Dr.Dores
is
fantastic,
he
took
care
of
at
least
15
fillings
that
I
needed
and
made
the
process
for
my
root
canal
easy
and
smooth.
His
work
it
outstanding
and
I
hate
having
to
go
elsewhere
do
to
a
change
in
insurance.
The
dental
assistants
were
always
very
nice
and
sweet.
However,
if
I’m
being
honest,
it
was
an
extremely
expensive
process.
I
loved,
and
still
love
the
care
quality
of
the
dentist
himself
and
his
assistants.
But
it
was
a
constant
pain
to
have
to
deal
with
the
staff
member
in
charge
of
billing.
It
was
a
shame
that
she
could
never
give
an
accurate
explanation/answer
a
to
wether
my
insurance
was
accepted
or
not.
Every
time
I
came
to
an
appointment
they
ALWAYS
handed
me
a
bill
from
my
previous
visit
because
it
turned
out
that,
what
she
thought
was
covered,
was
only
partially
covered
or
even
not
covered
all.
On
my
last
visit
I
got
a
cleaning
done.
A
couple
of
months
later
I
call
to
set
up
another
cleaning
and
was
surprised
to
hear
that
I
owe
over
$200
from
my
last
cleaning
simply
because
the
staff
in
charge
of
verifying
my
insurance
failed
to
do
so
PRIOR
to
treatment.
Had
I
known
that
BEFORE
my
treatment
I
would’ve
never
gone
there
and
instead
found
a
different
location
where
my
insurance
was
accepted.
It’s
sad
to
have
to
leave
this
way
after
being
regular
patient
for
so
long.
