My daughter purchased a gift certificate on 3/8 for me to use for my birthday from Lush Lacquer Nail Bar. On 3/10, I arrive and am told it’s appointment only (not stated on the gift certificate). I leave and later call (multiple times before someone finally answers) and learn the hours of operation is different than what it says on the gift certificate and can only do “one service” because that’s all they have availability for and would have to come back the following week for any additional service. A manager or someone else gets on who says they have “no openings” in the next couple days. I’m just disgusted at this point. Had my daughter known that I wouldn’t be able to use the gift certificate for my birthday, she wouldn’t have bought it. And they refuse to give a refund so I can go somewhere to get both services done at the same time. Update - I just received a call stating they read the review and they’d give a refund because I was rude. I asked how as I hadn’t raised my voice, nor said anything rude/mean/untoward. Manager said “well, we don’t want your business. You can have a refund since you wrote a bad review and you were rude.” I had them on speakerphone and my husband said I wasn’t rude but the manager was definitely unprofessional.

I’ve been going here for ten. I’ve spent about $1,500 a year or $15,000 over ten years. The place could use a good cleaning, lots of dust, not surprising. It’s also showing significant wear and tear. My technician has taken excellent care of me. She is also the manager. I mention these issues privately to her. As we’re finishing up, the owner comes in and starts screaming at me in front of the whole place because of my concerns. This lasts about 3 to 5 minutes. I ask her to calm down and lower her voice. Doesn’t happen. I’m livid and shaking as is the technician. What a rude and stupid owner. I don’t see how I can back without an apology. Too bad. I anticipate another rude response. Too bad.

If I could give it no stars I would. My wife is to upset to write the review so I will. 2 weeks ago my wife had an appointment as she always does and has been going there for 2 years. Upon arrival, Sam the owner rudely said she didn’t have an appointment even though she made the appointment with her weeks in advance. Then was also told her nail lady doesn’t work there anymore (if that is even true). Knowing my wife drives 40 minutes to get there and has been a customer…along with her mom for 2 years. She didn’t care to help my wife. Or suggest to come in another day or even apologize to her. I know this all happened as I was on the phone with my wife when this all went down. Do not go here. The owner is extremely rude and disrespectful. And she wonders why people are quitting on her. And thanks Sam for making my wife cry all night.

I loved this nail salon. It is my all time favorite. Leah did an amazing job on my nails and toes. Katie also did a great job on my husband's toes! I was looking for a great nail place that did designs for months now and now I've found it! I will continue to come back!!

Debbie is amazing with acrylics! This place lets you do so much to your nails. Their menu is huge compared to other nail salons. Honestly the environment is relaxing and professional too! No kids, no loud ringing cell phone noises...it couldn’t get better than that!

Awesome experience, loved my nails love. It was my 1st time visiting this place and I was pleasantly surprised. The service was awesome. The place was clean and new. no wait with an appointment.

Have been looking for a new nail salon in the area for a year and I finally found ‘the one’! This salon is very well kept. My nails look fantastic. The staff was very welcoming. Great salon. You need to make an appointment in advance but it’s worth it!
