The service was horrible. The lady at reception was hostile. There were knocks at our door at night around 1 am . 3 times. We didnt sleep. There was one towel. There were ants evrywhr. I wouldn recommend it for anyone

Completely disgusting! Dirty linen and uncleaned room and even after speaking to the person responsible for our booking, nothing was done. Asked for the lock on my room to be fixed and instead I came back to an unlocked room. Don't book at The Image, they don't care about cleanliness or security.

Oh my word...if you are a woman and travelling alone. I wouldn't recommend you to stop here! The place is located in a not so safe environment and when we got there..there were too many males lottering around the property. We made an excuse that we going to draw money and left. We didn't feel safe at all. This place shouldnt be advertised as a holiday accommodation at all.

Very convenient, the TV did not work , I was so tired it did not matter, a few improvements here and there but it was good enough

This place is not a 5 star place. The webside is not the same as wat is realy looks when i get there. It is horrible,dirty. There is no toilet seat the shower is so dirty. There was no warm water.

Worst bnb ever. They made us sleep in a room that was not cleaned, sheets not changed with ants all over the place because of food left over by those before us. They are not available to assist their guests at night, so if you have an issue you will be forced to sleep with it. This is the worst bnb I have ever been to in my life and I am so disgusted.

4 nights at this place. So nice, clean, big and well furnished. One thing though, there is no wifi

Neat and everything works. No soap in the bathroom,that's the only blemish.

I had a nice and peaceful stay

My room was just very neat, spacious and clean. The young gentleman who is at the reception welcomed me well and nicely (apparently he is the owner). But No signage out side, I almost got lost.

Such a great place to be and the people are so welcoming but the only problem was the DSTV it didn't even play SABC 1

See pipes and dirt behind bath basin shower is broken, sink also broken no soap

Worst place I have ever been in. Walked in and left 10min later. Room stinks, mould growth everywhere, no toilet seat, filthy walls, tiles falling off, door broken from a break in, very unsanitary and unsafe. Pure rubbish

I enjoyed my stay at The IMAGE BnB. My room was clean and nicely decorated. I had all the dstv chanels and fast wifi. I was impressed that the business is owned by a young gentleman. Keep it up mfo wakuti.

If you book a place for 450. You want hot water, parking, clean linen, DSTV and wifi. They got all of them. Rooms were clean, white linen very clean, Towels clean. parking space too big. they must improve on other little things like shower caps etc
