I
went
on
06/16/23
and
got
my
nails
done
.
Exactly
seven
days
later
my
nails
started
lifting.
On
the
8th
to
10th
day
a
couple
had
popped
off
so
I
made
an
appointment
online
on
06/26/23
to
get
a
fill
in
for
the
upcoming
week.
On
the
morning
of
06/27/23
I
was
putting
on
my
clothes
and
another
two
popped
off!
I
was
overwhelmed
and
confused
not
knowing
what
to
do
so
I
called
the
owner
and
talked
to
her.
I
explained
to
the
owner
I
previously
came
in,
got
my
nails
done
11
days
ago
and
I
have
4
nails
that’s
currently
off.
When
I
made
the
appointment
for
a
fill
in
I
only
had
two
nails
that
was
missing
at
the
time.
24hours
later
I
now
had
4
missing!
I
asked
her
if
I
could
change
my
time
slot
from
a
fill
in
to
a
full
set.
I
also
expressed
my
concern
of
sitting
3
hours
and
having
so
many
nails
breaking
off
within
10
days
from
one
of
her
employees.
(Which
is
why
I
booked
with
her
this
time
instead)
So
then
this
lady
told
me
she
didn’t
want
to
do
my
nails
since
I’m
complaining
and
my
nails
are
3
weeks
old!
I
explained
to
her
the
dates
but
she
wasn’t
trying
to
listen
nor
fix
the
situation.
She
turned
ghetto
,
unprofessional
,defensive
and
ratchet
immediately.
She
told
me
I
was
getting
my
deposit
back
from
the
upcoming
appointment
and
she
didn’t
want
my
business.
This
is
why
it’s
hard
to
support
our
own.
They
love
you
when
you’re
overly
paying
$80
for
a
full
set
that
takes
3hours.
They
love
when
you
leave
a
$20
tip.
Unfortunately,
They
hate
you
when
you’re
politely
giving
them
positive
criticism
when
someone
dropped
the
ball
with
your
services
at
their
shop!
