This was my first time here. I got my eyebrows threaded and while she was quick and efficient, it was not a pleasant experience. Typically the technicians put something on the more tender areas but it was literally thread and go regardless of dry skin or not. It turned out OK but definitely had some redness for a while

Parul was able to squeeze me in for a same day appointment which was great because I am leaving for vacation and wouldn’t have had time otherwise. I got my eyebrows and lip threaded and both look amazing. I don’t know how she does it but she makes it as painless as possible and it looks great. Prices are fair and overall a great value. I will definitely be back to try their other services soon when I have more time. Just a note for future visitors: you do have to take your shoes off (which is great because it helps keep the place SUPER clean). I didn’t know ahead of time and wore my rattiest running shoes (with no socks, of course), which was a little embarrassing but Parul was super gracious about it and I never felt uncomfortable.

Absolutely amazing experience! Never had my eyebrows done before and Parul did a wonderful job making me feel comfortable. Talked me through my options and was very informed. She did eyebrow threading. Zero pain. Beautiful shape. Definitely will be back!

My 16 year old did her first visit and got the acne facial and I was beyond impressed. He face was so clean, smooth and glowing. We are indeed satisfied!

this place is amazing she got us right in and was done within 5-10min and did such an amazing job! My first time getting my eyebrows done and they look so good, completely changes my face for a good thing! Appreciate her work! She has a great knowledge of her work, highly recommend!

I had my first visit to Lady Grace Spa today. It was wonderful! Marcy gave me an amazing massage. She focused on the areas in my neck, shoulders, and back where I hold a lot of tension. I feel great now and I definitely will be going back soon. I also received my first eyebrow threading while I was there. I'm so excited about how good my eyebrows look now! I'm getting engagement photos taken this week with my fiance, and I'm thrilled that my eyebrows are nicely shaped now and ready for photos. :) I was very happy with my experience!

You won’t be disappointed trust me! The owner is amazing! Her attention to detail and listening to what you want is wonderful! I never experienced that level of service at a salon. She will guide you on the best beauty trends to use! You can tell she is truly passionate about what she does! Scheduling an appointment is very easy and can even be done via text!

The whole process is not that comfortable and relaxed. The towel is not warm and the lady use the towel strongly to clean my face. It feels hurt.

I absolutely love coming here. I have been getting my eyebrows threaded and tinted here for about a year. I love the relaxed private comfortable setting. She takes her time and does a great job. My eyebrows are in great shape now. I want to try one of the facials next I hear great things about them. I recommend her to all my friends.

The experience at Lady Grace was wonderful. She was very professional and extremely clean and cautious considering COVID-19. I had put off getting my eyebrows done due to the pandemic but I’m thrilled to have finally gotten them done at lady grace. They look amazing! I definitely recommend her!!!

This is my first time visiting and 10/10 recommend! My face feels wonderful and I feel absolutely relaxed after the treatment!! They were able to do a wonderful job with my threading as well! They also gave us tips on how to wash my face properly and I will definitely come back again soon!
