Looking for an apartment , especially during this pandemic has been a real struggle. I came across Glenwood apartments and thought it might be too good to be true. The property manager Chelsea gave me a tour and I knew this was where I wanted to live. She has been super helpful with the application process, she answered all my questions , and really cares about the people who live here. Excited to start this new journey here!

Moving out on my own for the very first time has been a life changing decision. After visiting many apartments throughout North Jersey, I always had Glenwood Apartments as my top pick. Flash forward to now 1 month living here, it has been a dream. I wake up feeling like I'm in the city living on my own, yet when I step outside I am greeted and welcomed with open arms here in the Glenwood Community. If you are wondering whether or not this is the place for you, the answer is ABSOLUTELY. Our property manager is incredible along with the rest of the staff. A caring community to help you make the next step in your living environment.

Moved in 6/2023. Pretty standard move in. Clean and quiet space. Refinished hardwood in the bedroom looks great! Chelsea was easy to work with and very friendly. No more extended stay hotels for me! Looking forward to the next year in Glenwood.

As a resident of two years , i have a good sense of building and the community . This building is silent , clean , and welcoming. Hallways are practically silent save for the vacuuming (Building is immaculate).The building has great amenities including a gym , yoga room , and office . Convenient amazon lockers are located on the first floor . The basement has a great laundry that pairs with your phone and tells you how much time is left between cycles. I highly recommend the Glenwood apartment to anyone looking for a safe quiet community .

The apartment building is lovely. I been checking and waiting to move in for a year and half. People are friendly, building manager Chelsea is nice. My apartment is nice. Happy that laundry is in the building and the building offer package delivery service.

Assistance from Chelsea and Maria are the best. They do everything in their power to make sure things are comfortable and done efficiently. Also Segal in the main office always is sure to hear out any issues you may have and get them rectified as soon as possible. Overall great staff!

Can’t attacked the video I have but if you work from home - DONT LIVE HERE. They’re always fixing something which causes LOUD noises throughout the day everyday. If you work nights and sleep during the mornings, also don’t live here. Starting at 8AM on the dot, they’ll bang obnoxiously, drill & whatever else they do. Currently, I just got home from work at 6AM and I’m trying to sleep after a 14 hr shift. They’ve been making noise above my apartment so much that I can’t even close my eyes. Even talking on the phone, the noises are so loud that the ppl who call me cannot even hear me. And they have a roach / mouse infestation in this building. They exterminate every month but even the exterminator says that the entire building has a severe roach problem.

Glenwood Apartments is a great place to live. The building is clean and quiet. Daniel and the maintenance team is super helpful and responsive. The Property Manager Chelsea is super responsive and helpful with any issues I encounter. I definitely look forward to living here for quite some time.
