The team at Trek Bicycle East Northport are great! I came in for a small replacement part which the team ordered for me. When it was discovered that a second piece was needed as well they not only replaced that free of charge (though I tried to pay for it) they also adjusted my rear suspension to the proper setting and gave me some free tips on how to set it up correctly. I highly recommend bringing your trek bike in for any maintenance or repairs!

Amazing customer service. Always friendly and knowledgeable about everything they stock. I had to exchange a pair of shoes due to a sizing issue (which was my fault), and they couldn’t have been nicer and more accommodating about it

Great shop I worked with the team here to build my dream road bike. They worked with me extremely well and helped me with the build. They a great good job of getting my bike built and took great care of my needs. Overall I would say they are an EXTREMELY accommodating team.

Very nice staff, great service. Very timely communication on hte status of the servicing of my the bike. During one of the repairs of the chain and cassette of my mountain bike the rear derailleur came apart and could not be fixed. They called and offered different replacement options, which they then conducted at no charge.
