- Listings on Booking apps and websites are misleading, Region/suburb is listed as Sandton, who is why more travelers will book it thinking its actual Sandton central, not knowing that its FAR past Fourways on dirt roads and through skwatter camps and scary farmlands. - I told 4 hours after beginning of check-in window that my room was flooded and had to cancel. Turned around and had went to a petrol station to stop and figure out something else since the notification came at the literal last minute. Eventually found another place on the opposite of the city and halfway there, I get another email saying there another room. At this point my uber fare was over R350 and neither of us was going to go through that Wrong Turn journey again. - Impossible to contact when needed in these situations due to wrong email addresses and numbers provided on booking sites and being a mission to find online. - Has failed to send a refund for jeopardizing my booking, resulting in upwards of R900 wasted.
