I never complain but I feel we did not get what we paid for. My husband and I came in for a couples revive package. The over all experience was very awkward and uncomfortable. The staff were pleasant but it was all so disorganised; unsure of what was happening next and not relaxing. The massage itself was ok but the room was unclean, you could see the dirt on the floors and we could hear other staff talking in the next rooms, therefore not relaxing, The hot tub was unavailable so we had another treatment which we knew about but we felt we were brought to the room and left there with insufficient explanations Other places I have been to we were given robes and a place for our personal items, but not in this case, we had to undress and leave on the floor and carry it with us to to the room (the package included robes) After these 2 treatments we were ready for our foot spa and drinks and nibbles: Again the staff were unsure what was happening and eventually led us upstairs to a seat outside and told to sit and wait. No mention of the foot spa, a small plate of crackers and dip was placed on a stool nearby without no communication if this was for us or not, We were told they had no champagne and there was conversation about going to get some but at this point we said no thanks: We were pretty much over it, My husband and I sat there and decided to just leave, No one was in sight, we went downstairs to say we were leaving but no one was in the foyer, So we left very unsatisfied with this experience: We never write reviews and thought maybe the owner would call us on Monday to ask what happened or send a text, No this did not happen, So I have decided to write this review, I would not recommend this spa to friends as we did not get what we paid for and we did not feel relaxed or satisfied with this experience,

My mother and I had a 'half day spa' experience here and to be completely honest, I was very disappointed. So disappointed I did not want to finish what we paid for (15 minute Ceda hot tub) which was actually a chlorinated spa. The lady, Jenny was very unpleasant and rude to not just us (her clients) but her staff as well. The staff were lovely, but, unfortunately seemed extremely inexperienced. Very disorganised, unclean and did not get what was advertised. I would not go here or come back.

The whole establishment needs a lot of work from the customer service to the false advertising. The therapists themselves are nothing short of hospitable and amazing. Do not advertise reflexology when it is just a Foot massage MACHINE. The Spa Manager needs to be more hospitable and welcoming as I think she means well but comes across cold. Also heating in all the rooms would be much nicer on cold winter days.

This review is only for the accommodation. Great communication from the owner, made it simple to arrive and get settled. Room was nice, bed super comfy. Spa bath was very enjoyable, couldn't work out how to get the bath lights on but otherwise was great. Massive TV, nice view from the balcony. We didn't use the kitchen, but it was cool that we could have. Only small things was it was very easy to hear other people in the kitchen downstairs or in other rooms speaking, and we would have appreciated a fan to move the air, it was a bit stuffy in the room at night, Perth summer isn't fun! But otherwise had a good night sleep and the location was nice and peaceful. Recommended for a nice easy place to stay and sleep.

This Air BNB is advertised as a “private” property but is so far from. If you’re comfortable sharing your accommodation with “staff” from the spa downstairs then this will be fine for you. The accommodation was initially booked for our beautiful bride to be to spend a night away from her future husband along with her bridal party. This became issue one as no-one else was “allowed” on the premises which we could understand, however these people were a makeup artist and hairdresser. This was eventually agreed upon under some Ludacris rules. The landlord was in constant contact, advising what the guests must do in regards to disposing of their rubbish. The happy couple were then to stay on at the accommodation but did not feel comfortable due to the amount of random people that were constantly up and down the stairs, accessing the bathroom on the “common area” floor for personal use and taking items from the fridge. This was advertised as a common area however the accommodation had been booked out by us so we did not expect to have people constantly in our space. The landlord is rude and abrupt and was not pleasant to deal with. The host argued back and forth when it came back to paying back the deposit and did not take on feedback from the paying guests. In the end it was a real shame, the accommodation was beautiful but couldn’t be enjoyed from the moment it was booked.

As I walked through the door I was greeted very friendly, the staff and Sarah who was my massager was so good I thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience, my massage was great! I loved the whole lot down to the hot stones and scrab and full body massage. To the massage chair absolutely 💯 👌 loved the whole experience ♥️ 👌 will definitely come again the massage and chair did wonders to my body and felt so relaxed 😌 the whole experience was amazing thankyou all for making me feel relaxed, calm, and energised afterwards and the bubbles and snack went down very well, as well as the extra time in the massage chair due to my lady running late... I definitely give you 10/10 Ganesha wellness thankyou!! Robina 🙏🥰❤️

It was my partner and I's first time to go on a day spa together. Communication - extremely well Cleanliness - extremely well Massage - Sarah & Deanna were great! They asked us how we were doing halfway so they could adjust their massage styles but they were already great. Overall - great package for the price we paid. Additional story: Booking - I found their packages on Groupon and I had a few questions about the services. There was a phone number that I could call so I did. Jenny (i didn't know she was the owner) picked it up immediately and because my questions could take long, she communicated clearly that I could text her and she will get back to me. It was probably a long day but she did get back to me on a Sunday night. She explained how the day would go and we decided to go ahead with the booking. I expressed that I wasn't confident to make the purchase on 'fresha' booking app but she was patient in explaining that this is a safe way. On the day - We got there quite early, the spa was still closed. I texted Jenny's number and she was quick to respond. She immediately got someone to open the door for us. We went through the day as expected from the description that she explained and what was on the Groupon description. There were minimum interaction with other guests (from reading other comments, I am not sure if we were just lucky) but we felt like we owned the whole place!

I came in to try a new experience. The place is easy to navigate, well maintained with great decor and very hygienic. I had a massage and the therapist did a great job. She even noticed the way my body react to pressure to adjust her strength. The treatment room was warmed up before I arrived making me felt welcomed. The hot tub was very clean and private. This spa has so much potential, with continuous development, it will be a popular place.

Diane was my therapist. Let me tell you she was amazing 😍. I had the medium to firm massage and she was amazing. My partner has Ahmed she was lovely. The whole process was amazing. I will definitely travel one hour to get the half a day spa treatment. Friendly staff and they also do accommodation.

Overall a good experience at Ganesha Wellness Spa, from start to finish. My partner booked me a spa day as I needed a mental health and self-care pick me up. My therapist was so kind and lovely (apologies as I didn’t quite get her name), and provided an exceptional massage and service. The only critique I have, is that the sound proofing of the rooms isn’t the most ideal as you can hear conversations from the front of house and through the corridor too. However, this didn’t affect me personally but some may find this disruptive when trying to relax during their services. As well as the owner/manager taking a service call via speaker and speaking quite loudly, which I found slightly unprofessional but each to their own. Nonetheless, the overall experience was a 4/5 for me 😊

My hubby and I had a half day spa and lunch experience for our 30th wedding anniversary recently at Ganesha. We had an enjoyable experience. The treatments, especially the hot stone massage, were divine. There were a few areas with room for improvement, however, I chose to discuss these directly with the owner, Jenny. Jenny was very open and welcoming of my suggestions, and it seems some of them were already being implemented and some of the issues were unavoidable due to staffing issues on the day. I run a small business myself and know, despite our best intention and practises, things can go wrong. I believe Ganesha has great potential, and I would definitely pay them another visit.

I am very delighted with the pleasant experience I had at Ganesha, which I discovered through a fantastic Groupon deal. The knowledgeable staff, state-of-the-art facilities, and exceptional customer service made it deserving of a glowing five-star review—I'll definitely be returning!

I am addicted to the HIFU treatment. Jenny is amazing and very professional and I am 35 and love the way this treatment just holds things in place if you know what I mean. My neck, chin, jawls and face all feel tighter and brighter everytime. This Mumma is happy!

It's like visiting someone's lovely home to be pampered. Staff friendly and attentive, but also gave you plenty of space. Very much enjoyed the treatment - massage and facial, although there was no leg massage, just back shoulders scalp and arms, but that was fine. I had Tiana, i thought but see reviews mention Deanna so maybe that was it. The reflexology was just a machine rather than a therapist, but I enjoyed the alone time and I had a choice of machine depending on how much pressure I was after. Lovely private room for the hot tub, you could adjust the bubbles in the spa, but not the temperature. It was nice and warm but I probably would have cooked myself given the chance ha. Lunch in a private area overlooking a balcony, with a glass of nice sparkling. The lunch was crackers and dip plus a home made quiche. Simple, but tasty and appropriately light for a post treatment meal. I feel some of the reviews are comparing it to something it's not trying to be. It had some hustle and bustle in the open areas, like being in a home environment, and no, the therapists aren't all in a matching uniform and trying to sell you a particular brand of product.. If you're after something more clinical, it probably isn't for you. But if something homey and welcoming is more your style, you'll love it.

I got a spa voucher as a birthday gift for 2 people for here, and they absolutely loved it, were positively raving about it! They did multiple treatments and said there was no rush through them at all, the staff were very friendly and hospitable and everything was done to a high standard and extremely relaxing and comfortable environment. As the praise was so high I have now purchased as a gift to go here with my mum and am so looking forward to it!!!

My partner and I were initially grateful to secure a same-day massage at Ganesha Spa, especially considering the $250 price tag. However, our experience fell short of expectations. The reflexology was performed by a machine, not a professional, and the massage lacked organisation. The therapists left the room for 10 minutes, cutting into our massage time, and their skills seemed inexperienced. We hoped for relief for our sore necks and shoulders, but unfortunately, we left feeling the same. Surprisingly, there was no designated place for personal belongings and when it was time for the massage we had to leave our clothes on the floor, and we weren't provided with robes. the environment didn’t feel relaxing for me and my partner as it felt quite uncomfortable. Overall, we felt the experience didn't justify the cost, and it was a disappointing first-time spa visit for my partner.

After flying for 15 hours, the massage treatment I received was incredible. The therapist knew exactly what I needed to work out the kinks and muscle fatigue I was experiencing after the long flights. The facility is extremely well maintained, hygiene and cleanliness is a top priority. I felt welcomed into a beautiful, peaceful environment and highly recommend this spa facility for the tired, aching, weary travellers. The whole experience ticked all the boxes for me and my deepest thanks to the therapist.
