I
pay
a
lot
of
money
for
this
membership
and
I
am
a
teacher
so
I
have
a
very
limited
amount
of
time
in
the
day
that
I
can
make
it
to
the
gym
but
I
am
not
able
to
do
the
workouts
that
I
enjoy
because
I
don’t
have
access
to
the
gym
materials
that
I
need.
For
example
I
like
the
do
workouts
that
involve
bar
bells
and
I
only
use
dumbbells
that
range
in
weight
of
10-20
pounds.
The
selection
of
these
weights
is
very
limited
(one
or
two
of
each
option
in
the
10,
11,
12,
and
15
pounds
specifically).
The
only
other
options
that
are
available
are
in
the
personal
fitness
area
that
has
been
restricted
to
regular
members
who
aren’t
apart
of
the
personal
fitness
program.
This
makes
it
very
hard
for
me
to
get
a
proper
workout
that
is
going
to
benefit
myself
and
help
me
show
gains.
I
know
that
the
reason
behind
the
personal
training
area
materials
being
closed
off
to
others
is
because
other
members
were
using
the
materials
and
not
putting
them
back.
I
find
that
this
is
a
very
good
reasonings
but
if
the
issue
is
people
not
putting
their
items
back
and
leaving
them
around
the
gym,
why
not
have
one
of
the
employees
that
sits
at
the
front
desk
walk
around
the
gym
collecting
and
cleaning
up
items
that
were
not
put
away.
Some
of
our
gym
membership
fees
have
to
go
towards
employee
paychecks
(I’m
not
sure
but
I’m
assuming)
so
why
not
have
them
stop
sitting
around
at
the
front
desk
and
actually
help
the
gym
with
an
issue
that
is
clearly
impeding
the
gyms
productivity
and
their
members
productivity.
I
don’t
generally
complain
but
I
want
to
have
a
successful
gym
experience
at
this
LA
fitness
but
if
I
continue
to
have
unsuccessful
gym
experiences
at
this
gym
I
will
have
to
find
my
way
to
a
different
gym
that
can
listen
to
their
members
issues
and
can
work
towards
making
a
change
that
will
help
the
whole
gym.
