Lovely staff. Very neat and organised. I love how they arrange their sale stock, it the books visible and makes it easy to search. I need other Bargain Books to adopt this type of shelving. They have good stock on African literature.

Helpful staff great prices, found exactly what I want.

Staff were friendly and quickly found three books I was looking for. I will visit this place again when I'm in East London to purchase more books as they have a wide range of books to choose from. The location is quite easy to find as well on Google maps so if you are using GPS to get here you, will find it easily

Awesome store with a very wide variety! The staff are all very friendly and helpful. I enjoy visiting this store when I am in the area. Since this is a factory shop, the variety is a lot more than other stores. The chances are a lot better to find what you are looking for at this store. If you are looking for a book and it is not in store, the staff can order it for you and let you know as soon as it is ready for collection. I really like this store!

I would like to thank the 3 different staff members on duty Saturday 9 April who were so helpful and generous with their time, knowledge and opinions during my much longer than planned “pop in” to Bargain Books at Retail Park. From getting onto the floor with me sifting through the sale books to giving recommendations of books similar to what they could see I was selecting (for each of the 4 different people/ages/tastes in my family), to finding out what the Hemingway’s branch had where they didn’t have stock. Moving to East London I struggled with not having one of the book stores I was used to, however, what I’m seeing over time is Bargain Books filling this gap and need - not only in stock but also knowledgeable helpful avid reader staff :-)

Shame orders take so long to arrive. Book chart was disappointing, all Colleen Hoover. Religion section was far too big, but positive to see an LGBT+ section.

With a bit of hunting you can always find a bargain!

Book catagories totally a jumble .Have never seen this Store so pathetically run.

I walked into your store yesterday at " closing time". The doors were wide open. I was right inside the store they told me they are locking up. No one bothered to ask ,just to ask what I was looking. I was so surprised, I just echoed so you closing, and they said yes. Wow! From what I know ,if the customer is inside you never turn them away, the least to find out what they need and ask them to come back the next day. They should have had the door closed as well. I'd never go into shop again. I'd rather visit Hemingway's. That's
