Well
it
all
starts
with
the
bread.
When
it
comes
to
a
great
sandwich
shop,
they've
got
to
hit
the
nail
on
the
head
with
the
roll,
or
the
rest
is
almost
irrelevant.
Here,
they
killed
it.
The
bread
was
soft,
fresh,
a
tiny
bit
buttery,
and
totally
delicious.
We
got
a
good
first
taste
of
that
with
the
Colorado
Green
Chili
and
Cheese
bread.
Green
chili
was
great,
with
tender
pork
and
just
enough
spice.
For
my
main
course
I
got
a
6"
Italian
sub,
and
it
was
a
prime
example
of
everything
an
Italian
sub
should
be.
Great
fresh
vegetables,
and
their
pepper
relish
was
on
point
as
well.
Service
was
prompt
and
surprisingly
attentive.
Fun
vintage
sodas
AND
pellet
ice
on
fountain
(so
a
bit
of
a
dilemma
there!)
Would
absolutely
come
back
if
we
wind
up
in
Palm
Harbor
during
lunchtime.
