They must’ve changed ownership within the last couple months/year because every time I order my on the go coffee there’s always soo much milk in it, when I purposely order it with “one milk” because I’m lactose intolerant. It’s very annoying to constantly having to go back to them and interrupt them and ask them to fix my coffee every single time. Some days I’m in such a rush for work and I don’t bother to look or taste of coffee be4 hand & run out and it ends up being a literally a cup filled with milk and I end up just throwing it out and going to another Dunkin’ Donuts that will actually make my coffee right,it’s a waste of my money honestly. I lived in this area for over 20 years And haven’t had this issue since this year. Maybe it’s all the brand new employees I don’t know how to make the coffee is correct I’m not quite sure. But it’s pretty annoying… The other people that used to work there knew my name by all the orders I put in daily and would make sure that there was one milk in my coffee…apparently these new people really don’t care.

They denied entry for my service animal and then burnt the bagel as well.

This Dunkin always has great service and the food is always freshly made.

Even cold brew is watered down, no dark roast, bummer. No Starbucks in sight.

Never gets the order right, I placed n mobile order for a medium hot latte with almond milk and received a coffee, please always check your order before leaving this location.

The food isnt fresh, the drinks sucks and the staff is terrible. I gave this place multiple opportunities but they just dont care. I see why its a rotating door for employees too!

This dunkin is pretty good. It’s quick and the employees are nice. Their online ordering needs a little bit of work because it doesn’t show when things are out of stock but that’s not an employee problem it’s a management problem.

Clean place, girls were very nice and helpful. It was my first tine trying Chia latte. It was pretty good. The munchkins were all right, but could have been better.

Ordered Uber eats, all of my food was just I don’t know angrily put together. Tried to give this location another shot but clearly I’ve learned my final lesson 😒

Typical Dunkin, The service is fine. Not a great big deal, but they could keep the outside a little cleaner.

Worst experience the cashier took the wrong order, and didn’t want to correct his mistake and on top of it the server don’t know English I was trying to tell her that’s the wrong order and all the dumb woman saying is yes yes. Worst place get proper workers .

Stale doughnuts bad flavored coffee and slow service

This Dunkin has definitely improved over the years. The staff is much nicer, it’s cleaner & my tea/coffee orders are perfectly delicious. I have to give extra stars in my review to an employee named Sym (I apologize if I spelt her name wrong). She is very nice, welcoming & knows when I place my mobile order exactly what i take on the side to make my tea/coffee perfect.

They had too little (3-4 only) variety of donuts available at 10.30 am. Little slow on service too.

I was there maybe 10 minutes ago. The workers were super overwhelmed with the large rush of people social distancing in such heavy rain, but they kept up a wonderful attitude and cheerful smiles. They were all patient, helpful, and kind. I will definitely want to go back to this specific location!
