My
husband
and
I
went
to
Sugar
Factory
Thursday
night
before
we
went
to
see
Colin
Jost
at
the
event
center.
The
show
started
at
8.
We
got
to
Sugar
Factory
around
6:50.
It
wasn’t
very
crowded
so
we
assumed
we’d
be
great
on
time.
We
ordered
a
margarita,
the
sampler
platter,
and
a
ham
and
cheese
sandwich.
My
margarita
came
out
right
at
7:00.
It
was
incredible
(the
Pretty
in
Pink
if
you
want
to
try.)
We
were
enjoying
ourselves.
The
music
was
good,
the
atmosphere
was
lively
but
also
relaxing.
Very
comfortable.
Around
7:15
we
were
looking
for
our
waiter
to
refill
my
husband’s
water.
We
could
see
him
across
the
restaurant
but
never
could
make
eye
contact.
By
7:30,
both
of
our
waters
were
empty
and
my
margarita
had
been
finished.
Still
no
update
on
our
food
order,
no
visit
from
our
waiter.
At
7:40
we
decided
that
we
were
going
to
pay
for
my
drink
and
leave
so
we
tried
to
more
actively
get
our
waiter.
No
luck.
At
7:45
we
ended
up
leaving
$30
on
the
table
to
cover
my
drink
($19)
and
the
trouble.
We
told
the
hostess
on
our
way
out
that
we
hadn’t
seen
our
waiter
and
no
longer
had
time
to
eat
the
food
we’d
ordered
almost
an
hour
prior,
if
it
did
ever
make
it
out
of
the
kitchen.
She
asked
at
what
table
we
sat,
we
told
her,
and
she
left.
We
followed
suit
and
headed
to
our
show.
Likely
won’t
be
back
to
the
Sugar
Factory.
Very
disappointing
visit.
