I
had
an
appointment
today
at
7pm
there.
During
work
around
12:30pm
I
got
a
message
saying
they
needed
to
move
my
appointment
to
7:30pm.
I
called
them
because
I
could
not
move
the
appointment
so
I
asked
to
reschedule
it
or
to
just
cancel
it
and
I'll
reschedule
later.
The
lady
I
think
her
name
was
Angela
was
extremely
rude
the
entire
time
and
I
was
confused
on
what
was
going
on.
She
called
me
back
moments
late
and
was
like
we
cannot
cancel
your
appointment
you
will
have
to
pay
a
cancelation
fee
and
we
wanted
to
move
your
appointment
so
the
therapist
could
fit
in
another
client.
I
seriously
had
no
words
because
she
made
it
seem
like
they
needed
to
move
my
appointment
because
something
happened
to
the
therapist
but
to
find
out
so
they
can
have
another
client.
I
felt
extremely
uncomfortable
now
going
to
my
appointment
bc
how
I
stopped
her
from
having
another
client.
The
manager
took
the
phone
wouldn't
even
let
me
talk
and
kept
saying
I
would
have
to
pay
a
cancellation
fee
because
now
the
therapist
is
out
2
appointments.
I
had
to
say
to
take
one
of
my
packages
away
bc
of
how
uncomfortable
I
was
about
going
to
my
appointment.
The
manager
basically
was
blaming
me
for
all
of
this
and
never
once
just
said
sorry
or
literally
anything
besides
blaming
me.
I
had
5
more
appointments
there
for
this
month
but
I
moved
them
to
a
different
location.
They
should
be
assumed
and
embarrassed
of
themselves
and
showed
not
once
ounce
of
professionalism
when
all
I
wanted
to
do
was
to
go
there
and
relax
after
work
instead
of
making
me
feel
like
a
jerk
for
not
moving
my
appointment
to
7:30pm.
