My boyfriend went to grab me breakfast this morning and the McGriddle was so burnt it made me question if it was a McGriddle or not! You can’t even see the M on it. Please stop hiring any and everybody at these locations if they don’t have common sense because who in their right mind would serve this !

Very friendly service not your typical attitudes like other McDonald's. This staff us great. Food was hot and fresh.

The atmosphere was great they played actually good music and the food was fast didn't really have to speak to anyone as much as before I remember visiting places like McDonald's I love the technology implemented now days

Went for breakfast at 0700. I waited at the sign patiently for about 5 minutes. No one said anything, so I said "hello" nicely. No answer. After another few minutes, I drove around to be certain the place was open. I made eye contact with an employee and saw several others standing around. I circled around and attempted to order again. Still no response at the mic and no one at the window. Left without service.

Do yourself a favor and pass on this McDonald’s. Placed an order at the drive thru window, paid for it, and was promptly handed a bag full of food that I did not order. When I communicated this to the cashier, and asked for the receipt, she proceeded to crumple it up and throw it away and goes “this was what you ordered” and refused to correct the order or refund it. Can’t make this stuff up.

Fay’th and Kemora are the sweetest! They had big bright smiles and corrected my order without any issues. Mr. Will is also the most enthusiastic and polite person I’ve ever engaged with at any drive through. I hate McDonalds food as I’m a fitness trainer but I’ll be sure to come back to this location regularly just to get smoothies from this amazing team! 🔥

Never have I ever got my food this fast and completely perfect, hot hot fries and a hot sandwich with no sliding cheese and meat.. A new standard has been set and i'm loving it. This it's my first time noticing the changes made to this McDonald's team. Better attitudes and a much better customer attention to detail. Talk about a complete 180 from 6 years ago.

I can honestly say, that this location is consistently remarkable! I can trace my fast food roots back to early high school and McDonald’s has always been one of my spots growing up. The service is always good, despite the long lines and the food is always fresh! I never take the time to post reviews but I truly want everyone to know at this location that you are valued, and I thank each and everyone of you for making a difference in this industry. This location goes to show that I don’t need to drive to sandy springs to get quality, courteous service!

Great location if you or your kids are into airplanes. It is close to the Delta air museum and the road loops around the Delta hangars. There a parking lot around the corner where you can spot planes. Our 3 year old loves it.

I’d rate this McDonald’s a -10 if I could, I mean there’s only one drive through how hard is it to mess up the order twice and you have us sitting in the drive thru at the window for more than 20 minutes. The girl looks like she was so damn high she could not even open her eyes. It’s not that difficult to apologize or have any sympathy for the poor customer service.

Worst fast food location in the world, the whole staff is unfriendly and irresponsible! Don’t come here and waste your time if you just got out of the worst airport in the world. Just imagine it took them 1 hour and for you to ask them 10 times to just get your coffee! Every customer was pretty much in the same situation, there was one guy asking for a missing fries of a combo. It also took them over 45 minutes, I would imagine his burger had already gone cold by then.

Ok to this location. Me and my family have been coming for serval weeks, hence we are staying in the Hilton close by. Only issue is short staffed. Never is someone working the front register. The frappé machine is still down. I couldnt get a macchiato either due to the machine needs to be clean. We forgot to order a drink , but couldn’t reorder because no one is working the front. The manager is doing all he can, working the window.

Home girl steady eating while front end asking her for a side of pickles. she back their licking her fingers and all like I was genuinely about to cancel my order after seeing all this but I will never come back here ever and other people waiting for their order and she's back there eating and licking her fingers and playing on her phone

Only reason this McD's didn't get a one star, is because of the fries. Service is awful, orders are never accurate, and worker bees are rude and lazy, place is always dirty. Only reason I've gone there is out of convenience since I'm not familiar with area. Where are the control checks? Regional manager?

Sign on the door says open 24 hrs per day every day, lobby and drive thru. In reality, nope. I was here at 10:15pm on a Wednesday and the lobby is closed. Drive thru is operational, but I'm on foot, and they don't serve my kind. Post accurate hours on the door! (Google Maps hours seem accurate, at least)
