Housing most of the government departments, parastatals and private companies - Pricewaterhouse coopers auditors, the Loadshedding Eskom, MISA, COGTA, DEDEAT… very safe for visitors and employees/tenants… there is a restaurant on the premises which services amazing food- and for more relaxed meetings of the boardroom is too formal.

Nice and professional establishments. "Fighting offices" is how they were introduced to me.
