The
gym
itself
is
good
for
the
price.
But
you
need
to
go
into
it
knowing
its
a
budget
gym.
Has
all
the
equipment
I
needed
and
its
kept
clean
so
for
the
price
it's
4
stars.
I
do
have
some
recommendations
though.
This
is
a
big
one
that
I
hope
you
don't
do
anymore.
DO
NOT
PHONE
EMERGENCY
CONTACT
NUMBERS
UNLESS
ITS
AN
EMERGENCY!
Please
ask
the
cleaning
staff
not
to
clean
machines
that
are
currently
in
use.
It's
awkward
peddling
away
profusely
while
someone
is
vacuuming
under
your
feet.
The
rest
of
the
complaints
I
have
don't
have
to
do
with
this
gym
in
particular,
but
with
the
higher
ups
at
Edge
Fitness.
Here
are
my
recommendations
for
them:
I
signed
up
for
the
12
month
debit
order
because
I
was
moving
at
the
end
of
the
year.
If
someone
signes
up
for
a
set
number
of
months,
don't
automatically
increase
it
without
their
consent.
Rather
ask
if
they
would
like
to
extend.
If
you
can't
do
that,
then
make
the
cancellation
process
easier.
I
understand
some
people
want
to
cancel
before
their
contract
is
over,
but
when
someone
wants
to
cancel
after
their
contract
ends,
it
should
be
as
simple
as
clicking
cancel.
Why
can't
the
gym
do
it,
why
must
I
email
head
office?
If
you
make
cancellation
easier,
people
will
be
more
likely
to
join
again
in
the
future.
When
you
make
it
difficult,
people
won't
join
again
and
they
won't
recommend
the
gym.
