I had a 90 min with Lisa S. I was very specific about my needs. She understood the assignment. I now have range of motion in my neck and traps. She found all of my knots and worked them accordingly. Lisa's skill is top notch. Thanks Lisa !

Dale performed the best deep tissue massage that I have EVER had today. I made a same day appointment for stress pain in my shoulder that popped up yesterday and would not go away. Dale fixed that tension, as well as all the other knots I had in my back muscles. I would highly recommend Dale to anyone that needs a strong, deep tissue, therapeutic massage. I scheduled a 60 minute and ended up extending to 90 minutes. She sure does know her stuff!

Jojo is absolutely immaculate, if I could give her 100 stars I would!!! I have never felt such relief in my life. I’m so grateful to have found this practice, everyone I’ve had a massage with has been wonderful, but I think Jo was the best fit for me as she does very good deep tissue. I’ve had a lot of trial and error with many different facilities and I can tell you right now, as long as Jo is there I won’t be leaving anytime soon no matter the cost. I’ve been here a few times now. Nyxi is incredibly talented and thorough. I have not had a chance to try any of the other therapists, but if they are anything like Nyxi I’d say highly recommend. I always feel much better after my massage -whether I was just generally sore or had a particular injury I was dealing with and trying to work through. You will be glad you came here.

I saw Ms. Dale for a medical/therapeutic massage, which was superb! Ms. Dale is obviously passionate about her work, as it shows in each stroke. Tell her what specifically is bothering you or hurting, and she knows just what to do. Very knowledgeable about the anatomy. She is all about helping people feel better. Her technique is exceptional.
