Dr.Dores is fantastic, he took care of at least 15 fillings that I needed and made the process for my root canal easy and smooth. His work it outstanding and I hate having to go elsewhere do to a change in insurance. The dental assistants were always very nice and sweet. However, if I’m being honest, it was an extremely expensive process. I loved, and still love the care quality of the dentist himself and his assistants. But it was a constant pain to have to deal with the staff member in charge of billing. It was a shame that she could never give an accurate explanation/answer a to wether my insurance was accepted or not. Every time I came to an appointment they ALWAYS handed me a bill from my previous visit because it turned out that, what she thought was covered, was only partially covered or even not covered all. On my last visit I got a cleaning done. A couple of months later I call to set up another cleaning and was surprised to hear that I owe over $200 from my last cleaning simply because the staff in charge of verifying my insurance failed to do so PRIOR to treatment. Had I known that BEFORE my treatment I would’ve never gone there and instead found a different location where my insurance was accepted. It’s sad to have to leave this way after being regular patient for so long.

I had a very good experience with Dr. Dores. He is very patient and professional. Some appointments took longer than I expected, however the results were almost always as expected. I did Invisalign, root canal, crowns and fillings. All the procedures were on a high level.

I always avoided going to the dentist due to fear and pain. An emergency led me to seek help and I discovered something and someone amazing. A dentist and his staff who were all professional, caring and compassionate. Dr. Dores brought my dental experience to a whole new level. Thanks to his experience and knowledge, I felt at ease and stress free. Dr. Dores is amazing, his entire staff is amazing!!!!! Dores dental is the best. The Dr. explains everthing hes going to do so u know and the assistant makes sure ur very comfortable. Always fit me in if needed and very warm environment. If you're looking for a dentist Dores Dental is the place to go for great care and perfect smiles.

Welcoming dental office, all the staff is precise in helping the place run smoothly and professionally. I’ve had several fillings and a crown placed here, Dr. Dores is skillful and knowledgable, answers all questions and isn’t in a hurry. I would definitely recommend this office.

After trial and error of trying other dental offices I left Dores Dental smiling huge!! Staff was extremely friendly & efficient. My cleaning was pleasant and relaxing. The staff and Dr took the time to explain everything there were doing. While there for a routine cleaning i expressed some concern for some aesthetics of my teeth and the doctor explained what could help and made the time to get it done as soon as possible. he went above and beyond to make sure everything was to my liking and that I was satisfied with the feel and look of my teeth. I highly recommend this office and would give even more stars if I could!
