It just so happened my appointment was on the morning of the last day before mandatory evacuation for the hurricane. There were a lot of walk ins that day with patients feeling stressed. The staff were friendly, calm and efficient. They called me promptly at my appointment time and somehow still managed to clear the waiting area. Impressive!

Oh my gosh!!!! One of the nicest labs we have had the pleasure of visiting. Through and staff is beyond incredible. We are new to using BayCare and I’m so impressed that the entire medical community is linked. No having to repeat all the information. They have it all once you visit. ♥️ Thank you ♥️ all for making us feel welcome. I even got a cute sticker 🤣🤣 this was such a pleasant experience. Hats off to this lab snd entire staff. Walked in without an appointment. Staff was kind and quick. Wish I’d known about this place sooner!

Service was quick and very easy. My blood draw went well and I usually experience issues with the person having trouble finding a vein, but they did a great job!

I was very pleased booked appt on line. I was in and out in 7 minutes. They were professional and friendly.

I arrived at 7:05 AM and registered with no appointment. I sat down with 3 people ahead of me. in about 3 or 4 minutes I was called to the desk. The man took my insurance card, put the info into his computer, said I was all set and I sat down. In about 3 or 4 minutes I was called to the back and they drew my blood. He then gave me a cup for a urine sample and showed me the bathroom. When I left I would say it was a total of about 15 minutes in and out. I love Bay Care Labs. They are very fast and accurate. I like going to Bay Care Labs because I am treated with respect and the results are always accurate. Thank you Bay Care!!

I had a very efficient lab visit. I scheduled it online; checked in at the entry workstation; immediately saw the receptionist; waited about a minute and was called back for my labs. Bloodwork and other test very efficient.

Scheduling on line is easy and convenient. I arrived app. eight minutes early, checked in, was called immediately, and service completed before the appointment time. Highly efficient and friendly service is the expected standard.

Very pleasant experience. Taken care of in a timely manner. All personnel were courteous and helpful. Had almost no wait at all. In and out in less than 30 minutes. Would heartily recommend this location.

This is my second time there and again I received friendly, helpful treatment. The process was easy and the phlebotomist was excellent. I did not feel the needle and no bruising or swelling at all. He made me feel very comfortable.

Lovely technician. Felt she had to take the test through my hand which is not as desireable to me. I had warned her about my moving veins so that was what she decided as have others in the past but some are able to get my blood in my arm which I prefer.

I'm an admittedly big wimp as to blood draws and the like. I so appreciate Freddy and Chiki for their kindness and gentleness. They make the process as easy and stress free as possible with their humor and "poking skills". Grand job!

Procedures need to be put in place for accuracy. Patients livelihoods are on the line here. I went in for a urine test for my family doc. She showed me where the bathroom was, told me to put the specimen in the cabinet and leave. I did as instructed. My family doc called me the following day saying my test was positive. I’ve never even touched any type of illicit substance in my 45 years of life. My sample had to have been mixed up or contaminated. There is no other explanation.

I have great anxiety getting my blood drawn as I have small veins. When I went 6 months ago, Ashley came to the rescue and I then had no problem. When I was there recently, I asked for her and she again calmed my anxiety and all went smoothly. All staff members at this location are great..

The last two times I have been to the Baycare Lab on Tampa Rd. And McMullen, I have had Freddy as my phlebotomist. The first time i knew he was excellent because I am a very difficult to draw blood from and not only did he hit the vein on the very first try, but he got the blood he needed effortlessly. As a result the next time I went back I specifically asked for him and will continue to do so for all future blood draws. Best of all he has a very pleasant personality and puts the patients completely at ease.

Wonderful experience! Procedure from start to finish was pro-patient- driven in an experienced, friendly, caring way. Elapsed time: 25 minutes. Mood when leaving: Happy.

They had a volunteer there to help sign in which made it easier and it is not crowded. With the electronic system I was able to do what I needed to do. The staff knew exactly how to split my test between two doctors. I allways go to this site for blood tests. Bill K.

BayCare Lab is very convenient and well run. I have been using their services for a few years and never have to wait long, even as a walk-in. The staff are pleasant and efficient. On my latest appointment the blood draw was so expertly done that I never saw any visible mark on my arm at all. Well done!

The lobby was filthy (pictures to prove it), the office manager was uncoordinated, the lab tech blew out my vein.. I wouldn't bring an animal back here. The only reason you get two stars is for the elderly gentleman that checks people in..he had a wonderful temperament.

Doctor Jenkins the best as always. She not only listens but shows genuine compassion for your concerns, big or small. Our family ❤️ her.
