Horrible service! This young blonde haired employee's service was straight out disgusting. 1. She never greeted my family and I 2. It was not busy at all and rushed me 3. She had the worse attitude for no reason 4. After rushing me and having to tell her my order 3 times she got two sandwiches completely wrong. 5. When I explained to her she had mest up two of my orders she did not understand. I had to explain it to her several times. She was nasty and acted as if she did not want to be there nor cared about treating customers with respect. She raised her voice at me and after that I raised mine back because I was not having anymore un called for nonsense attitude from this employee. I'm a paying customer, she only fixed one of my sandwiches. Subway, please train your employee's better!

The old lady manager working there did not want to take my money saying I had FAKE ONE DOLLAR bills I would understand a 20$ or $100 . I switched the 1$ bills and she wanna say the same thing . Her customer service was BAD she was doing paper work on the register not once said hi once the other nice young girl worker finished making my sandwich This was around 5pm rewatch the camera retrain her on her customer service she got 8hrs to do her paper work .

We walked in today at 12pm, we were the only ones there. The person working didn’t greet us, nor had the audacity to tell us to give her a minute to finish what she was doing. We waited patiently, once she was done doing what she was doing she asked us if we were ready to order with an attitude, as if she was waiting on us! Once my boyfriend started to place his order he kindly asked MARIA if she’d toast his bread for him by itself, and she said “No” and when he asked why not, she said “I can’t do that” most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard, from the start it didn’t look like she wanted to even help us. I thought the point of subway was to make a sandwich how the customer wanted not how the employee wanted to make it. We left without even getting our food due the to the lack of service we received. This is very upsetting, Maria needs to do better.

This is the worse location I've ever been to, they wouldn't let me use my coupon on the footlong I always order with it. I noticed they didn't let anyone before me order what they wanted with that coupon either even though they didn't order any of the excluded items, I've been to several other locations that allows me to use that exact coupon so I walked out and went to another location. I should have asked to speak to the manager, the reviews were true, this location has horrible customer service. In addition the coupon stated some excluded items, none of which is what I was ordering. Horrible first time experience here.

Kudos to whoever was working this Sunday morning. She was super kind, my sandwiches ended up cute and not sloppy/all over the place, and she wrapped them well. She was really awesome. Thank you!

This is my favorite subway to go to a sandwiches are always fire and Amanda that works there has great customer service skills and she's really friendly she deserves a gold star

Went in for a quick bite, the food was good. They service was quick and nice. But the restaurant was a bit dirty.

The woman making my order was super friendly and helpful, honestly would go back to this Subway only because of the customer service.
