The service was pretty good, the inside is very vibrant and loud. It is a bit smaller than anticipated and the tables feel very crammed. The burger was cooked perfectly but personally would prefer roman lettuce on a burger instead of shredded lettuce which made it a bit soggy, but the milkshake was a huge letdown. Definitely not worth $18.00. I personally think everything is extremely overpriced. The burger might have been the best thing on their menu but, even it was not worth more than $15.00 since it doesn’t really have anything special to it and was not rlly up to the expectations. The fries were a bit too salty but besides that they were pretty good. Overall it was a decent experience but made me realize that this is definitely not worth the price.

You definitely do not go here for a cheap, quick bite to eat! You must make a reservation, especially for larger parties on the weekend, and be prepared to pay top dollar for drinks, food and the experience! It's definitely worth it to celebrate a birthday, specifically a fun teenager party because everything is so elaborately designed as far as nonalcoholic drinks and desserts. It was really fun to order the larger alcoholic drinks that fog with dry ice, great for photos, Instagram boomerangs, but know it's $35. Worth it👌! The service was fantastic, music and overall vibe is absolutely amazing, but know this is inside the Hard Rock Casino so parking is far away in the garage, so make sure you give yourself plenty of time to find a spot and then have to walk pretty far. Parking is free at least.

It is a kid friendly place, although it's in the Hard Rock Casino. We were hesitant of going at first because we were unsure if kids were allowed, it was more inviting than we imagined! It Is family friendly, and I highly recommend taking the kids. 5 stars all the way! The atmosphere and experience was amazing. Such a fun place to celebrate or just visit as we did. My 11 yr old daughter loved it. And I recommend trying the 24 K Gold burger that is dusted in edible 24 K gold dust that comes with the 24 K gold shake and fries

We visited this Sugar Factory in the Hard Rock Casino late Friday night. Our waiter was absolutely Phenomenal, I don't remember his name but he was a tall glass of milk. About 6'3 very handsome beautiful smile, Medium built. He was very polite and engaging. He explained the menu to me due to the menu words were small and I forgot my glasses. He made me and my sister visit very pleasant, I will differently visit this location again. I wished I remembered his name, he has great customer service skills. The food was okay and the milk shake he brought me was delicious!

Went here for my birthday and it was a fun experience. Our server was very friendly and helpful. Drinks tasted very good and the food was okay. The only downside was having a reservation made and we had to wait 20 minutes for a table to be set up. The lady up front also didn’t seem to be in the best mood.

I loved the decor, ambiance and the service. The food and presentation were great as well. I loved the various renditions of the birthday song. One of the front staff facilitating the seating did a nice gesture for me. He saw I was having a hard time standing while waiting for seating. He offered me a chair until my party was called. I didn't even know he noticed me. I really appreciated that. Overall a great experience!

Our waitress was fantastic, we got the giant sugary drink which was just for pics and fun, non alcoholic. We got the rainbow sliders which were actually good. Had two of their salads and the Bleu cheese burger, all was cooked perfect and delicious. We did not do the big desserts but wanted to, we were just full. So for my son's birthday they gave him a free scoop of ice cream and everyone sang to him. Perfect for a teens birthday lunch. It is a long walk to the restaurant from the parking garage so give yourself time to find parking but we went at a perfect time, 1:30 pm and had no wait issues. It did get really busy after we were there. First visit and would definitely go again.

Had the best time here!! I was so nervous going due to some of the negative reviews but I was so pleasantly surprised! We went on a Wednesday evening, got there about 5:15 and had a 45 minute wait (we didn’t have a reservation). Our waitress was amazing! We ordered Rainbow Sliders, Fries, Chicken Tenders, and the Chicken Penne Alfredo! All of the food was hot and fresh; we were especially impressed with the sliders! Hot and such a great flavor! Also had the non-alcoholic S’mores milkshake and it was wonderful! It’s definitely pricey, but we looked at the menu ahead of time and planned accordingly! Nothing but great things to say about our experience here! Can’t wait to go back again!

1st time visiting The famous Sugar Factory what a disappointment, I don’t even know where to start My daughters 18th Birthday was a disaster famous drink they pour in front of you overflow all over the table and her dress, the burger Mac and cheese was cold, they brought the food out but no utensils to eat, they had no soda, the alcoholic drinks were horrible and overpriced. The table was not clean after we finish eating Over worked employees and bad management. The music was good my salmon dinner was amazing.

This place was awesome. Our server Cody was fantastic. Very knowledgeable on the menu and helpful in deciding on which drink to get. We had a group of 4. I had the club sandwich and we also ordered the rainbow sliders with a side of onion rings. I had the Pretty in Pink drink and a long Island drink was also ordered. The atmosphere was great and lots of neon. You're paying for an experience, I thought it was great! I would definitely return. The only reason for 4 stars was the chaos of getting our drinks and waiting long for food.

I made my reservation the same day and even had to push it back (modified it via the link sent to my email). I think it was incredibly easy to navigate. The experience was pretty cool and my Husband and I really enjoyed it. We came for my birthday and while I didn’t choose the $25 all inclusive option, we watched 3 different Birthdays take place and it was overall really fun to participate in. The drinks were really good and the food was super tasty. I think what really made the experience was the Staff (especially Tyler and Bree) who was super accommodating, answered all of our questions. The food came fast and was served hot (so Kudos to the Kitchen). I had an amazing time and hope to come back soon! Definitely a must try for sure, especially if you like sweet people and food.

Emily the bartender was talented and my Chocolate Martini was not only beautiful, but tasted amazing. It was my dessert. Worth the $$$! Also tried the Mango Margarita with my Pupu's. The fried Macaroni balls were interesting, in a good way and a lot for one person to eat! The entire staff was friendly and helpful. Always stop were when gambling at the Tampa Hard Rock! 😊💜🤙🍸

The place is clean and the food came out nice and fast. I got a free ice cream for my birthday and a song sung to me. The restaurant and cleanliness is all good. Just is very loud in there and more of a party restaurant.

4 stars only because some menu items are overpriced, but the food, drinks, and service were all great. We'd go again if we wanted those particular drinks because they're great for pictures, but it seems more like a one time visit or for when you want to do something a little over the top

Dropped in for lunch, tried rainbow sliders (which we just ok), chicken wings & a tie dye shake. Enjoyed the atmosphere, but I really wanted the sliders to be bangin.

My husband and I went to Sugar Factory Thursday night before we went to see Colin Jost at the event center. The show started at 8. We got to Sugar Factory around 6:50. It wasn’t very crowded so we assumed we’d be great on time. We ordered a margarita, the sampler platter, and a ham and cheese sandwich. My margarita came out right at 7:00. It was incredible (the Pretty in Pink if you want to try.) We were enjoying ourselves. The music was good, the atmosphere was lively but also relaxing. Very comfortable. Around 7:15 we were looking for our waiter to refill my husband’s water. We could see him across the restaurant but never could make eye contact. By 7:30, both of our waters were empty and my margarita had been finished. Still no update on our food order, no visit from our waiter. At 7:40 we decided that we were going to pay for my drink and leave so we tried to more actively get our waiter. No luck. At 7:45 we ended up leaving $30 on the table to cover my drink ($19) and the trouble. We told the hostess on our way out that we hadn’t seen our waiter and no longer had time to eat the food we’d ordered almost an hour prior, if it did ever make it out of the kitchen. She asked at what table we sat, we told her, and she left. We followed suit and headed to our show. Likely won’t be back to the Sugar Factory. Very disappointing visit.

This place is absolutely gem for drinks though the prices are on a higher end we have loved all the drinks we have tried from goblets to mimosas. Food wise, chicken pasta is decent, burgers are really good, onion rings are crispy and flavorful, but stay away from the chicken tenders. Milkshakes and birthday dessert tub is picturesque but haven’t tried them. Place is very vibrant but little congested hardly any gap between the table.

Our experience was OK. Our server was very nice but the service was extremely slow. We waited about 35 minutes just to get a salad and a burger. The food wasn't anything impressive. The Caesar Salad had some sort of herb on it that gave it a bit of a weird taste. The Hot Cheeto Burger was huge and had decent flavor. If we do come back, it will only be to try a dessert.

My party of 9 had a great experience celebrating my daughters Sweet 16. From the check in counter to the end of dinner, the staff was awesome. Our waiter was Caleb, I had seen his name on other reviews and they didn't lie because he was excellent! The food was delicious with nice portions at not too expensive prices. But the dessert, oh man, if you are celebrating a birthday with a party of 5 or more people I highly recommend the "King Kong". The celebration that comes with it as the staff bring it to you is worth it alone. Our party of 9 had plenty to go around with the smaller of the two.Thank you for the fun experience Sugar Factory Hard rock Tampa The Reinkes

Our visit to The Sugary Factory was an absolute delight! From the moment we stepped into the restaurant, we were immersed in a fun and enchanting atmosphere that made the entire experience feel truly special. The attention to detail in the decor and ambiance was exceptional, creating a vibrant and lively setting. Our server, Bree, deserves special recognition for her outstanding service. She greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel welcome right away. Bree's friendliness and attentiveness throughout the meal enhanced our overall dining experience. She was knowledgeable about the menu and offered helpful suggestions, ensuring that our dining preferences were taken care of. Every dish we ordered was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. The promptness with which our orders were delivered was much appreciated ensuring that we didn't have to wait long to indulge in the delicious offerings. The combination of the SWEET atmosphere, friendly and attentive service from Bree, and the delicious food and drinks made it a truly memorable visit. I recommend The Sugary Factory to anyone looking for a Sweet and fun dining experience. It’s a great place to celebrate a birthday which is what we did and they do a great job with the song and bringing out the drink you order. Highly recommend for a birthday !!! Note: This review is based on my personal experience and may vary for others.

This is a fun, loud, colorful, yet delicious place. The rainbow sliders were buttery, the cotton candy Cosmo had a Pop Rocks sugar rim, the house salad a good size, the fondue was more food than expected (though would have liked more chocolate and less marshmallows), the huge goblet drink was bubbling well after it was delivered. In the 2 hours we were there, the servers sang happy birthday to at least 10 people. There are photo opportunities and fun being had everywhere which means it gets loud so if that's not your goal, skip it.

I met my friend here for a late night bite. This was our first time here. We both had a grilled chicken on a baguette with French fries. Food was delicious and plentiful. Service was great and we didn't feel rushed. We were able to see two birthday celebrations while having dinner and the employees made it a really fun place to celebrate there. The music was loud and the atmosphere vibrant. We loved watching the big screen and events from other Sugar Factory locations. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and we will return. Highly recommend!

The burger I got was pretty good, nothing to write home about ✍️📃🏡. Extravagant though it was, there was something lacking in the flavor department. By appearances you would think it's going to be the best thing you've ever eaten and by all accords the burger isn't far from it! With massive stacks of meat and cheese you're burger will surely fill you up completely. Everything is over the top here, including the line, so expect a small wait to be seated on a busy night. I have future plans to review a drink or two 😅.

Fun idea cool drinks we have been a few times...the wait even with reservations is ridiculous and the service is lacking. If it wasn't for the fun cool drinks/desserts we would not return. I do have to say their steak and lobster was surprisingly good for a dessert type of restaurant.

We had the Strawberry margarita. I'd recommend sharing it, as it's pretty large, also if you don't drink it fast enough it will freeze on the bottom due to the dry ice. Taste wise though it was pretty good. A little sweet, but this was from the sugar factory, so I was expecting it to be sweet.

Food was the best at the casino (we've tried six places). People(Chino, Joey) were great! The place is usually packed but we got there early so we beat the crowd. Afterwards we decided to extend our stay at the casino. Only downside is they pull double comp points.

I was hesitant after reading some reviews but I’m glad I did. I enjoyed myself along with my kids. It was costly for sure but you’re paying for the overall experience and the oversized drinks. Sheriff our server was great, attentive and patient, we had a very large party of 10 with 6 being children. Tylor was the manager on duty and made the birthday boy celebration special. Will definitely be back for another celebration.

My first experience at the Sugar Factory. Enjoyed the production and laid back vibe in the casino. Jonny was very helpful in helping us select our drink. I couldn't finish the drink, so I took it to go. It was very sweet. Price was about 45 bucks for the drink.

The atmosphere feels like a community of people celebrating and enjoying the old fashion style American menu and eclectic drinks. The staff are pros in hyping up birthdays for individuals of all ages and the milkshakes are heaven. Be sure to park at the Lucky Garage for nearby access to the Sugar Factory

Come for the overall experience - not if you’re in a hurry, because it’s on the slower side. Drinks, food, and getting our orders all took a little while, but the overall experience is such a blast! Had a group of 8 - drinks and food are made for photos. Big, outrageous, creative. The massive Sundae is $100 and comes with music, singers and a huge light show!

Food has no flavor. Best thing was the french fries. Compared to other Sugar Factory restaurants this is close to a deli… smh.

  • 4/5 jazey d. 11 months ago on Google
I made reservations but we still ended up waiting 45 mins. They did give us free appetizers for waiting. Everyone enjoyed the food. It is a loud restaurant but it is fun. I think in the almost 3 hrs we were there they had 10 birthdays. You buy a dessert and they come out and sing to you with a sign. Buy dessert and pay $25 and you can pick your song. We did the mimosa flight which was tasty and you get a duck and light wand with it. They have the hello gorgeous photo wall. Only con besides waiting was for $17 you get one small Crepe. Most places that charge less provide 2 to 3 crepes.

Fun menu and experience! It's Sugar is exactly as it sounds....TONS OF SUGAR!!!! Plenty of drinks (non-alcoholic and alcoholic), desserts, and tasty menu items. Service was great (lunch). We will definitely visit again !!!!!

You walk in and feel like you've stepped into another place altogether. This place was awesome! Our server was awesome. The food was awesome. It's definitely not an everyday place due to the price, but everyone should try it at least once.

I came here with a really big party.. The waitress with the 2 front pigtails did AMAZING. great communication.. Poise... Thank you... The fries were cold but it was late... Drink was good ( long Island)... I can't ever see myself getting a gummy drink they offer..... So glad they had a regular bar... Veggie burger was good! Worth going if you're In Tampa.. It's inside the casino.

A lot smaller and more subdued than the Orlando location, but the food and service were both good. They did an excellent job with my niece's birthday celebration. The kids LOVED the big milkshakes that come loaded with extra candy and treats.

I believe our waitress was Hannah? Which did absolutely a phenomenal job! 10/10 I have been looking at videos online about you guys. And everything absolutely looks amazing! Such a fun experience as a adult. (Not just for kids). Thank you for making my brothers bday memorable!! I would love to come back! Came all the way from Naples! I’ll be back again!
