I had a custom necklace made that incorporated some jewelry I already had, and I am very pleased with how beautiful it is. JB is a lovely shop with warm, knowledgeable, and thoughtful staff members. There is a nice variety of jewelry on display, and the speed and skill set used on my necklace it quite impressive. I absolutely recommend stopping in to have a look or a custom piece designed and brought to fruition by them. Great experience, overall.

Over the moon with my customized engagement ring! We came to the shop with a family ring, wanting to use the diamonds to create a new ring to my taste. Juan showed me several designs until I found one I liked, and he was able to alter some of the finer details to make it my own. Couldn't be happier with the end result! Looking forward to going back for our wedding rings.

The team over at Jeweler's Bench did a phenomenal job on my silver chain cleaning. It was a hefty chain, greyed and dulled from routine wear. The jeweler polished it so well it looks better than it did when brand new. The silver shines like it is supposed to once again and brought the life back into my favorite necklace. I will be sure to go back to Jeweler's Bench, they demonstrated excellent customer service and quality in their work.

I had a problem with a coin/charm that I had purchased at least 50 yrs ago for my son’s birth. I wanted to now add his recent date of death. It was apparently not as simple as it seemed to me. To make a long story short Juan solved the problem at very little cost to me. It left me in tears to finally have this resolved so I could wear it on a necklace close to my heart. They’re the best!

Custom Project - Beautiful Engagement Ring The whole team here has been very helpful, allowing me to relax through this (otherwise stressful) process. I came to them with only a couple of details. Could not imagine going anywhere else!!! Juan and his team were amazing to work with for my custom engagement ring. Being a guy, I messed up the details several times but they were incredibly accommodating and ended up changing almost every aspect of the ring so that it could be exactly what my partner wanted. The ring was ready way ahead of schedule and I couldn't be happier with it! I was so happy with my experience that I went back and asked if they could help with a necklace so she can always wear the ring even if it can't be on her finger. Juan was excited with the idea and brought up a ton of ways to customize the necklace. It is truly special to see someone who is as passionate about their work as he is. Overall, I can't recommend them highly enough. If you're looking for a jeweler then stop, you've found the right one.

The chain broke on my necklace and I took it to Jeweler's Bench for repair. They evaluated what it would take to repair the necklace and charged what I felt was a reasonable price. The necklace was ready when promised, and when I picked it up I could not tell where the repair had been made. Excellent work and friendly employees. Highly recommend.

I've been 3 times for different reasons over the years. The service is phenomenal and the personnel are very knowledgeable. most recently I had my 18k ring resized, when i got it back it was flawless and couldn't tell where the cut happened. also all the micro scratches were gone (18k is soft and scratches easy) . all the times I have been here my whole jewelry set was cleaned free of charge, not sure why lol. price decent service turn around decent, will be back.

This was my first visit to Jeweler's Bench after reading all the positive reviews. I needed a silver ring to be re-sized larger. The ring had a triplet of Lighting Ridge black opal. Very delicate opal. The opal had to be removed due to the high heat needed to make the ring larger. I think it was Juan that assured me he could make the repair. The ring was professionally re-sized, cleaned, polished and the stone showed no ill effects. I was very pleased with the results that were also very timely! I recommend them and will give them my future business!!

Let me start by saying that the jewelry bench is the best place to bring your jewelry for repair. The repair was fast, the customer service was outstanding and the staff is outgoing, friendly and they were attentive to my needs. I brought my watch there for a battery replacement and they also fixed the spring clasp on my gold bracelet within 20 minutes. High quality work for a great price. Not to mention that I ended up going back the next day for a pair of earrings that I liked and Juan and Lori gave me a terrific price on them. Juan is an excellent craftsman! After 10 years, I decided my ring needed a face lift. I really love the new style of engagement rings with the halo and knew that it was just what I was looking for. I have dealt with other jewelers in the past to custom make my husband's wedding band, twice because he lost the first one and I must say this has been the best experience thus far. Juan was patient as we discussed every detail of the new setting, he wanted to make sure that I was happy with the end result. I couldn't have been more pleased with the outcome, my "new" ring is gorgeous; exactly what I imagined it to be! The best part, my ring was complete in half the time that Juan had initially established, and the cost was more than reasonable. I highly recommend the Jewelers Bench...they are now my jeweler of choice.

My hand got caught under an 18 foot utility pole which twisted and broke the band of my engagement ring. I was so worried to have it repaired because it was broken around a very detailed/delicate area. I chose Jeweler's Bench because of their rave reviews and reasonable prices. The reviews don't lie, all 5 stars are totally deserved! The owner is friendly, honest, and very knowledgeable. He made me feel totally secure and answered all my questions. He even took my ring down an 1/8 of a size because it was just a little bit too big. The best part, my ring was ready in two days, one of which was July 4th! I couldn't believe the super fast turn around. All at the very reasonable price I was quoted. I can't stop looking at my now perfect again ring- its so shiny! I took a very sentimental ring in for a stone to be remounted that had fallen out. We discussed what was needed for the repair and I was satisfied. Then when i went back to pick up my ring I was totally blown away. They went way above and beyond my expectations. The person doing my repair wasn't at ease with how it was discussed to be done. He took it upon himself, and the other jewlers, to set the stone back in a way that would be more secure and solid in the new setting. I was beyond pleased with the work and craftsmanship that was done. I would, and will, highly recommend Jewlers Bench to any and all for services needed. I went into jewelers bench to get my gold chain fixed the turn around time on the chain was impressive and you can’t beat the price. I was so happy with my experience that I also bought my daughter earrings. The receptionist was very kind and talkative. I will be taking all my jewelry here from now on!
