Fast, and fresh. Staff is friendly. Clean and sure wish they had Pico de gallo

Staff was extremely friendly. Ordering food on the kiosk was really easy. The food came out hot and fresh. We got fiesta potatoes and they were nice and crispy. Enjoyed this location will definitely be back.

This Taco Bell never disappoints staff is always nice and food always comes out hot. Unlike Washington, they use small portions and staff back talks and everyone claims to be a manager at the Washington location. I definitely would recommend the east Peoria taco bell if your looking for good food and a good attitude from staff

Definitely would NOT call this a taco supreme. This was probably the best one out of 3. And almost $3 each. Soggy and dripping too. No cheese, no lettuce, 1 piece of a tomato, no sour cream. So little in the taco I could have ripped the tortilla in half and rolled it like a small cigar. Ugh. And what little was there was nasty. This is a picture of the 3rd taco right as I opened the wrapper. Definitely doesn't look like the picture of the taco supreme on the menu board.

Amazing service! I go to this location at about 1am most days to grab lunch. Everyone is nothing but smiles all the time! The manager is amazing as well! Everyone makes sure they wave and give me the biggest smiles every single time I visit this location! As a manager myself, you can tell when a manager is doing every single thing to keep his or her crew happy and this is one of the places where it’s top notch management with top notch employees who love to serve you and do anything to make it right!

The employee that was cover drive thru was so amazing! She had great customer service and she was so kind! Even leaving and not on our food telling us to have a baja-blast!!🤣 Adrianna you absolutely rock! Made my whole day!!!

Our service was good. The food was your basic fast food. we were hungry on a budget that Night we got 4 5$ boxes

Good for the occasional trip. Watch the hard shell tacos as they aren't always full. Crunchwraps never disappoint. Pick the Chipotle Grilled Chicken burrito from the $2 menu as well!

Chicken Chalupa. Last 3 visits the chalupa shell was cold and hard. Make ahead is fine but toss when they are stale. $11. is too much to pay for 2 stale tacos.

I wish I knew the name of the guy who was working the drive thru on Sunday, June 12, in the evening. He was so kind and friendly. It made the trip memorable.

Got 12 tacos. 5 soft. 5 hard. And a nacho fries deluxe craving box. 34 dollars with drinks. Had a small mishap with our food the employees were very good and professional about it. The general manger was in great spirits. Very clean restrooms and restaurant dining room was very clean. Everything was fresh.

We ordered 3 doritos tacos locos and 2 nacho bowls. Wow.. tacos were 1/2 " thick if that. Hardly any meat at all . The nacho potato bowels were home fries with nacho cheese sauce... tiny bowl anout a table spoon home fries. Cost was 21.00 !!!! Guy taking our order knew nothing about the menu. And my stomach has been hurting since. 5 days. Do not recommend.

I tried to come here at about 1:30am in my tow truck. I had a car on the back and could not physically fit through the drive-through. None of the staff would take my order since I wasn't able to fit in the drive. I went to Hardee's, and they accommodated me wonderfully.

BEST TACO BELL IVE BEEN TO!!! Bought tacos and burritos for the family, everything was stuffed full and delicious. Will be coming back!! Most other Taco Bells scimp on there food.. not this one!

Best taco bell we have been too. Food was hot, service was good and even told us thanks for coming in when we were leaving.

I absolutely love this location it may be a bit busy sometimes but any wait is worth it and they actually give me extra cheese and sour cream when I ask for it on my Fiesta Potatoes and have never gotten my order wrong also they employees are super nice and pay attention when you're talking.

This has to be the best taco bell I have ever been to. They know what they are doing. Very friendly staff.

The late night shift was very rude, my girlfriend and I had ordered a Uber to go through the drive thru while we were waiting for the Uber, the staff was giving us dirty looks like we was going to rob the place. When we got there, we went to the drive-through got to the window. Where are you pay and before we handed the employee the money we asked if we could get change for 20 while the drawer was open, so I could give the Uber driver a cash tip, and the employee “Catherine” so she says, told us it was Taco Bell policy not to give customers change.

10/5 Best Taco Bell I’ve been to personally! The lady taking the orders was awesome! The lady handing out the orders was very friendly with a smile throughout! The food came out extremely fast, was all made perfectly, and tasted delicious! Thank you!

Straight up most respectful fast food restaurant I've ever been to I wish they were all like this and whoever is running this restaurant is winning and needs a big fat raise for real thanks a lot I'll be back again

They did fine, quick and order was right. Prices are much higher from last time I visited a Taco Bell.

There was a mistake with my drive-thru order, but I caught it before leaving and they were quick to fix things. They also seem to be the most generous location around here when it comes to portion sizes for items that are not premade.

Dining room was DISGUSTING. All tables were dirty, floor was disgusting. Got order from counter, had to wait for someone to come back so I get cups for drinks. Pinto beans did not taste right and this sounds super weird but they smelled like laundry left in the washer for too long. Tacos were dripping with meat liquid. What happened to this place?!

Was picking up a door dash order the staff was very helpful & the order was ready very fast.

Fries were cold; tacos are ok, they were the only fast food place that was still open for carry-out late on a Saturday night

We stopped in for a late lunch not very busy. Only 2 tables being used at the time but all tables were dirty, floors dirty need swept badly. Staff friendly and helpful. Food was good.

I did a mobile order. When I arrived I asked about my order. At first they couldn't find it. When they found it, I went to sit and wait. They called me & I went to get it. But they said it wasn't ready, they "just wanted to make sure I was there." When we received the order there weren't any napkins or utensils, even though they packed it to-go.

Went in drive thru at 1030 the night before Thanksgiving. The food was awesome! All hot and fresh. The drive thru staff was quick and super polite. Definitely a job well done. We ordered the deluxe cravings box and a taco burrito party pack. Hot and tasted fantastic. Nice work!

Best Taco Bell in the Peoria / East Peoria area. The bar has been set low but this location is actually pretty solid as far as Taco Bell’s go.

This particular Taco Bell definitely needs to keep pushing for their education fund because the majority are unable to read and calculate! Should’ve been educated BEFORE they were hired!!!

Used to like this location but once you try the Morton location you’ll realize the food is fresher and they actually know what “no lettuce on the tacos please” actually means. This location needs some work.

SOOO looked forward to the returned Mexican Pizza, but was SOOO disappointed! It was so messy, I could not pick it up to eat it. The ground beef that used to be on the bottom portion was so wet with sauce that it was messy and it did NOT taste the same as I remembered! They let it be exchanged, so I ordered a burrito supreme. It was NOT a burrito supreme and the filling was so wet and messy! I gave up and just went home.

I really never do this but I feel Ike everytime I’ve come through this past month or 2 I’ve gotten the same girl in drive through taking my order. I wish I had grabbed her name (she’s got the rainbow glasses) but she is just so kind and honestly is the definition of customer service. She carries such a pleasant tone while she speaks to you and is just someone who seems like they enjoy their job. I appreciate her positivity and can only hope to see more of it in the world I walk in. To be happy without cause is such a gift and I think you guys are really lucky to have her
