First and last time ordering food here. They told me 35 minutes when I called in the order. It seemed like a long time for Chinese food, so I went there in 20 minutes and the food was ready. After the 3 minute drive home, I opened the boxes and everything was cold. The lo mein was slimy and the spring roll was the size of a soy sauce packet. I wish I could give zero stars. Overall terrible experience. Never again.

My favorite sushi place in the greater Springfield area. Special menu at reduced prices if you eat in. Delicious Chinese food as well. The more you buy, the more free food items they throw in. Good for takeout, or if you want to eat in, they have plenty of room worked by an excellent and friendly waitstaff.

PSA: THE AYCE DOES NOT INCLUDE SASHIMI OR NIGIRI. This review is to help future guests avoid getting charged extra without knowing. I was very excited to try their new all you can eat option. While the sashimi and nigiri options are listed on the ayce menu, they have an additional charge for every piece of sashimi/nigiri you order. This is not clear on the menu as well so it’s a very deceiving. They tried to tell me it’s included but in my opinion if it’s included in the ayce then there should not be any additional charges. I’m glad my group asked for clarification. Since the process is still new, I hope they make the necessary changes on the menu to avoid any confusion. Our table ordered some sashimi to try and it was not worth the additional cost (small/thin pieces). I would recommend sushi house in Rockyhill, CT for TRUE ayce. ($2 more and you have unlimited sashimi).

Me and my homie came into town to order lo mein, Sushi and miso soup. My first Miso soup had a small bug in it and I chalked it up and asked them to bring another. Sushi came out and it was decent. The LO Mein came out and tasted like it had CAR OIL sauce. My homies Lo Mein had 2 pieces of melt in it and they took it off. I’m not mad but the management didn’t seem to care that they didn’t deliver the best food to us and didn’t offer to cook us something better. The server was nice and sweet and had a good personality but the food was 🗑 trash.

No lo mein, which I ordered, NO sweet and sour sauce for sweet and sour chicken. Scallion pancakes were like fried dough or something. 4 little boneless ribs in pupu platter for two. Duck sauce in small cup for $1 tasted like they squeezed it from packets. So dissatisfied over 130 order for New Year’s Eve.. Mall food. More complaints could be made but on with my New Years.

This is one of the best sushi spots in the area, the amount of options is great and the prices are even better, the online ordering for takeout is super easy to use and the service in the restaurant is also great; the staff is also very nice. Highly recommend stopping here for some sushi

I've only had the maki rolls and always get take out but it's always packaged so well and always tastes soo good! Also great portions for the price. Can't beat the lunch specials!

Not happy to go dig into my leftovers (would've been a 3) and find pork in my fried rice. I know I paid Xtra to substitute (a cheeper alternative per their menu pricing btw) vegetable fried rice because you made sure I knew there was an upcharge. I'm sorry I didn't LOOK before eating it and assumed you prepared it correctly. 🤢

This is by far my favorite restaurant to eat some amazing and delicious sushi!! I have been enjoying their food for many years. Their sushi is always fresh and made to order. The customer service is top rated. They start greeting you as soon as you open the door. Try the chicken tempura roll it's one of my personal favorites and the spicy vegetable roll! You won't be disappointed. #enjoy

I order sushi from this restaurant weekly, however last night I ordered sushi and found 2 black hairs embedded in my sushi roll. This is the second time this has happened where I have found hair in my sushi from this restaurant in the past month. I was hoping the first time was a fluke, but since it happened a second time it’s clear it’s a lack of hygienic practices. A note to the owner: I absolutely love your sushi which is why I order it weekly, but please require your sushi chefs to wear their hair back and covered by a hairnet. It’s completely unacceptable for customers to spend that much money on sushi to then find hair in it on more than one occasion. I will have to start getting my sushi elsewhere if your sushi chefs can’t keep their hair away from the food.

Tried the all you can eat menu and couldn’t be happier. Will return here, probably at least once a month. Maybe more?

We had a wonderful time here twice. The plum wind is delicious. I ate shrimp with broccoli, white rice and garlic sauce. It was very fresh and tasty. My boyfriend had sushi which he said was delicious.

Tried this place again after a so-so experience on Christmas, and it was terrible. My wife ordered sushi and it was incorrect, and we ordered pork lo mein for my son. The “pork” was gray and slimy, and the noodles smelled like shellfish. Hoping we don’t get sick

Love this place! Always enjoy my food from here. Their sushi rolls are great and the Chinese food is good too. Order from their website and they have a bunch of half price rolls! Can't get that with 3rd party delivery.

We ordered three party trays for an annual get-together and everything was prepared perfectly. The service at Ichiban was outstanding -- extremely helpful and courteous. I am grateful for their contribution to our party and would not hesitate to choose Ichiban again. I realize this sounds like a paid promotion, but I'm just being honest.

By far the best Mexican cuisine I have ever tasted. Everything was beyond delicious. The carnitas were the most tender piece of pork and seasoned to perfection. The decor was beautiful, very clean, and I can’t remember when last I’ve had such attentive service staff. Truly a gem of a restaurant.
