I’ve been struggling with getting back in a workout routine - I love instructor led classes but it can also be tough finding a time that works. I’m OBSESSED with HOTWORX!!! More workout in less time is so true - I feel myself burning so many calories doing the workout and on top burning even more from the sauna!! Also the whole staff just makes my day anytime I’m there when they are. They are all the sweetest and super helpful 🫶🏼 Also the fact there is a free weight area and it’s 24/7 and there are showers… like seriously what more could you want!

I joined HOTWORX in St Pete while it was still under construction. They had projected an opening date of Nov 1, 2021, but exceeded expectations when its"soft launch" rolled out yesterday! So excited! The staff is amazing and the environment is positive, health-oriented, immaculate, and extremely friendly. HOTWORX's St Pete studio is perfect for individuals who seek a sense of community without sacrificing their privacy and who want to utilize their time effectively through yoga, stretching, weights, and/or exercise regimes. The owners have lived in Hawaii and St Pete, became enthralled with a HOTWORX studio in another city years ago, and dreamed of bringing HOTWORX to St. Pete. Their passion for HOTWORX and desire to create positive experiences comes across the minute you step through the door. I was admittedly skeptical about the infrared concept at first, but after reading about how safe it is and after trying it I believe the benefits of infrared technologies are amazing. HOTWORX is a leader in this field and its expertise is solid. HOTWORX St Pete is more cost-effective than some area health centers who offer infrared exercise sessions for various health-related reasons. The benefits of infrared exercise in facilitating weight loss and quicker recovery for tissue and muscle pain seem awesome. The infrared heat also seems to help my arthritis and I feel improvement after a short while. If you have any underlying medical issues that may pose an issue in a hot environment (it is called HOTWORX for a reason, lol), HOTWORX encourages you to check with your personal physician first -- but a lot of the guidelines just seem like common sense to me. The staff at HOTWORX is very understanding and attentive and works hard for sessions to be good experiences for everyone. The owners encourage feedback, and welcome questions by their members. The "vibe" there is efficient, but not stressed. The owners clearly care about their members and their employees. There is an air conditioned workout room in the center of the studio, with infrared workout rooms on the perimeter. There are two bathrooms on the premises, and one of them has a shower in case you need one before you leave the premises. HINT: You will sweat when you work out in the infrared rooms. Pretty much a guarantee. The owner, Alex, jokes that "Sweat here isn't really sweat... it's sparkles." Expect a lot of sparkling going on... The people here seem to enjoy challenging but shorter workouts due to the infrared technology, and calories continue to be expended well-after your session is over. I love it.

I started at HOTWORX a little over a month ago & I am absolutely in love! I struggled to find consistency when going to a traditional gym, but here I am so excited to come for workouts. I feel so accomplished after my sessions here and it definitely kicks your butt. My favorite class is the hot cycle! Highly highly recommend Hotworx if you’re looking to switch up or start your workout journey.

There are so many great things that I LOVE about HOTWORX St. Pete! I was going back and forth if I wanted to join another gym/studio or continue my at-home YouTube workouts. Just before I joined, I was reading all about the benefits of a sauna and thought about looking into a sauna studio or something. Well someone heard my thoughts and low and behold a HOTWORX studio was going to be opening just minutes from me. After meeting Alex, one of the owners, I was sold. She is just a genuinely nice and sweet person and so excited about HOTWORX. The studio was literally under construction when I checked it out, but I just knew this was going to be a great idea and it was. The workouts are challenging, but not impossible. The virtual trainers offer plenty of modifications so I never feel like I can't do something. My schedule is all over the place so I love that its open 24/7 and I can workout at 6a, noon or 9p. I just can't say enough about this place, I love it!

I love the infrared sauna workouts at HOTWORX! The 24 hr access and app scheduling is super convenient. I love the small group setting for each sauna. The amenities are nice too... there's a shower with towels, toiletries, 24 hr rental lockers with fitness equipment, etc. I've been feeling so much better after working out here for about a month. I'm excited to keep going and keep pushing myself!

I have been at Hotworx for almost a month and it has been amazing. I am a person that works out 6-7 days out of the week and has strictly used public gyms as a way of exercise but after becoming a member at Hotworx - St. Pete I don’t think I will be going back to the public gym scene. This location is super clean and the girls who work there are not only friendly but some of the nicest people I have come across at a fitness studio in St. Pete. I could not recommend them enough and I’m so incredibly happy with Hotworx.

HOTWORX is my 2nd home and I’m obsessed!! MJ, Laura Jo and Amari are super welcoming, knowledgeable and fun! Alex, one of the owners has the most positive energy and genuinely cares about every member. The studio is always clean, very inviting and they have great merch! The monthly challenges keep me going and the fun pop up events really bring the community together. I’m stronger mentally and physically since joining 11 months ago. I love being part of the HOTWORX St Pete family!!

Never sweat so much during a workout!! You wouldn’t think 30 minutes would exhaust you so much but the sauna adds a whole new level to the workout. The owners are amazing as well and very involved in making sure you have a top notch experience! Can’t wait to be back!

The staff are the sweetest! It’s always clean & you’re so comfortable there. Definitely not your typical gym environment in all of the best ways. It’s the best thing I’ve done for myself in ages.

After coming in as a guest with a couple coworkers, I immediately joined Hotworx! After 14 years of not being in a gym, it felt comfortable and was such a nice transition getting back into it. You can push as hard as you want or just take it easy and there is no judgement. The staff is always so helpful, positive and encouraging and they really make my days better. Hotworx is a totally different experience that is definitely worth giving a try!

When I walk through the door for the first time in a couple days they always make sure to call me out and ask what’s going on? I just got back from 2 trips and they asked me about it. They make you feel seen and heard! I love going here

This gym is awesome. Most of the staff if friendly. Mjs signup with me went pretty well until I brought my friend in who signed up with Lauren. He received a military discount where I did not. I had to ask for it! Mj claims she did not know but my state I.D says veteran and she asked me what brought me in and I said my military injuries. After confronting her for these things , her attitude and unfriendliness makes coming here uncomfortable!!! The owner reached out and was helpful with the situation mentioned above. The benefits outweigh the immature attitude of one person MJ.

As a veteran who tried many avenues towards healing years of chronic back pain and emotionally stored trauma in my shoulders- I ended up at this life changing gym! My wife was a faithful member and swore by its benefits, so when I saw the transformation in her I knew I had to give it a shot. Reluctant at first to a heated work out, I can honestly say the first session sold me (physically, mentally, emotionally & spiritually)— I’ve been coming back ever since. ^.^ The staff here always makes it feel like family and everyone is extremely LBGTQIA+ friendly. The BEST in Tampa bay!!! HOTWORX was exactly what I’ve been searching for all these years! In the Asian culture, sitting in a Sauna has always been a custom because it helps with improving blood circulation, reducing stress, clearing out your pores, and detoxing the body. Soooo needless to say, when I found that this place was a Sauna AND a gym all in 1… I was in Heaven! I love the chill energy & vibes unlike most traditional high strung gyms. And most importantly, THE OWNERS!! Alex is absolutely the best!! She treats all her members like family and she is soo good at what she does. So blessed to be apart of her HOTWORX family!! 10/10 love this place! 🌸

HOTWORX is the workout environment I have been looking for. Multiple classes, you control your fitness training, clean facility, and great staff. You will embrace the infrared training.

I love trying different types of exercise programs and I work out 5+ days a week, but with 24 hour sauna access, the convenience of Hotworx is the best. The different types of HIIT, isometric work outs and the weights in the FX zone make sure you never get bored with your work out, and the rejuvenating heat energy from the sauna leaves me feeling relaxed and accomplished. It’s a must-add to any work out routine and definitely my favorite work out experience.

I absolutely love how I feel when I leave the sauna. Besides that, the entire team at Hotworx St. Petersburg is kind and encouraging. LOVED my first experience. From start to finish, Laura made sure I was taken care of and accommodated for. I completed a bonfire workout and felt absolutely amazing following both workouts. Signed up on the spot after trying! Can’t wait to get back at it!

HOTWORX is a game changer. 24/7 availability for classes. Clean facility. Friendly staffers. Unlimited referrals (that are actually easy to do with the great staff). The infrared sauna benefits are amazing for my skin. It’s not just anti-aging but reverse aging. You won’t regret it.

I joined HOTWORX about 2 months ago. Having a newborn I had been out of the “gym” for so long I no longer knew what to do. I also didn’t have the time to spend 2 hours in the gym. With HOTWORX I get an INSANE calorie burn within 15-30 min and it has also worked wonders for me mental health!

I started about a month ago after only ever going to a “regular gym”… I can confidentially say I will never go back to being uncomfortable and stranded in a weight room. This place is not only amazing because of the plethora of classes you get to experience, but the staff is what really makes coming here such a pleasure. Biggest of shoutouts to all the girls for being so sweet and motivating every time I walk through the door! I absolutely love that I get to say “I’m excited to go workout today!”

It was a quick workout that fit right into my day, but my body kept burning fat for the next few hours! What a great community too- the owners, the other guests, the clean space. A great place to better yourself.

I’ve been at HotWorx for 90 days now and love it! I was looking for something to start my postpartum fitness journey and so glad I found HotWorx. Love the flexibility to schedule 24/7 and the results I’ve been seeing is even better. The staff and facility is top notch! Definitely check it out.

I joined HW 3 months ago and easily because obsessed! As a mama of a 7 mo old and a 4 y/o, and full time job it's very hard for me to find time to workout. HotWorx has changed that entirely for me as I can be in and out in under an hour, and workout as early and as late as possible. The entire staff is SO sweet, welcoming and extremely helpful if you have any questions. I LOVE this place so much I've already got 2 friends to join me and working on many more 🧡

I’m am truly obsessed with hotworx. I have never been a gym person, in fact I HATED the gym. After finding hotworx and being talked into signing up by a friend I go almost everyday. I rarely miss a day. I love being able to squeeze in a 15 minute workout if that’s all I have time for and knowing I’m benefitting in the best way. Not only has the physical activity increased substantially but the benefits of the infrared sauna are noticeable almost immediately. It’s such a mood elevator, I sleep better, my skin is better.
