The
food
here
looks
promising,
but
I
won't
ever
truly
know
because
of
the
incompetent
management
of
this
restaurant.
I
am
pregnant
and
was
craving
some
good
Italian
food,
so
I
ordered
over
Doordash
app,
and
waited
over
an
hour
for
my
food.
I
then
see
that
my
driver
has
cancelled
the
order,
to
which
I
contact
Doordash
customer
service
because
I
have
not
received
any
information
from
the
restaurant.
Doordash
tells
me
that
the
restaurant
had
cancelled
the
order.
I
was
appalled
that
I
had
to
wait
over
an
hour
to
be
notified
this.
When
I
called
up
the
restaurant
they
were
quick
to
say
that
it's
the
app
fault
because
they
no
longer
operate
on
Doordash.
I
do
not
care
whether
or
not
you
operate
on
the
app,
what
I
care
about
is
that
fact
that
you
hadn't
taken
the
initiative
to
get
your
restaurant
taken
off
the
site,
and
that
even
though
you
saw
my
order,
you
did
not
immediately
cancel
it,
or
even
call
me
after
a
driver
had
mistakingly
come
to
pick
up
non
existent
food.
So
disappointed,
you
clearly
could
not
be
bothered
to
make
me
aware
that
you
do
not
operate
on
the
app,
wasting
both
a
pregnant
woman's
time
and
the
driver's.
Sort
your
management
out
and
don't
blame
someone
else
for
your
laziness.
