Nice selection of clothes, affordable prices. My only problem we encountered was with the pay points. There was slip on shoes that we wanted to buy but it was not found on their system and they had no one in store to address the matter. Their staff is not very friendly and the service is slow. On a busy day their will be 2 pay points open.

Hated shopping here, was running late for an interview & saw something i liked as i am heading towards to till to pay for the item i had quickly changed into for convinence the changing room assistant rudely instructs me to go back & change out of the item & then go & pay for it drawing much attention to me although i had showed her the money in my hand, she begun to cause a scene about this R30 shirt that the tag was still attached too. EVERY TIME I HAD ASKED TO SEE THE MANAGER I WAS TOLD THEY WERE NOT THERE😠 PATHETIC SERVICE. Second time around same thing happened. I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN PEOPLE MAKE YOU FEEL AS IF YOU ARE A CRIMINAL.

The security guy that stands by the door was horribly rude. Absolutely Disgusting. Mr price needs to sort their security out there ASAP. You are going to chase customers away.

A client just bought clothes and paid with a card; however; there was deduction on the card and it showed on the customer's cellphone but not on the cashier's register. They told the cistomer to wait for 20 minutes for a reversal of the payment and this is yet to happen . The attitude from the staff is horrible, and compounded by the store manager. Wont buy from the store again, says the customer as a result the customer is asking for a refund.

I hate this store....... I'm currently on a queue since 14h45 and now it's 15h15 and I have not been helped. There are only two tellers...... Poor service at its best

The store opens at 9am not 8am, very inconvenient for us customers. Fix this time here online urgently

There is a viriety of clothing available with different brands. It can be a bit overwhelming due to the fact that we are spoilt for choice. Different divisions have outfits. So instead of having all of your shirts together, they are scattered by the different styles and brands. I enjoy the specials and the fact that there is a new division for babies coming soon!

-Out of fashion -rude staff -unnecessary comments -slow service -untidy store -poor quality material -clout chasers & a complete failure of a fashion department. You guys are such a headache, never shopping there again.

Came here for an emergancy shop as we saw they close at 8pm. Arrived 6:50 and they didnt want to let us in as they were closed.

Deceptive signage in the store today. E.g. a sign said "Buy 2 for R70", however upon closer inspection, one sees the word 'each' displayed vertically and at around 10% of the size of the Rand value. The honest way to advertise a special like this, would be to say "Buy 2 for R140". I would have paid R140, had it been advertised as such, but because I had been tricked by the deceptive signage, I requested a refund on principal.
