Today
I
went
into
the
shop
at
exactly
09:00,
opening
time.
I
went
and
bought
a
Racing
Set
and
Make
your
fancy
Jewelry.
I
was
assisted
by
Anesipho
Vellem
and
he
was
very
helpful,
but
from
this
point
on,
it
all
fell
apart.
Firstly,
there
was
no
more
wrapping
paper,
how
does
a
shop
like
yours,
run
out
of
wrapping
paper
(the
wrapping
service
that
you
provide
in
store)
on
the
19th
December?.
So
I
bought
wrapping
paper
and
asked
if
it
could
please
be
wrapped
for
me.
Then
another
women,
Hanica,
indicated
to
Anesipho,
that
they
would
do
it
for
a
tip.
I
was
fuming
when
he
told
me
this,
as
I
have
just
had
to
buy
wrapping
paper
and
now
this.
Anesipho
then
said
that
he
would
do
it
for
me.
He
was
busy
wrapping
the
presents
and
then
there
was
other
customers
waiting
at
the
till.
He
then
left
me
and
was
helping
them,
this
was
now
the
last
straw.
I
then
took
my
partially
wrapped
presents
and
left.
Very
pissed
off
at
Toys
R
Us,
what
a
cheek
of
these
staff
and
the
store
itself.

customer
service.
I
was
really
fuming
and
dissappointed.
