The shop is all clean and nice but the service its a zero. Please follow up on this

Long queue have been here for an hour now. Only half of the till's operate not coming here again poor service . They dont even have packers the cashier must do everything.

Shoprite is a large shop where everybody shops but does shoprite care how long you wait in queues lots of shoppers n 2 cashiers open why why

Only shopping place I go to when it comes to groceries, have a problem the manager is immediately willing to assist, don't find something you can always ask the people working there without having attitude from them. They friendly, they always smile when they see you, they always willing to help you, I always apologize to the ladies cleaning the floor if I accidentally step on it and they just smile and say no problem, if I need something and they cleaning they allow me to walk, bakery is friendly. Best place to ever go to especially shopping alone as a woman, I feel safe there and if I feel uncomfortable the manager is always willing to help me.

The queue went super slow so much that I spent my whole day off there. I was at the express till and we weren't even that many. The cashier guy was really friendly though
