I go absolutely crazy when I enter ToysRUs, so just imagine how the kid's feel. I love shopping here, they always have goods on sale or marked down which is amazing. I generally shop here mostly for my daughter's Avent products. I must say that during my last 5 visits to the store I didn't find what I went for. Avent bottle brush; Avent Teets; Avent bottles.

Awesome store with a very wide variety!

Bought a reggie's toy only lasted 1 day, looked liked they didn't really want to return it but almost doing me a favor to do so. Great variety of toys for the kids but always seems to be a problem when returning due to quality

what a great shop to go into... fun of all ages even adults... be prepared when taking your kids in though as it could be an expensive trip. There is a wide variety of products to choose from... the online purchasing for collection or delivery is quick and very user friendly... Staff are somewhat on the ball, just depends on what day and time you visit but other than that great service.

Re: Complaint against Toys R Us - Hemingways Mall Shop UG15 East London Today I went into the shop at exactly 09:00, opening time. I went and bought a Racing Set and Make your fancy Jewelry. I was assisted by Anesipho Vellem and he was very helpful, but from this point on, it all fell apart. Firstly, there was no more wrapping paper, how does a shop like yours, run out of wrapping paper (the wrapping service that you provide in store) on the 19th December?. So I bought wrapping paper and asked if it could please be wrapped for me. Then another women, Hanica, indicated to Anesipho, that they would do it for a tip. I was fuming when he told me this, as I have just had to buy wrapping paper and now this. Anesipho then said that he would do it for me. He was busy wrapping the presents and then there was other customers waiting at the till. He then left me and was helping them, this was now the last straw. I then took my partially wrapped presents and left. Very pissed off at Toys R Us, what a cheek of these staff and the store itself. Regards Anton Cloete I hope that nobody else had the endure this type of customer service. I was really fuming and dissappointed.

We wanted to buy a product but it had no price tag. Which is kind of sad because they really have nice things there. Just a tip, after you greet customers. Don't just walk away, ask them if they need help with anything. In this economy if you see new parents shopping, help them save money .

Good customer service, clean, it's like you walking home but a home store for kids.

My daughter's tablet had a factory fault. I took it in on the 10th of Dec 2022. It still hasn't been fixed and they refuse to give me my money back.

Its a good store werw i can buy my children toys

I saw an item online and the store showed stock available. Store did infact NOT have the stock. I asked them to check stores and was told Durban has, they will arrange for it to be sent. Everyday I have had to follow-up with the store. Told them from the start (saturday) I walked in I need the item by Friday. Today I call "oh sorry we still don't have it" maybe in next week.

I love the store but prices are bit ridiculous.. price vs quality does not add up with a lot of the items. Awesome staff
