This might be the worst experience I've ever had from a doctor. Poor bedside manners. Weird billing practices. I'm pretty sure they are doing insurance fraud. I ask for my yearly physical and pap. I do not know what they did but he literally looked at me assumed because I'm overweight I was diabetic. They did a 100 test but never gave me my results after 2 weeks. When I called them for the results, they said "Oh, your test was abnormal but you need to book a second appointment for $85 to tell you your results." Why haven't I heard from you? What's abnormal? They refused to tell me. BEWARE

Mr. Daya is pure unprofessional and inattentive to his clients. On my first visit for my physical he was in and out the door in conversation with his staff and when we did speak it was a 5 min convo or less with the typical survey questions. Daya will bill your insurance loads of miscellaneous charges & when you call he will be defensive and curse you out and say it is your responsibility to know your insurance but that is not the case the case is be upfront with what you’re charging your patients in addition to their regular visit. Daya also has no billing department.. he seems to be running the whole thing on his own to keep every penny and it shows.

Dr. Daya was my doctor a child and always took good care of my brother and I. I plan to bring my children to his practice because I know he’ll never ignore them and how they feel, and will always do what he needs to do as a physician

If I could give zero stars, I would. We just moved to the area and I really needed a basic physical. My husband works full time and I have two kids under two and no one to watch them so they had to come with me. In summary, the staff was curt and seemed to have trouble figuring out how to bill my insurance. I was in the waiting room (with my two kids!!!!) for 1.5 hours. No one said anything to me regarding the wait time or how long it would be. Finally, there was younger girl that took me back to get my vitals. She was kind but she really wasn’t able to make the visit any less inconvenient and frustrating. I then was sent to an exam room where I waited an additional half hour. My kids (who were calm and surprisingly well-behaved) started to get restless and I also had another commitment that I needed to get to. I popped my head out to ask how long it would be, and the younger girl said the doctor was just finishing up (I could hear him talking to another patient in the exam room next to me). I waited another 15 minutes and then wheeled my huge double stroller out and said that I had been waiting for over two hours and I needed to leave. The final blow was that both receptionists just sat and watched me struggle to open the door and fit my huge stroller out. Did not offer to help or assist in any way. Two other patients saw me struggling and ran to help me get out. I was close to tears by the end of the whole experience. I found another clinic that was able to fit me in right away, where I waited for less than 5 minutes to be taken back and everyone was so kind and professional. 0/10, would not recommend Airport Primary Care to ANYONE.

Dr. Daya displayed rude and unprofessional behavior and didn't listen or communicated effectively when I asked him detailed questions about the medication he prescribed. He was defensive and started cursing, shouting and was disrespectful. Any healthcare provider that is unable to answer your questions and gets defensive and rude is a no no for me. It's a patient's right to ask any healthcare provider questions about their care and especially about the medication being prescribed!! Especially after waiting over an hour and half even though having an appointment.

This place is a scam please find a reputable company for you healthcare needs im so disappointed that my insurance company referred me to this established, the vetting process has failed them and ill be letting them know of my frustration. This medical facility is very dirty and dated. There is also and aggressive nurse that’s charging patients 2 dollars for a mask and if you dont have the two dollars in cash they’ll cancel your appointment, which is poor service and horrible business management, you just wasted a time slot and loss out on money youd charge my insurance and any follow up appointments its not a rational to treat customers/ patients that way and its costly and im sure the 2 dollars was going in her greedy pockets, taking advantage of an underprivileged community its really sad and unfortunate that the people in that community have to deal with neglect.

I was able to walk in without an appointment and see the doctor within ten minutes. Dr. Daya is very caring and focused on your individual needs. You're not going to be treated like a number here.

Dr. Daya was kind, patient and very thorough! He made sure that I understood why I needed the medications and even how important it is to understand what I need to do in conjunction with the medications! His staff is sweet and courteous! I’m glad I found them.
