I have had two introductory sessions with Alex at the new Massapequa location and am very pleased with the results. He focused on stretching the areas of my lower back that needed the most attention. It definitely helped to improve my flexibility. He was very conscious of making sure I was comfortable with each stretch he did. The staff is very nice and the atmosphere calming and relaxing to make for a pleasant experience. I would recommend giving it a try!

My wife and I had such an incredible experience going on Saturday! Everyone there is so friendly and it showed that they cared about our needs! We both got the 20 min. stretch and was shocked as how much of a difference it made in that session! I left feeling younger because of how much relief my lower back and hips felt. Could not recommend this place enough!

Great place with very friendly staff. 50 minute stretching is the best for whole body stretch out!!
