This black African girl with nasty red wig on that works the window at McDonald's in East Moline Illinois is rude. I'm a black man that hates going to any fast food restaurant that has rude black people working there. I hope they fire her. She just hand you your food and hurry to close the window. She couldn't open her mouth to say thank you after being told thank you to her first.

Tonight, sealed the deal for me, I will no longer use this location, instead I'll drive for accuracy! Tonight, I pulled up, only one in line, I ordered 4 meals, she made me repeat EVERYTHING, When I did she decided to mock me. I get to the window, EVERYTHING I ordered was NOT CORRECT! The manager came to the window, asked me to pull forward, he'll no! You guys take forever when I do that because you 9/10 mess up my order! It's not hard to get plain or no onions correct and then the little girl trying to cop an additude! Get it together, this location the last 2 years has gone downhill first! I wonder how much money they lose in food waste because they can't get an order correct!

In our experience, their accuracy rate is -478%. Today, my husband went to pick up a mobile order. When he got home, the breakfast sandwich was missing. The manager wanted us to come back, anytime today or tomorrow. Yeah, that's not happening. We rarely go to this location for this very reason. Instead, we take the longer trip to the Moline location.

It's really too bad that this McDonald's location wants to close an hour to an hour and a half early every single day everyone's walking around having fun nobody will answer the phone and one day I'm pretty sure people laugh because I was driving by trying to see if anybody was there. Think I'll just be going to Moline from now on

Absolutely rude gal at window. Gave us someone else's drinks. All we said was these are not our drinks. She had an attitude and slammed the drinks back down on counter. Gave us a coke without ice (we didnt order without ice) and a half full strawberry smoothie. When the bag was handed to her she shoved it at my husband who almost dropped it. I opened bag and half the food wasn't wrapped. We were missing sandwiches and were not given a receipt. The total was 28 something and all we got was a chicken sandwich meal size large and 2 mcdoubles. The 4 plain hamburgers we ordered were not in the bag. My children did not get their food so I gave them mine. Very bad service and rude gal in 2nd window. I have been a manager for several years at fast food places and this behavior is totally unacceptable. We will never be going back to this store. I tried to call but nobody answers the phone apparently.

Straw less lids are cringe!!! What dirty hands touched my lid? Possibly transferring germs for me to get sick. At least the straw was sanitized by the unopened paper wrap around it!! McDonald's, please do better!! Be smart and use common sense!!!

The night shift crew here make the food slap bro. They even in there singin gospel songs. Homie in the drive through window looked like he was hating life, so I told him a funny story to make him laugh. 5/5 will return after 11pm

A place to order on my mobile app for a cheeseburger. No ketchup, no mustard No pickle add Add mayonnaise, the Sandwich had ketchup on it took it back in to get a remade. Stood there for a 1/2 hour to get a Sandwich. That wasn't still made, Right

Hours are a lie. I went there at 12:15 and the Google listed hours, which say owner approved, list it as closing at 1am, and while there was staff inside, the business was closed. The hours on the building aren’t the same as the one online. Fix it, now. I’m getting sick of this place screwing me over.

I was about to leave a bad review because they left me in the drive through without telling what was going on w my order for quite some time. after I got the lady's attention she was apologetic and let me know they were waiting on fresh food. The food was the best I've had from that location and she hooked me up bc of the wait.

They forgot about me! I went through the drive thru lane with a mobile order. I got my drinks and was asked to pull forward. 20 mins went by and they came outside and asked had I been waiting long? I said yes showed them my receipt where they looked at it and went back inside 5 mins later came out to tell me they seriously forgot about me. Another 5 mins went by and they brought out half my order. I had to go back inside to tell them.

Don't get much of a pleasant vibe from the employees, but I can't really complain about anything else as orders are usually spot on.

I love their pancakes. Sausage and hash browns were good too. Not many places to go and feed two breakfast and spend fifteen bucks.

It was very busy and every time we go, their ice cream machine is down. All we actually went there for was a milkshake. So we left and went to Wendy's instead.

Gal in drive thru put her finger in a new cup after i ordered a large was given a medium and when asked about it, she kinda scolded another gal, grabbed the large from the inside and poured the medium into the large drink and added more ice and handed it back. Gross

The food was exactly what you go to McDonald's to get. Fast and trashy. The service was not spectacular, but it was less than the expected experience from a later night visit to fast food. As for the atmosphere, it's a drive thru. It was cleaner than I've seen it, but it was more difficult than you would desire. All in all, not the worst I've seen or been to.

They show on Google that they are open till midnight. We get there at 11 several cars in line waiting. Not one person had their order taken. Everyone including myself left without any orders taken. We work late so stopping on the way home is sometimes needed as you can work a full shift with no break. They should either make sure times are accurate or address the employees who are ignoring customer's.

I ordered my food a good 30 minutes before close, it took 20 minutes to get, then after driving for 2min i discovered that i was missing half of my order. I drove back, and the lady on the speaker was so rude. She said "we're closed we dont have any food bye" Im certain my food was sitting right there, but she kept interrupting me, getting more aggressive, so i left. I was already having a terrible day and this was the perfect way to end it. Thanks, mcdonalds, this is the WORST LOCATION.

This McDonald's is one of the worst I have EVER been to...ever! The people are always rude...A.L.W.A.Y.S. HANDS DOWN...I don't think anywhere else would hire the people employed here...well maybe? Is Alcatraz still open? Not to mention...the fries ALWAYS taste like they have been under a heat lamp for hours...as well as the chicken nuggets and since I have two little kids...that is what I am there for. I actually tried to order a sandwich and was told no, there were no extra pickles. As in... McDonald's was out of pickles and therefore...no? I couldn't have an extra? W.H.A.T.? I'm not sure how this place is still open...except for the fact we are at the end of Avenue of the cities so there isn't much else.

Always fast and friendly service. I had an Oreo McFlurry tonight, delicious as always. I don’t know why McDonald’s gets such flack about the ice cream machine, it has never been broken when I’m there.

I rate the food 5 stars based on taste to value ratio and consistency. They actually have nothing on the menu that is actually good for your health or well being, but poor folks and working class need to eat too, right? The new lids on the sodas seriously suck. I can't drink and drive without a straw! On the flip side, the workers here always get my order right. They are speedy and friendly. The facility is updated and clean. Can't fault the owner, or employees for a thing. My only "beef" is to get rid of the self service kiosks. I hate self ordering. If the store ever goes fully automated and I can't speak to a person, I'm out. All these places are eliminating jobs. If there are no longer jobs, who will buy your happy meals - cause your not alone, grocery stores. and other places all going automated and self check out too!

They didn't screw up my order it was ok. It's fast food. The fries were a little salty. They were friendly in the drive thru.

I will never return to this McDonald's. Took forever in the drive-thru and then when I get to the window to get my food I was told to pull ahead to a waiting area. I refused and guess what? My food was ready and waiting for me. It was actually hot, this time. It would have been cold had I moved into the waiting area.

Speed is not their game, very slow. In fact, I would have thought that since they were slow quality would have been higher, it was not. Line was long and took time to move, then when I got to the speaker took a while to get a response but was hard to hear.

I asked for two separate orders and she put it all on one ticket. Cashier was rude, the ice coffee tasted like bland coffee creamer and the fries were lukewarm. Do not recommend this McDonald's. Very unhappy

As my readers know I love to sing the praises of restaurants that I stop at. Unfortunately I cannot do that in this case. Ordered a mcdouble combo. After a long wait in the drive through after I ordered - got a lukewarm McDouble and some of the worst fries I've had from a McDonalds - tough over-cooked,and barely warm. The only reason I gave 2 stars was that the cashier and server window people were very nice. Do yourself a favor and try your food before you leave so you can get it corrected before you head on down the road

This place has really changed since the remodeling and it has been for the good let me tell you!!! It looks like a brand new McDonald's inside and out!!! The inside is absolutely great!!! New benches, booths, tables and chairs!!! The staff is very friendly, nice and helpful!!! The bathrooms are so clean and updated after the remodel cuz before that they were pretty bad!!! Every time we have visited either going inside or through the drive thru our food has been hot, fresh and on point which is really awesome!!! The drivethru staff is fast and efficient!!! One of the best McDonald's on the Illinois side of Rock Island and Moline!!! A must stop if you haven't been

Everytime I go to this McDonald's they have absolutely no respect for other peoplea food. They just throw it in the bag all messy. Fries are cold nuggest are cold and they don't ha e the respect for what I pay for food and I just learned that none of the food is even made fresh. You have to ask for a fresh sandwich or fresh nugget. No that disgusting
