Palm Harbor Family Dentistry provided me with the best dental experience ever. Dr. Ashley and her staff treated me with kindness and respect. I suffer from white coat syndrome, and Dr. Ashley made me feel comfortable. She is competent, compassionate, and professional. I broke two veneers that were previously done at a different office. Dr. Ashley replaced both on the same day; the results were fantastic. I am finally comfortable smiling again! Thank you all for a pleasant experience.

This used to be a great and respected family dentistry practice while Dr. Kiley was there, but these guys bought it from him after his retirement and it is no longer patient friendly environment. They terminated me as a patient only because I did my diligence and shared medical information on my thoughts about maybe doing crowns outside US. I haven't done it, just shared my thoughts, but they refused me a service on the existing chipped crown they did few months ago and fell of again, which they were required to do. Their practice and attitude begs the question about their motives, their morals and values and especially their medical ethics.

The experience was humbling. I expected to be told all the work I should have done on my mouth, Dr Massey addressed the problem I had and came up with a great cost-effective solution. The atmosphere was friendly and genuine.

My husband and I have been patients at PHFD for over a year since we relocated to the Clearwater area. We had excellent dental care where we lived previously and feel fortunate to have found the same or better dental care at PHFD. The office staff is extremely pleasant; the office, equipment and facilities are immaculately clean; the atmosphere is pleasant. Drs. Taylor are professional and knowledgeable. They take the time to listen to the patient and consider carefully what care to provide. I actually find my visits to the dentist at PHFD pleasant experiences! Based upon my experience I highly recommend PHFD.

Just wow! The staff and Dr. Taylor were able to adjust the schedule to get me in on the Tuesday before Thanksgiving. I had to have a painful tooth removed. I cried leaving the appointment out of gratitude to Dr. Taylor, Cari, Crystal and Callie! Thank you so much!

Dr. Ashley was friendly, competent, professional and gentle with my mouth. I would highly recommend her and her entire staff! Five stars for sure!
