Food was nice. But the cashier was busy chewing a small bubblegum nd her lips were so dry. She's talking while chewing that put me off a bit. They were less visible on the floor too as we needed a table to be cleaned so we can sit, one guy finally came but he said it was his lunch time( he did assist though).

The Fly thru was crawl thru. Broken intercom system. Why could he not send people to car to get orders. Very bad service.

Dissappointing, I bought 24 hot wings , served 19 of the smaller part of the wing. Unbelievable

Disgusting food there, it was inedible. We all threw it out. I've never in my life experienced such a horrible chicken licken. I'm now even reevaluating how I feel about the entire franchise.

Service is exceptional, can't get enough of their hot wings but they should add more fries on their meals.

I bought my evening meal for the first time at Chicken licken, the salt was too much I wanted to take it back but was already half way going to Port Elizabeth ,heyy i don't know weather you guys have measurements as mixing your ingre,salt salt ,salt was too much i couldn't eat it.

The staff were number one from the sanitizer lady by the door ,she is warm welcoming go to the counter all the ladies were so friendly ,I am so impressed with Chicken licken good customer.

The service is very very slow considering that they call it a fly-thru. The staff not as friendly as you would expect but maybe because they know that it is the only Chicken Licken in town. Experience coule be different for everyone else but from my side I always prepare to wait quite sometime, the chicken is nice though

They need to work on their hot wings coating. It's always wet. The staff needs training there.

This place doesn't have a generator. As the only one in East London, I expected more. You'll drive from another part of town and get there to locked doors. Disheartening.

The location does not look safe and the entrance to the drive thru is quite hidden. But it is a good establishment to get hot fast food on the go

This franchise is really disappointing me, the drive through is never in operation & they are always out of stock, yesterday it was Ice cream, today they don't have enough wings. Just disappointing.

The food is great, up to the standard of Chicken Licken. The drive thru or as they say "the fly thru" can do with some improvement, because when it is busy u can spend between 15-30min on the fly thru. Hence the 4 stars rating

The spice is delicious, crispy, taste so good, I wish the store can be extended to other areas, during December I was driving around PE looking for Chichen chicken to my surprise there's none in PE, up until I came back to East London to enjoy my favourite meal at Chicken licken, 10 hotwings I'm like I just have 3😋👌

To my surprise park and walk in to order inside was faster than the drive through service. I left long before the cars that were queuing infront of me on the drive through. That was lovely!

As a chili sauce connoisseur, trust me when I say Chicken Lickens home brand Soul Fire Chilli Sauce is one of my all time favourites. It really should be added to all supermarket shelves. If better marketed it could rival Tobasco at a much more affordable price. 🌶 🌶 🌶

Their chicken was super salty. Like unbearable. And usually I am one to take a lot of salt but that was crazy. I don't care attitude
