Stopping in on whim, I ordered the Colorado Cuban to go. Delicious and full of flavor! Bread had a fantastic crunch. I ordered the 8” but snapped pictures after eating half of it 😋 Ladies behind the counter were kind and quick. Service was great. Definitely will by stopping in again.

They close at 6pm Est and we came in at 530pm. They were so very welcoming and patient and the experience alone was 5 stars. Then we ate the food!! I’m a confident cook, and a great sandwich maker. Often I’ll eat a sandwich and think I could do better. No! I could not. The TriTip sub was amazing. Cole slaw. Amazing. Banana pudding.. AMAZING! It’s an hour away drive for us and I can’t wait to make it again!

Best sandwich place near Tarpon Springs. I thought the reviews were fake. No way. Legit 5 stars. Soft delicious bread, loaded with meat and veggies…but the special pepper mix is seriously something else. Adds a whole new dimension of flavor to a sandwich that you won’t forget. I loved the club sandwich I ordered - it was perfect! Can’t wait to come back to Tampa just to visit this sandwich shop!

Absolutely awesome, this was the Philly Cheese Steak. Really flavorful the red yellow im guessing shredded peppers kinda spicy. Added to the sandwich made it pop with flavor. Restaurant was clean and very professional kind staff. Will come again and can't wait to try more.

Wow what a great lunch!! This was our first time here and everyone was very friendly, informative and knowledgeable about the menu. I ordered the Italian with no cheese or mayo with a side of coleslaw and my husband ordered the tri tip sandwich the way it comes. The Italian is the sandwich I've been on the hunt for!! It was amazing! The bread was fresh and soft on the inside but crispy on the outside, the meat to veggie ratio was perfect. My husband also thoroughly enjoyed his tri tip sandwich. The meat was tender and juicy. You will not be disappointed with this sub shop.

Well it all starts with the bread. When it comes to a great sandwich shop, they've got to hit the nail on the head with the roll, or the rest is almost irrelevant. Here, they killed it. The bread was soft, fresh, a tiny bit buttery, and totally delicious. We got a good first taste of that with the Colorado Green Chili and Cheese bread. Green chili was great, with tender pork and just enough spice. For my main course I got a 6" Italian sub, and it was a prime example of everything an Italian sub should be. Great fresh vegetables, and their pepper relish was on point as well. Service was prompt and surprisingly attentive. Fun vintage sodas AND pellet ice on fountain (so a bit of a dilemma there!) Would absolutely come back if we wind up in Palm Harbor during lunchtime.

Best subs I've ever had! Love going here! Everything is made from scratch. They make the sauces, cure and smoke the meat. Soooo good!! Even the bread is amazing!

An amazing family owned business with fresh ingredients. The specials are smoked in house and all sides are made fresh daily…it shows in the taste. Friendly service and a true care for the food and people make this place special. I can’t help but come at least one or twice a week.

Tri-tip is amazing. Horseradish sauce is perfect, the horseradish people should use it in PR campaigns to convert people who think they dont like it. Perfect portions, fairlr price. Staff is pleasant and friendly while still efficiently getting me in and out for lunch hour.

Absolutely great sandwiches. I have never been that crazy over Cuban Sammie’s but it was AWSOME. Fresh toasted bread. Also had the brisket which was home made and terrific. Coke slaw and bread pudding all were great. I told them I was actually sad when I was done it was so good. For variety I did two different 6” subs. Gotta go and try it. Everyone was really nice and service was great. Thanks and I will be back for sure

All I have to say is GO HERE AND ORDER A SUB! The staff were excellent and informative, it smelled great, and my soups and subs tasted phenomenal even 20 mins later as we order them to go. We had the pastrami, meatball for the kids, and 2 different soups. Can't wait to try more. Keep up the fantastic work.

If you haven’t been just go. Best sub you are going to have. We had the pastrami and Italian. Top notch. And the staff consisted of the owners and a very friendly cashier. Can’t beat it.

My only regret is not taking a picture to show the deliciousness. Best Philly cheesesteak and Cuban. The sweet pickles on the Cuban is perfect. The bread they use is so soft. I wasn’t expecting much from a sandwich shop but Wow I am amazed and I will be back.
