Excellent service and delicious food! Took visitors to EL there who were so impressed with our "Jule(s)". Moscow Mule - THE BEST in SA!!!

The atmosphere is AMAZING. The service is top class. The food? It was toooo much. Gosh, I loved it here. It was my first time visiting the restaurant and I'm definitely making it my favourite spot when I visit East London!❤ P.S please change the bathroom and have separate ones for men and women. It is uncomfortable to be in the same bathroom as men.

Popular spot with a good breakfast menu. The Frappe was just what I needed on a hot morning and the portion sizes where generous.

The place is very beautiful and clean. But the time I visited the place it was crowded but there was very few space left. The pizza was so amazing, it tasted so good. I would definitely go there again because I received the best service 🎊

What a fresh breath of air. Awesome place for a delightfully delicious breakfast with family. Not to mention excellent service from waiters who watch your every move. I didn't even have to call a waiter to replace a fork which my daughter dropped on the floor. He saw and replaced it instantly. Well done.

Nice clean restaurant. Their sweet potato chips are to die for. They have an absolutely delicious dip/sauce, but you have to pay extra, for more.

We got to experience the chicken and beef burger over the weekend at an event and thought we get this for breakfast this morning so with our FIRST TIME visit and ordering 3 x breakfast brunch burgers, we got advised that there are no buns ready. Take note that after being told we can only order breakfast as the kitchen is only prepared for breakfast. So fine we order 3 x breakfast brunch burgers to go and get advised sorry they still baking the buns. So I ask as to what time the buns would be ready and was advised "10:30" Awesome so i asked as to what time breakfast might be ending and was advised "11:30" If you bake your own buns why not prep early enough to accommodate your customers when opening? Well a 2hour wait before I can order breakfast. Off to our usual spot we go!

A lovely place to have breakfast or lunch, the presentation of the food their service is top notch. Their meals are filling and delicious. Definitely worth the visit for any meal or just for a coffee date.

Clean,neat,cosy place,the space seems too small but overal its a nice chill place,food is great also on a more healthier side,waiters are all friendly and helpfull,the coctails comes in a whiskey size glass i feel there are space for working on that presentation,other then that its a cosy place.

The food is usually always incredible… whether it’s the eggs Benedict, corn fritta breakfast, burgers… we are big fans! But today topped the cake - literally! Those who have tried their salted caramel cheesecake or chocolate brownies will know how decadent their treats can get… but if you haven’t tried their vanilla cupcake - it’s a must have! Light like a cloud, whilst decadent at the same time… ermagosh! So good!

Lovely cuisine and service, it’s understandable why the place is such a hit. I’d recommend booking a table in advance if you have dinner plans to avoid disappointment on arrival. The place is also available on the MrD but bear in mind that you would be missing out on delightful atmosphere of the Jules restaurant.

The restaurant is beautifully decorated, but the food was really not good for us. I ate a regular pizza margarita and the whole pizza was swimming in oil and fat. It really wasn't tasty. The other food was okay though

The staff is professional but warm. The menu is excellent and homely. The choices are abundant without feeling overwhelming. The wine selection is excellent and the carrot cake is the best carrot I have ever had ever!

The restaurant is nicely decorated and is very modern, the food was well presented however the service was very slow and we kept struggling to get someone to help us, even with a simple thing like giving us the main menu since we arrived ed just shy of 11:30 and that’s when breakfast ends. I got the Moroccan chicken, the sweet potatoes were good but not as much flavour, the 400g rump my partner order looked and tasted great with the pepper sauce.

Had such a wonderful dinner at Jules on Jarvis last night. The decor & vibe was absolutely stunning, the cocktails were so delicious, the Salvador major is a must try, we had Bunless burgers that were just Devine served on a bed of greens that included corn, pickled onion & chopped tomatoes. Also grabbed some cheesecake to go which was amazing, will certainly be back for more!

Jules has a cozy, intimate, coffee-beany atmosphere. Great spots for cute pics.The in-house music contains moody covers of popular pop songs, really entertaining when you listen to it. The meals were good: satisfying portions, well plated, tasty and proportionate to the prices. Pizza bases are thin with crunchy crusts and the fries are ALL crunch it’s great. The iced coffee is not shy with the beans and the virgin cocktails are refreshing. I think 10% gratuity is automatically included upon payment when you dine in. So you don’t calculate the tip yourself. Our server Barbs was great:) You will definitely appreciate it if you get her.

One of my favorite places in the city. They have great pizza (which comes with the garlic, chili, Parmesan trio) and steak. They have loaded fries. They also have a decent wine selection, and great local beers. I try visit Jules when I’m in the city. They’re pretty popular some nights, so worth making a booking.

Wonderful pizza, and very generous. Staff efficient and non-intrusive. (A relief). Management in place and care about how you enjoy your meal. I found a nice quiet place to relax after another day at work away from my own environment.

Super friendly staff, they made a plan for 6 of us last minute, and the food only exceeded that. An interesting menu, deliciously prepared fried chicken, pork belly and burger patties. Plenty of Keto/banting options. And if they have a special dessert item, try it! The deconstructed apple crumble was a sensory explosion that you cannot be prepared for.

Stopped for a quick breakfast, placed order for cappuccino first, must say first ever restaurant where the waiter informed us that our cappuccino was almost ready and would we like to place orders for our breakfast. This is outstanding because we received our cappuccino just before our food and it was a perfect combination of timing.
