It's a nice place for shopping and Entertainment, easy to navigate around the mall, the services are of high quality. Almost every shop is available in this mall.

This is my daughters favourite mall. So when we visit her in Butterworth, we will take the trip to Hemingways Mall. It’s is a massive mall with so many different shops to chose from. It is really pretty and very clean with more than enough parking 👌

Nice place for kids to go Wilding. There was a vigorous soccer game going on near the prohibition sign. Large variety of interesting and different stores, but pretty soon your parking meter will run up a tally.

It is so nice to shop in some peace n quiet. This is how this place is. You relax and shop until you drop. No congestion in shops whatsoever with a lot of parking space outside. Most shops are available here. Yes not all of them but most needed ones are available. You seldom go out without having got what you were looking for. Always a pleasure for me to shop at Hemingsway mall.

Hemmingways Mall is a great shopping and entertainment experience. The only thing is that often most of the escalators don't work and the bathrooms could be maintained better.

Rooms are very nice ,clean and comfortable. Service was very professional and fast,even my wake-up call was exactly on the minute, breakfast was delicious with friendly service and never a NO uttered, the hotel is attached to the mall and that makes dinner and a bit of exploration a fun experience. But not noisy at all. Definitely recommend for a stay in East London.

Great Mall indeed, beautiful view from outside to inside; it have a lot of shops and entertainments such as Cinema and games for kids and youth.👌🏽 Parking is always available. During busy seasons you will also have employed people assisting drivers from entering and exiting the area.👌🏽 Everyone is accommodated, from low class to higher class in terms of affordable.👌🏽 The area is indeed safe and convenient for both pedestrians & drivers.👌🏽 However, if you're a fan of Timberland shop, unfortunately you won't find it there🥺🥺🥺

PnP at Hemingways' kiosk personnel have a stinking customer care attitude. I wanted a new Smart shopper card. The 2 ladies dismissively pointed me to the Tyme bank machine. I stood there for 20mins. It took the intervention of a manager for me to replace the card within 2mins or less🤔🤔🤔

We went to do some shopping... browsing around...the mall is clean ,toilets clean,security alert and helpful...we ate at one of the eateries there ...we had a wonderful day tnx...next time around definitely we will visit the casino ,cinema and the games area...by the way we're from cape town visiting east London ...

Lots of retail options. Lots of parking. Very long mall and lots of walking if you want to get from one side to the other. It can get very busy. Nice games area downstairs for the kids and some nice restaurant options.

Most big businesses have branches here. Plenty of small local businesses too providing various commodities particularly related to cell phones and competing with big businesses. There is no seating arrangement from the mall administration for the people or waiting for their transport.

Very nice Casino but i find it crazy how a casino that obviously makes a lot if money, still has their office workers sitting on old uncomfortable wooden chairs. It shows poor employee care and i expect better

Loadshedding is hampering the progress of this Mall. Ample Parking. Shopping at tour own pace. When you're hungry, there's a variety of shops.

Why do your parking pay stations not accommodate card payments? We live in 2023! get with the times! First and last for everything. I can say that both have been achieved here.

It's tired, the lifts are dirty,the escalators need to be overhauled,some not working, the toilets are disgusting, need new toilet seats, the doors of the stalls don't work.

lots of shops and a refreshment area with fast foods. don't miss the shop on the second floor with local textile crafts and other local artisan products. the Old Khaki brand is interesting

Would be great if this mall could fix the escalators. Some of them have been down for over a year... there are old people and people with kids who need them... the elevators are all too busy being used by people who really don't need them.

It was a wonderful exciting experience with our grandkids.They loved the up and around shopping and had the time of their life's, in the gaming Arcade. It's somewhat expensive, as the younger children can't understand and complete the tasks. What hubby and I càn suggest, is some sort of a cooling system and seating every here and there, for parents/grandparents watching the children.

Loads of different stores easy access however two things that need attention. Parking ticket pay stations are half the time not working and only accept cash... you end up having to find change which delays you . Also the toilet facility are in need of maintenance and regular cleaning.

Tsogo Sun's flagship insult to the Eastern Cape. Go to Vincent Mall. This looong mall has no lifts or escalators in the middle. Walls are cracking, water pools in parking, many entrances shut, shops hard to access, parking payment set away from entrances, empty sanitation bottles. Bad design, greedy management.

There's only two Le Coq Sportif shops in EC one in Hemingway's and the other in Gqeberha. Hemingway's is the closest.

The Hemingways Mall is amazing place to keep you busy with a lot of shops. BUT ONE SHOP SHOULD BE BANNED FROM THEM. They BS my wife when she bought a R800 pair of blue tooth earphones. The package was not sealed, nor any instructions in it, nor working at all. We found another customer, from outside EL, who also bought not working item from this Gadgets Geeks in this mall. I have reported this to management and trust they will take action.

Wonderful shopping center and remarkably clean. Toilets are exceptionally clean. However I need to make a comment about two shopping centers where I did not have a pleasant experience. At Hi-Fi corporation the service is absolutely pathetic. On my arrival there I stood there for about 7 minutes without being assisted. Eventually a lady walked past me and I asked her if she worked there and she said yes. I requested her for assistance which see seemed very reluctant. This is indeed a place I will not visit again neither will I recommend it to anyone. At incredible connection I had a similar experience. Eventually, I think an Indian male, came to me. However eye contact doesn't exist and that it seemed that he didn't really wanted to help me. On previous occasions that I've been there it was the same. I eventually searched online and got a much better deal. These place will never see me again.

Elavators don't work, escalators constantly being fixed...security is not visible impractical place for workers coz they've only made proper entrances for people with cars and not pedestrians.

Lovely mall. Very spacious. The mall is filled with various shops that meet all kinds of needs. However most of these shops don’t have generators so they close during load-shedding.

It's a big nice mall with every store you might think of... It's so big it has underground floors. Has alot of parking space. Navigating through the mall is easy with their touchscreen nav boards

Disappoint to find Capitecbe8ng renovated and the ATM unavailable which meant I could not get bank statement to use as proof of residence at Telkom store and only business was a sim swap.

Due to an accident I am not able to walk very far and I don't have my own wheelchair. There would be no way I'd navigate the mall in crutches and a healing leg. I want to thank security for helping me get a wheelchair and helping me into it, even pushing me into the mall. Fantastic service and care. On the mall side, it is fantastic, clean and well maintained. Thank you. PS I'm from CT and my 2nd time at Hemmingways. Well done everyone. (Note this review is from 1yr plus ago)

It is enjoyable especially as a private car driver there are no more drivers at the gates it's less congested. It's hell for the commuter as it was my first time and I had no idea where the opening was to go catch a taxi as we were turned back from the gate to go look for the entrance that leads to the taxis ...like really

Need to get myself a mobile scooter for this Mall. Mall management needs to be jacked up. Lifts not working, escalators not working. Really people!! Over the festive season. Wake up.
