Had a full body massage, service was great ladies at reception warm and welcoming my massage therapist did a great job. The place though isn’t very quiet and so relaxing as you can hear cellphones ringing and people chattering and laughing in front area where the nails are done. will go again but not over weekend hopefully during the week when everyone’s at work. not a place to destress. Ambience for massage not so great. Overall service is good and professional. lovely staff. (And they have a loyalty card!! )

I chose the Vincent branch for convenience, Because I can get my nails done then my shopping too after but i am getting disappointed with every other appointment. Why don’t you have pedicure stations with sinks? You literally have to lie on a bed, it’s so uncomfortable and straining on the back. Looks like to me the owner doesn’t care. There’s a new nail bar in Hemmingways mall “Perfect Nail Bar” check how their stations are set up. My toes look like they were done by a toddler? The gel is bubbling up, zero value for my hard earned money. Please do better.

They are very professional and accommodating, even when you change your appointments, they are willing to help in a very friendly manner.

Disappointed with poor services. My nail appointment ran 30 min late and the lady struggled to give me the outcome I desired. Nails broke w days later. Wouldn’t waste my money again.

Efficient, friendly good quality service

Had a pedicure yesterday and this is how my feet look like today. Pedicure was substandard, no soaking done.

Came here today to get a set of acrylic nails for my wedding on Saturday. I was advised it would take 1 hrs 15 minutes as I had another appointment to get to. The lady was late, not prepared at all and after 1hr 45 minutes I had to chase her and say that I had to leave. She then said she had to rush and made me feel like I had done something wrong. My nails are not the same shape, I didn't get what I asked for because I ran out of time. Would not recommend at all

I recently learnt about this place,I was just walking in the mall when I saw it in November. Then when I needed to do my nails,I called and made an appointment,they also remind you about the appointment. Lutho did my nails,and I was very happy with the result,I did both hands and feet. Today I was just there with my sister for a full body massage,and we were both very happy with the treatment,Noxi who was my masseuse was very friendly. The only thing we were not so happy about is the fact that they don’t have couple rooms so we were placed in different rooms. I would definitely recommend them for nails or massage.

This place is getting worse by the year. I got a facial there and my skin came out worse than when i walked in. I have scars from the lady attempting to pluck out my black heads. This doesn't usually happen to me when I get a facial. Just so much ignorance there. I stopped doing my nails there because I got a terrible nail infection after a treatment. I guess i gave them the benefit of the doubt afterwards, but I think if you step foot there you are doomed at this point.

Came in on the 22nd December 2022 to do a lash refill and my appointment was recorded as a nail refill. Non the less the receptionist and technician went out of their way and remedied the situation. Thank you ladies

I'm not hard to please. Smile, greet and thats it. I'll be putty in your hands. I'm shocked to see this because it's been years since I've been there and their employees are the best. Very kind, well informed of their services, soft-spoken and attentive.

My go to beauty spa for gifts etc.

Good nail salon in mall. Do some people watching as the shoppers walk by the windows. Very busy. I would book in advance. Small and a little tight, more of a communal salon than private. Nice if you like chatting. Lots of nail technicians.

Adherance to Covid 19 protocols and cleanliness are on top of their list.

I cannot express in words how horrible this place is. They messed up a simple design I wonder how a complicated design would look .My mom told me not to file a lawsuit right now because it’s Christmas time but trust me in January, the owner and I will be settling this debacle in court. My nails look horrible and I’m not going to be silenced.I wish I could rate it a 0/5 stars but that’s impossible. I don’t recommend.

I was highly disappointed with my experience here. I called ahead of time to book my appointment and then when I arrived I was told that "the new girl" had booked my appointment and that they don't accept appointments for that time. Every staff member that attended to me from then on was incredibly unfriendly and irritated with ME as if it was my fault that they had made a mistake, and then proceeded to do what should have been an hour and a half session in half an hour. I will never be visiting this salon again.

The service was absolutely pathetic, I paid to neaten up my eyebrows and they completely messed up the entire shape, no apology was given even when I said I was not happy with it despite explaining how I wanted my eyebrows done! I would not recommend any female to there! Disgusted!
