real eggs” If you come here stay in the casino get your hotel room and food elsewhere.

We were visiting from new York city staying at the hotel. Each time we visited the Rise restaurant they automatically try to seat us in the back of the restaurant even though there are many open seats in the front. I observed all the older white people being placed in the front. This is not a good look for this establishment because black people are noticing. We also were uncharged $12 for two eggs which we ordered only one. We love the hard rock but will not be visiting the Rise .

And I’m with a large party and was attempting to pay the bill and we were having problems with the card reader the manger ALLY called security before we could figure out what the issue was. Of course the food was paid for but she was very rude and disrespectful! It almost as she was tryin to embarrass us! I looked for better service at such a great place!

I absolutely adore this place. The staff is always so kind and polite. I ordered the 3 cheese veggie omelet with a side of grits and sourdough toast. The food is a massive amount, I could finish it. It was so good. They bring you tiny personal jars of honey and different kinds of jelly. It is a very well managed establishment. It's inside the Hard Rock.

We lined up right around 7AM to dine-in for breakfast and coffee. The ambiance is welcoming, nice decor and big comfortable booths. Great variety of items on the menu. Our server was prompt and speedy. You can use Unity points to pay which is also great. The food was quite impressive - everything was fresh, flavorful and the portions seemed fair enough compared to the price. I wanted to order a Cappuccino but unfortunately the machine was down so I opted for regular coffee. I will definitely try again next time as well as some other items that sounded appealing on the menu. - Stuffed French Toast: this was not what I expected it to be. Stuffed to me means something a little different than how it was served. I also was not a big fan of the blueberry cream cheese. Nice crunch to the outer layer with Frosted Flakes. - Fresh Seasonal Fruit: serving is definitely big enough for 2-3 people to share. The fruit was cold and fresh, granola and greek yogurt were delicious. - The Classic Breakfast: everything was delicious and what a huge serving! I love the little jar of preserves that comes with the toast.

Carlos there a great team.we all had a variety of appetizers and dinners - cooked to perfections. Will definitely come back there again

Well, previously I loved this restaurant, I don’t know what has changed. I had the tomato basil soup, which was almost gritty, and had so much cheese in it that it was inedible. Also, today I had the stuffed cabbage. It came on top of mashed potatoes, which really should’ve been rice, and they advertised that it had a “tomato gravy.“ Said “gravy” tasted like Campbell’s tomato soup. The Cabbage rolls themselves were tough with the entire leaf being used including the woody stems which I couldn’t even cut through let alone chew through. I had also added on a small Caesar salad, which barely had any dressing which Had zero Caesar flavor. Rise needs a new chef. Was definitely not worth the $21 price tag.

The server was very nice. Little hard to understand. Seemed way to busy. Hard to get her attention. The kitchen staff that delivered food was very rude. He slammed the food on the table. When told the food was wrong he immediately blamed the waitress. The food tasted as though it had been in a freezer for a very long time. The french fries are really mushy. When we told the staff about an allergy, they completely ignored it. We pointed out the item the person was allergic to and requested a new plate without the item and the waitress attempted to charge us for it even though it was her and her staff’s mistake. The restaurant is very clean and nice. However, I do not recommend this restaurant. Bad food is bad food.

Connor is the best. He dealt with so much bull— at 4:30am and was a champ. He worked with multiple difficult customers while we were there and did it with grace and class. The food was good. Fries were awesome. But Connors service was top notch. Definitely deserves a raise.

Food is good , long wait but once seated you are taken care of. I ordered the roasted half chicken and the veggie of the day as a side which is the baby carrots . The mashed potato comes with it.

We had two anniversary dinners. One at a fancy place and then we came here before I gambled. I was pretty disappointed overall. I ordered the soup and half sandwich—roast beef and their special the mojo pork stew. The sandwich was just okay. I was brought out chicken noodle soup instead of the stew. I brought it to our waiter’s attention and he seemed honestly out of it the entire time. He went to get the stew and I’m still not even sure what he brought out was the mojo pork stew. He came back to our table to ask me what I ordered. (I guess he forgot again). What I received seemed more like minestrone but I didn’t want to be a bother again and my husband was almost done with his food so I just ate it. Not sure I would go back.

After spending all day at Formula 1 and celebrating later in the evening, we worked up an appetite. The only place open at Hard Rock after midnight was Rise Kitchen and Grill. It looks very classy, but the ambiance is comfort and casual. They serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We ordered Steak and Eggs, French Toast, and Eggs Benedict to share. We were hungry and tired. The meals were deliciously prepared, and hit the spot! This is a good place for a good, satisfying breakfast if you are in the Hollywood or Fort Lauderdale area. The service was very good and quick. We plan to go back again soon.

Eat here often. Excellent quality food, friendly staff. Horseradish roast beef sandwich killer good. Had the salmon over salad last visit, it was done to perfection..highly recommend it.

Food is always great, service is almost always terrible. Today our server told us the bar area where they make the lattes was a little backed up, so I said I would just take a regular coffee. She seemed extremely frustrated that I changed my drink order, and never returned to our table, except to bring the check.

Google says open until 5am. The web site states dinning room open until 2am. It was closed at 12:15am and they want 5 star reviews. Can't even eat when says open. And it was not a Tuesday. Do what you say and say what you do, correctly.

The hostess a older white Woman curly grey hair demonstrated such rude behavior and demeanor for no reason!!! And the behind the bar server the same! I don’t know if they hate their job or black people but I know friendly customer service when I see it and it was not present!?? This there stations!
