Let me be clear in stating that this review is solely for the maintenance staff that work here. Maintenance alone will receive 5 stars. However, I will not mark it 5 because refuse the bump Allure ’s score up when they deserve zero. Another review about my negative experience living here will be added once my lease is complete. The maintenance staff are the most helpful and accommodating people you will encounter at the complex. I can say without exaggeration my concerns regarding my apartment have been addressed within a day at most by the maintenance staff. They even showed genuine concern about the vehicle being damaged while on property. I appreciate the hard work these two maintenance men put in everyday to assist this property. If there is any issue that is taking more the a day(depending on the severity of your issue or concern) Please redirect your frustration and concerns to the leasing office.

I regret moving into this complex. I try not to say anything negative. Weekly, there is something going wrong with this place. If it's not the elevator or elevators going out, it's baseboards falling off (cheap construction "brand new building"), it's hallways flooding. What can go wrong this week? Want to know? It's a hot water pipe burst. Now, we are all without hot water. We can't shower, we can't do much. Just to add to all of these issues, the parking is insane; "guests" (when I say guests, I mean people not on the lease living in a friend's apt) are following people with garage door openers so they can get in. So much for security/safety. The trashy people that hang out around (on the property) need to be ran off by concierge. (Those people do not live here, and are visiting our neighboring dumps.) This is supposed to be a luxury building. Tenants should have rights around here. The curbside/valet area needs to be for certain people. Not all people, and for a short duration. It only makes sense. After living in several luxury titled buildings, there is nothing luxury about this place. I'm harassed by the concierge whenever they get the chance. (I'm seeing how trendy that is here). The staff is terrible. Excluding the man who takes care of the building (cleaning). The neighborhood is ghetto trash, the building is no better.

I have been living in this incredible building since last April. I am extremely happy being a tenant here. The management team Blackstone 360 is very professional and the front desk team is on point. Also, the maintenance team is on top of everything so the building operates beautifully. They're all great! The amenities are amazing and most importantly the apartments are all brand new and the attention to details from the floors, windows, cabinets, bathrooms are all beyond great. Honestly for the price you cannot get these kind of apartments anywhere else. You literally get NYC luxury feel for half the price. I've gotten endless compliments on my apartment from friends & family. What they love the most is the views of the NYC skyline. It's truly gorgeous! I highly recommend Allure 258 to anyone looking for a great community to live in!

Where do I start, we moved in October 2022 and from the minute we walked in we fell in love! First of all, it’s a beautiful and modern construction, and I love that we get to have a nice luxury building like this in East Orange. We shouldn’t need to leave our neighborhood to find this kind of accommodation. Easy walk to Brick Church, which we care about because we work in NYC. The gym has all brand new equipment and the 17th floor has impeccable views! (See picture). We love all of the common areas too and often use them since we live in a 1 bedroom apartment. We feel safe and secure here! Our packages never go missing! Plus the staff is incredible, from Stella, Fidelis and Paul at the front to Michael and Nassiz on maintenance (hope I’m spelling names correctly), to the leasing team at the office! We’ll definitely be here as long as the rent doesn’t go up significantly.

This building just completed and open for customers in this year, it has unique location, few minutes to West Origen,and easy to Newark and New York city, but the most is this should be most safety property. The manager are very well, they know how to deal with customer question and help customer by they best. I came from other state to NJ. One apartment is my favorite which can see the New York skyline. But I want beginning my lease with my business month starting, therefor, I ask them can they keep this about a month for me, they said yes. And also stuff are very well and responsible,when they open the heating system in my room they still check other equipments running safety.

These apartments are amazing. The location is perfect with great accessibility to the city – my favorite part is the view of the NYC skyline. Truly a dream. NYC luxury and access without the heavy city price tags! Management team is also professional/accommodating/helpful, and maintenance stays on top of everything. Overall, great place to live. Very happy with Allure.

After a year plus my son had to move out. There need to be some kind of professional development for both concierge and office staff alike. They are very disrespectful and to add to it they are also PREJUDICE. Treat people with respect especially since they contribute to you getting a paycheck. They are all RUDE. DO NOT EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR but you can’t click on post without a star🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️

If you're looking for a luxury apartment, look no further. I can't say enough for this apartment complex. The entire process from applying, to moving in, to ease of access to the city has been seamless thankfully to the owners of Allure 258.
